If Pope Francis rejects the mistake in the 1949 LOHO and re-interprets Vatican Council II rationally he becomes a traditionalist

If Pope Francis admits that the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (LOHO) made a mistake and that he now interprets Vatican Council II with the rational premise and inference then he becomes a traditionalist. Since the Council, without the LOHO reasoning, is no more liberal for him.

This is still not understood by the traditionalists who must reject the error in the LOHO, re-interpret Vatican Council II rationally and ask the College of Cardinals, to do the same. Then the next popes will have to be conservative since the Council is conservative.

There cannot be a New Ecumenism since there is no known salvation outside the Catholic Church in 2023.

There is no New Ecclesiology since outside the Church there is no known salvation in 1965-2023.

There cannot be a New Evangelization since the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has not been contradicted by Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc).

There cannot be a political interpretation of Vatican Council II for the bishops since the Council is Feeneyite. Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 support Feeneyite EENS, while LG 8, 14 and 16, UR 3, NA 2 and GS 22 are not objective exceptions for AG 7 and EENS.

The Council is no more leftist for the people, that is, those among them who discern.

There can be a Vatican Council II which is rational or irrational, in harmony or a break with Tradition, supporting 16th century EENS or rejecting it, against the Syllabus of Errors or for it, changing the Athanasius Creed  or supporting them as they were understood over the centuries.-Lionel Andrades

Canonically he does not qualify to be a pope. Since even a Rector and Parish Priest, according to Canon Law, has to be a Catholic in public. He must affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church in public

Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II irrationally. He changes the meaning of the Nicene and Athanasius Creeds. He rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, interpreted rationally. Instead he interprets the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance irrationally. They are physically visible and not invisible for him. They are objective exceptions for EENS and not just hypothetical and subjective references. If they were invisible for him he would be affirming Tradition. He would be a traditionalist.

A pope who cannot affirm the Creeds in public? He cannot affirm the dogma EENS in public? He cannot affirm the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX in public?

So how is Pope Francis allowed to offer Holy Mass? Cardinals and bishops too in this condition are automatically excommunicated. Canonically he does not qualify to be a pope. Since even a Rector and Parish Priest, according to Canon Law, has to be a Catholic in public. He must affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church in public.-Lionel Andrades
