When presenting their defense at future schism-trials, it should be pointed out by the defendants that 1. Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez interpret Vatican Council II irrationally.  This can be confirmed in public.

2. So they are in schism with the past Magisterium over the centuries. Again this can be verified in public.

3.The pope must interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so be in communion with the popes of the past, example, Pope Pius X. Now it is common knowledge that he does not interpret Vatican Council II rationally and is not in communion with Pope Pius X.

 POPE FRANCIS MUST ACCEPT VATICAN COUNCIL 

1.  Pope Francis can be accepted as the pope. It is easy to be in communion with him when he is in communion with the past popes on the Syllabus of Errors, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Church Councils. He must affirm the Catholic Faith in public on this issue.

THE DDF MUST AFFIRM VATICAN COUNCIL II BUT ONLY RATIONAL

2. Vatican Council II (rational) has the hermeneutic of continuity with the past ecclesiocentrism and the rest of Tradition. So it can be accepted. Morally, the Council can only be interpreted rationally. Pope Francis must endorse this interpretation of Vatican Council II in public. Then it will be easy to accept him as a pope who affirms a traditional Vatican Council II.

DDF MUST AFFIRM AND CLARIFY THE FAITH

3. So when the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican can accept these conditions i.e not being in heresy and schism because of the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, then the pope and Vatican Council II ( rational) can easily be accepted by all.

 But first Pope Francis and the DDF must set an example and affirm the Catholic Faith and accept all Church Documents, interpreted only rationally.-       Lionel Andrades

The DDF must also deny Archbishop Vigano’s charge of heresy and schism against the DDF. They must admit that they interpret Vatican Council II only rationally and are honest in the interpretation of the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms.In this way they reject the evidence against them on social media and in the charges of the defendant

A schism charge is expected soon against the Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) in an extra judicial trial, unless they act quickly, and announce that they accept Vatican Council II, as interpreted by Lionel Andrades, they accept Pope Francis as the pope and they also affirm Tradition, including the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechism of Pope Pius X, remaining traditionalists.

The FSSP cannot cite Tradition as their sole defense since Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez have based their arguments and charges on Vatican Council II. They  interpret the Council only irrationally.So the Council has exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the rest of Tradition.Tradition is made obsolete. There is a rupture and rejection of Tradition. Pope Francis calls this the work of the Holy Spirit and Cardinal Roche calls it the new Magisterium.The secular media refer to the revolution of Vatican Council II in the Catholic Church.

At the trial for Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, Lefebvrist theology was of no hel. It is also the new theology of Pope Francis, and is based upon the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, was of no help. Presently traditionalists and liberals interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally. If they chose to interpret the Council rationally, the division between traditionalists and liberals would end. Since with Vatican Council II, rational, there is a return to the old theology and liberalism is made obsolete. Now with Vatican Council II, irrational, it is Tradition which is made obsolete.

So at any future schism-trial, traditionalists must defend themselves with Vatican Council II, rational. Vatican Council II, rational, was not known to Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and Pope Paul VI. This is a new discovery of some 15 years.

The FSSP according to reports accepts Pope Francis as the pope.They accept Vatican Council II (irrational) as does Pope Francis. However it means they have to reject the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors, the old theology manuals, teachings of the saints… in their catechesis. Vatican Council II, irrational, is incompatible with these Magisterial Documents.

The FSSP must realize that the real issue is the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal and not the Latin Mass. This exclusivist ecclesiology can also be affirmed at the Novus Ordo Mass when the priest, interprets Lumen Gentium 16 etc, as referring to hypothetical cases, only. So LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are not objective exceptions for the old theology of the Roman Missal. So even with the New Missal of Pope Paul VI, a priest at the Latin or Novus Ordo Mass, can affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus like the missionaries of the 16th century at the Latin Mass. Vatican Council II simply has to be interpreted rationally, without confusing invisible cases as being objective examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times (1965-2024).Vatican Council II, rational is compatible with Tradition and not with the common liberalism.

After the investigation the FSSP needs to clarify for their supporters that they still affirm the Athanasius Creed ( with no exceptions), an ecumenism of return of the Syllabus of Errors ( with no exceptions) and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( with the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance not being exceptions).Otherwise they could be telling the investigation team that they affirm the liberalism of Vatican Council II, irrational. This means affirming the Synods which are based upon Vatican Council II, irrational.

The FSSP also has to clarify for the Ecclesia Dei communities and traditionalists that they consider the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, to be in heresy and schism, which is the normal outcome of using Vatican Council II , irrational.The understanding of the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms are changed. There is a break with the Magisterium before 1949.-Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez have cheated in the trial of Archbishop Vigano on June 20,2024. At the trial they interpreted Lumen Gentium 16 and the rest of Vatican Council II irrationally to produce a nontraditional conclusion. Then they demanded that Vigano accept the Council with this error. He refused. Pope Francis did not interpret Vatican Council II rationally but the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, demanded that the archbishop accept Pope Francis as the pope. He refused. So they accused the former nuncio to the USA of being in schism and excommunicated him. 

Inspite of many reports on social media pointing out the Lumen Gentium 16 mistake, the error has not been acknowledged by the Vatican and neither a re-trial date announced.

 If Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally then Vigano will be exonerated as a conservative and Cardinal Fernandez and Pope Francis will be incriminated as liberals, heretics and schismatics. This is a crime for the DDF.

With Vatican Council II rational there is no opening for liberalism, like the new evangelization (Christocentric without being Ecclesiocentric), new ecclesiology, new theology, new ecumenism, new moral theology, new salvation theology, new canon law etc.

Priests who offer the Novus Ordo Mass in Prenestina, near Termini, Rome, say Lumen Gentium 16 always refers to an invisible person in 2024.They indicated that Pope Francis, Cardinal Fernandez and the DDF made an objective mistake on Lumen Gentium 16 in particular and Vatican Council II in general.

When the DDF continues with the mistake it is being dishonest. It is also an injustice against Archbishop Vigano.

The DDF (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith-CDF) made the same objective error in a philosophical observation (invisible people are visible on earth) and new theology (outside the Church there is known and visible salvation on earth). This was when they accused the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA, of not following the teachings of the Catholic Church. The DDF demanded that the St. Benedict Center, interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally. They wanted the SBC to interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance ( CCC 847-848)  as being objective exceptions for CCC 845-846 ( outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation).The SBC rejected this nontraditional and dishonest interpretation. So the Diocese of Manchester in NH and DDF issued a Decree of Prohibitions against the St. Benedict Center. They were considered not Catholic, legally, in a type of modern excommunication. - Lionel Andrades

Priests at Prenestina, Rome say Lumen Gentium 16 refers to an invisible person in 2024. But for the DDF and Pope Francis LG 16 etc are exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Athanasius Creed. In other words LG 16 refers to a visible case for it to be an exception. Invisible people cannot be exceptions.

In 2003, when I spoke to Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala m.c he was not willing to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla slaus (EENS).Lumen Gentium 16 was an exception for EENS him. In other words, it referred to a visible and known case in our reality, someone saved outside the Church. Now in 2024 he knows that Lumen Gentium 16 is an invisible case. So it is not an exception for Tradition. LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are hypothetical cases for him. So now he is saying the same thing as me.

So there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict Feeneyite EENS i.e. the EENS of the Council of Florence 1442 etc. This has to be acknowledged publically by Cardinal Fernandez and the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the (DCF). In the trial of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano Cardinal Fernandez and Pope Francis interpreted Vatican Council II, confusing Lumen Gentium 16.

The norm for salvation is faith and baptism. The norm is not being saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire. So in general all Jews and Muslim, and other non Catholics, according to Vatican Council II (AG 7), need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation from Hell.
