It is important for the Italian Ministry of Interior and that of External Affairs  to coordinate with the Vatican Secretary of State  and confirm that Vatican Council II is only to be interpreted rationally and honestly i.e  Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16,Unitatis Redintigratio 3,Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc in the Council-text refers to only hypothetical and invisible cases in 2023. They also need to inform all non Christian organizations to only interpret Vatican Council II honestly.-Lionel Andrades

Before the next Conclave of Cardinals to elect a pope the Vatican Tribunal must clarify that only those cardinals will be allowed to vote, who interpret Vatican Council II rationally, in harmony with Tradition. This is ethical and Catholic.
