Fr.Marco Hausmann's new parish in Rome unknown
It is being said that Fr.Michael Hausmann has been transferred but no one knows the new parish in Rome where he will offer the Traditional Latin Mass(TLM) while affirming that he personally does not know any one saved outside the Church i.e without faith and the baptism of water(AG 7, LG 14).
This means he does not deny that all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church(LG 14,AG 7, CCC 846) but that he personally cannot see or meet someone saved outside the Church. This is something obvious.
A Catholic can affirm that all salvation comes through Jesus and the Church and also state that there is exclusive salvation only in the Catholic Church.Since BOD, BOB and I.I 1 are not exceptions to the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.There are no physically visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I.
Neither is he denying the possibility of someone being saved outside the Church who would only be known to God. A possibility known only to God is not a literal or personal case of outside the Church there is known salvation.So it is not an issue.He can accept possibilities and also state that there is exclusive salvation only in the Catholic Church.
Ad Gentes 7 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 are not contradicted by hypothetical cases.Objectively we humans cannot see or meet a practical exception to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.
So even though God wills all to be saved and salvation is open to all in potential, the Catholic Church still is the only Ark of Noah that saves in the Flood(CCC 845). The Church knows of no means to eternal beatitude other than the baptism of water given to those with Catholic faith(CCC 1257).In potential God is not limited to the Sacraments(CCC 1257) but in reality we cannot know of any case in which God saves a person without the Catholic Sacraments.
St. Emerentiana is a saint in Heaven but no one can personally claim that she is there without the baptism of water.
Moses and Abraham died without the baptism of water and had to wait in Abraham's Bosom for the coming of the Jewish Messiah. The Good Thief it is said is also in Heaven without the baptism of water.Even if there are many cases of people being saved with the baptism of water in 2019, they are known only to God and are unknown to us humans. So they cannot be relevant or literal exceptions to the past ecclesiology.Invisible person cannot be an exception to any thing. So hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I in the present times or in the past, are not practical exceptions to the teaching of the Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed on exclusive salvation in the Church.
Vatican Council II supports the past exclusivist ecclesiology and even if there were 100 cases of BOD, BOB and I.I known only to God, they it would not be exceptions.
So the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) was irrational to consider BOD, BOB and I.I as exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).LOHO's false premise and reasoning, which is the foundation for the new theology, was used also by the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II.It was an objective mistake.It violated the Principle of Non Contradiction.
So without rejecting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994), Fr. Marco Hausmann will be offering the Traditional Latin Mass at a new church in Rome, if the Vicariate permits it.
He is not a sedevacantist and neither a schismatic.He does not reject Vatican Council II interpreted rationally.
He is not a dissenter like Bishop Ruzza and Pope Francis, who interpret the Council irrationally, to create a schism with the Magisterium of the 16th century on exclusive salvation in the Church.This is done with a heretical interpretation of the Nicene and Apostles Creed and a rejection of the Athanasius Creed.This has to be the conclusion when BOD, BOB and I.I refer to visible exceptions to EENS for them.
So they are in mortal sins of faith.
They both are in schism with the Church Fathers and Medieval Popes on mission, ecumenism, Scriptural exegesis,salvation, inter-faith marriages,divorce and remarriage, mortal sins of morals and faith,the teaching on the majority of people going to Hell and traditional eschatology( the last things) and the rest of ecclesiology( understanding of Church).They are posing as Catholics and need to end the scandal and go for personal Confession. -Lionel Andrades

Fr.Marco Hausmann takes the Church in a new direction
Fr.Marco Hausmann who only offers the Traditional Latin Mass,like many priests of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, and who has been removed from the church San Giuseppe a Capo le Case, in central Rome, is telling us that Vatican Council II does not contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, the Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed. He affirms Tradition and the Council.
The Austrian activist priest, now targeted by the pro-Left Bishop Gian Rico Ruzza, told me a few years back that he personally, like me, did not know of any one saved outside the Church with BOD,BOB and I.I or LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, AG 11 etc,1 in Vatican Council II. We can speculate and hope that there are possibilities of non Catholics saved outside the Church- but there are no actual cases known to us humans.They can only be known to God.
The priest from whom Fr. Marco took over, Mons. Ignacio Barreiro, as Spiritual Director of the Militia Christi,is really saying that Vatican Council II can no more be cited by the liberals, as a break with Tradition. It can no more be a theological opening for a New Theology, New Ecumenism, New Evangelisation and New Ecclesiology. Why? Since there are no concrete exceptions to the past ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
Vatican Council II supports the past eccclesiology(AG 7, LG 14) and there are no practical exceptions mentioned in the Council-text.
This is a refutation of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, the Balamand Declaration and the Joint Declaration on Justification with the Lutherans.Outside the Church there is no salvation(AG 7, LG 14).
It means the interpretation of Vatican Council II by Bishop Gian Ricco Ruzza, Secretary General of the Vicariate, Rome, is irrational and a rupture with Tradition. It is heretical.Since it rejects the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.It is also schism with the past popes before Pius XII, who affirmed the Athanasius Creed. It is also a rupture with the Magisterium of the 16th century and their concept of mission, the Nicene and Apostles Creed , the Catechism of Pope Pius X etc. Magisterial documents are rejected when the Vicariate and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) assume there are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church with BOD, BOB or I.I or as referred to in LG 8 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.
When Fr. Marco Hausmann, along with Fr. Stefano Visintin osb, the present Rector of the University of St. Anselm, Rome, say there are no personally known cases of BOD, BOB and I.I or LG 8 etc,k in the present times(1965-2019) they contradict Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF. At the Placuet Deo , Press Conference last year. Cardinal Ladaria when asked a question , said the Church no more claims to have a superiority and exclusiveness in salvation and cited Lumen Gentium 8.
Fr. Marco Hausmann, like Archbishop Thomas E. Gullickson,U.S Nuncio to Switzerland and Liechtenstein,and many priests in Rome who offer Holy Mass in Italian, admits the obvious -there are no known cases of BOD, BOB and I.I.
BOD, BOB and I.I are 'zero cases' said the apologist John Martignoni who has a program on EWTN.
So Hausmann is taking the Church in a new direction he is asking to put aside the 'old interpretation' of Vatican Council II and choose a 'new interpretation' which is rational, traditional, non heretical and in harmony with the old ecclesiology of the popes over the centuries.
