Now for the followers of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, it is Tradition ( Catechism of Pope Pius X-reference to invincible ignorance ) contradicting Tradition( Athanasius Creed/ Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441 on EENS etc)

 The Lefebvrists are confused on Vatican Council II and support the liberals who also use the same false premise. When the Lefebvrists admit that the Council can be interpreted with LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc  being only hypothetical cases and not objective people in 2021, the hermeneutic of rupture with EENS and the Athanasius Creed  ends.

Both groups project unknown cases of the baptism  of desire and invincible ignorance as being known exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.In principle they promote a New Theology which states outside the Catholic Church there is salvation. For them there are known cases of non Catholics saved without faith and the baptism of water, in the Catholic Church. - Lionel Andrades
