Over the centuries the Magisterium interpreted all Magisterial Documents rationally. They did not use a false premise to produce a break with Tradition as is being done now.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) made an objective mistake in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (CDF) to the Archbishop of Boston. This is a public error and can be verified by anyone.

The CDF made the same error in 1965 when Pope Paul VI also interpreted Vatican Council II as a break with Tradition. In other words invisible cases of the baptism of desire (LG 14) etc were visible exceptions for Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus, i.e. EENS of the three Church Councils which defined EENS and did not mention any exceptions.

Archbishop Augustine Di Noia, Secretary of the CDF, also made an objective mistake in a letter sent to Brother Andre Marie micm, Prior, at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire. Di Noia confused invisible cases of the Catechism of the Catholic Church 847,846(invincible ignorance) as being objective exceptions for EENS according to the St. Benedict Centers. His letter with the error can be read today on the website of the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA.

The Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, whose prefect is Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez, has never acknowledged the error and neither apologized. Instead he wants Vigano to accept Vatican Council II with this error or be labeled schismatic.

The perennial Magisterium of the Catholic Church has not changed. All we have to do is interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc, as being hypothetical cases. We then return to the apostolic ecclesiology of the Church. This was the understanding of the Church Fathers.

There was no separation of Church and States at the time of the Papal States in Europe. The political Left today represents Satan (homosexual unions, abortion, pornography etc). So there must be a separation of the Catholic State and the Satanic State, which leads people to Hell-fires. 

In Italy the Partito Democratico is not Catholic. Those who vote for it commit a mortal sin. Melloni and Salvini too will support the pro-abortion law 194 and the LGBT agenda. The lesser of two evils is still evil.
