How can Pope Francis offer an ecumenical Mass since the traditional faith and morals ( which he does not affirm) are not contradicted by Vatican Council II interpreted rationally? The Council is no more a break with Tradition. The propaganda is over.

 

How can Pope Francis offer an ecumenical Mass since the traditional faith and morals ( which he does not affirm) are not contradicted by Vatican Council II interpreted rationally? The Council is no more a break with Tradition. The propaganda is over. The Council is traditional, rational and non heretical. It supports an ecumenism of return, which Pope Francis does not proclaim.

Also the faith and morals being taught at the pontifical universities and seminaries is based upon Vatican Council II, irrational. So it is obsolete and meaningless for Catholics.

The inter religious dialogue of the Pontifical Council for Arabic and Islamic Studies(PISAI), Rome is also not Catholic. With Vatican Council II (rational) PCIA would have to to state that all need faith and baptism for salvation, including Muslims ( AG 7/LG 14) and hypothetical and invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, are not objective exceptions. There are no known exceptions. This should be the PCIA message when they take people to tour mosques in Rome.- Lionel Andrades
