After 19 years of excommunication it was accepted that BOD, BOB and I.I were not exceptions to EENS.However the liberals, Masons and Lefebvrists continued to interpret EENS with the false premise. They also chose to interpret Vatican Council II with the same false premise.

Bishop Robert Barron would have to accept EENS like the traditionalists at the SBC if he affirmed Vatican Council II without the false premise.
The concept of traditionalist-progressivist ends when Vatican Council II is not interpreted with the false premise. Since there can then be no development of doctrine with a Vatican Council II which does not contradict Tradition.
The concept of Radical Traditionalist emerges when Catholics do not interpret Vatican Council II, without the false premise.They only know of a Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise.

It is contradicted with Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise, since then visible cases of LG 8, LG 16 etc are objective examples of salvation outside the Church and allegedly visible exceptions to EENS. -Lionel Andrades

When there are no exceptions to EENS in Vatican Council II Bishop Schneider has to come back to Tradition. There is no other choice.
