The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and my interpretation of Traditionis Custode, Religious Liberty, Creeds, Catechisms, EENS, Vatican Council II, Dominus Iesus, Catholic-Lutheran Declaration on Justification etc is different.The CDF uses the Fake Premise and I use the Rational Premise and so our conclusions are different.They are irrational and so have to change.They have a rupture between faith and reason.
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and my interpretation of
Traditionis Custode, Religious Liberty, Creeds, Catechisms, EENS, Vatican
Council II, Dominus Iesus, Catholic-Lutheran Declaration on Justification etc
is different.The CDF uses the Fake Premise and I use the Rational Premise and
so our conclusions are different.They are irrational and so have to change.They
have a rupture between faith and reason.
Vatican Council II is interpreted with the False Premise by the CDF and I use the Rational Premise and so our conclusions are different on the Council. Mine is traditional and their's has the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.
TRADITIONAL CUSTODE
A recent stage of the dynamic was constituted by Vatican Council II when the Catholic episcopate came together to listen and to discern the path for the Church indenticated by the Holy Spirit. To doubt the Council is to doubt the intentions of the very Fathers who excercised their collegial power in a solemn manner cum Pietro et sub Pietro in an ecumenical, and, in the final analysis, to doubt the Holy Spirit himself who guides the Church.-Letter of Pope Francis which accompanies Traditional Custode.
So we have two interpretations of the Vatican Council II mentioned in Traditionis Custode.One is Cushingite ( invisible cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church are physically visible, so there are literal and objective cases of the baptism of desire etc in 2021) and the other interpretation is Feeneyite ( invisible cases of non Catholics being saved without the baptism of water and Catholic faith are invisible and so the baptism of desire etc refer to theoretical and hypothetical cases only in 2021, they are not exceptions to EENS etc). So I can accept Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) and there is no rupture with EENS, Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed.For the CDF and the traditionalists there has to be a rupture. The CDF welcomes it and the traditionalists reject Vatican Council II (Cushingite) in general.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Similarly in Religious Liberty there can be two understandings of Vatican Council II.For me it is the Catholic State not separated from the Catholic Church, which decides on the range of religious liberty to be given to non Catholics.The ethos of the Church is Catholic.It will be based upon Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) which is ecclesiocentric.The understanding is outside the hierarchical Catholic Church there is no salvation and so the priority is that all enter the Church with faith and the baptism of water, to avoid the fires of Hell.
But with Vatican Council II (Cushingite) interpreted with the Fake Premise the CDF can support a secular state in which non Catholics have equal religious liberty as Catholics. Pope Paul VI interpreted Vatican Council II with the Fake Premise. So he concluded that outside the Church there is salvation. This was the New Theology.Since there was alleged known salvation outside the Church, in the present times, there could be exceptions for the dogma EENS, Athanasius Creed etc.
So with the Fake Premise the dogma EENS was rejected and so also the old theology which supported the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King, with Traditional Mission and the non separation of Church and the State.The proclamation and traditional mission was made obsolete.
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith was a Cushingite.He used the False Premise . I am a Feeneyite. I avoid the False Premise. So the interpretation of Magisterial Documents is different.With the Rational Premise I can support the old theology. With the Irrational Premise he could create a new theology.
Similarly there are two interpretations for the Nicene Creed, Athanasius Creed, Catechism of the Catholic Church, Catechism of the Council of Trent, Catechism of Pope Paul VI, the Baltimore Catechism and other Catechisms. There can be two interpretations of Dominus Iesus and Redemptoris which was written with a Cushingite reading of Vatican Council II.There can also be two interpretations of the Lutheran-Catholic Declaration on Justification and the Balamand Declaration.With Feeneyism both these documents are made useless.The Lutherans and Orthodox Christians are outside the Catholic Church.
The difference between the CDF and me is doctrine.Then with the CDF's False theology there is also a change in discipline, for example, inter-faith marriages, Holy Communion for non Catholics, inclusive and exclusive liturgy etc.
So we officially have the liberal new ecclesiology being taught at the pontifical universities with the books of Kasper, Semeraro and Forte, based upon the New Theology.
Theologically,I and all of you, are in two different Churches, and the difference is created by one small premise, which like a virus in the Church, now in an epidemic stage, was not detected after Vatican Council II. -Lionel Andrades

We simply have to go back to the old ecclesiology by always using the Rational Premise and the ecclesiology before and after Vatican Council II will be the same, at every liturgy and rite.The doctrines of the Church on salvation, ecumenism, mission etc will still be the same.Then it is the liberals and Archbishop Arthur Roche and Cardinal Vince Nicols who will have to change and adapt

He means with
Vatican Council II Cushingite; the Council interpreted with the Fake Premise
the old ecclesiology of the Church has changed and there is a new
ecclesiology in the Catholic Church which is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is
Magisterial for him.
He is not choosing to interpret
Vatican Council II with Feeneyism; the Council interpreted with the Rational
Premise, for then the old ecclesiology will not be contradicted by Vatican
Council II ( Feeneyite) and this will still remain inspired by the Holy Spirit
and continue to be Magisterial.
