Father Leonard Feeney SJ (1897-1978) was an American priest who followed a rigid interpretation of the Catholic doctrine extra ecclesiam nulla salus, or "outside the church there is no salvation", denying baptism of blood and baptism of desire as "heretical innovations" and believing that all unbaptized human beings (in the Catholic sense of Baptism) were not saved but went to Hell. He was officially excommunicated in 1953 by Pope Pius XII for refusing to submit to ecclesiastical authority, but his supporters claim that the excommunication was invalid because the correct procedure was not followed. He was reconciled to the Church before his death by Pope Paul VI, but was not required to retract his position on the Baptism doctrine in question, which is inscribed on his tombstone. Even today many of his followers, who are in good standing with the local Roman Catholic dioceses, are allowed to adhere to his strict theological interpretations

The eBAY information is false:

eBAY states 'followed a rigid interpretation of the Catholic doctrine extra ecclesiam nulla salus'.

For Catholics there cannot be two interpretations of an ex cathedra dogma. It also was not just a doctrine. EBay suggests Catholics have two official interpretaions of the doctrine.

denying baptism of blood and baptism of desire as "heretical innovations"

The ex cathedra dogma does not say that those with the baptism of blood do not have to enter the Catholic Church. So he has not denied Catholic doctrine.

He was officially excommunicated in 1953 by Pope Pius XII for refusing to submit to ecclesiastical authority

The ecclesiastical authority he refused to submit was the archbishop of Boston Richard Cushing who denied the ex cathedra dogma. He indicated by his  actions that the Baptism of Desire was explicit and as objective as the Baptism of water. This was a new doctrine and heresy. It contradicted the ex cathedra teaching. The archbishop also furthered the cause of the excommuniction (for disobedience) with the Holy Office, the Vatican.

are allowed to adhere to his strict theological interpretations
eBAY implies that the offical teaching of the Catholic Magisetrium on extra ecclesiam nulla salus is a personal theological interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney.
