Hidden clause

 

The Legion of Christ’s two leftist universities, situated on Via Aurelia, Rome,1 advertises its programs in Rome on buses and the metro stations. The Legion of Christ does not issue a caution note saying that only leftist students must apply. Those students who interpret Vatican Council II rationally cannot be enrolled. If a student is dismissed after a year or more, because he interprets Vatican Council II rationally. He or she must be asked to leave the university. The student cannot get an academic degree. Neither would he or she be asked to be present for the Final Matriculation Exam at the end of the semesters.

Students are not informed about this rule by the Legion of Christ and other pontifical, or secular, universities in Rome

It is the same with the Catholic seminaries in Rome. This is a hidden clause.
