One reason that there’s been so little opposition to the revolutionary and false teachings of Vatican II is that people at ‘Catholic’ universities/institutions have a financial/professional interest (jobs, degrees, etc.) in upholding the new religion and convincing themselves that Vatican II is compatible with Tradition, when it’s not.
