All Board Members of the Collegium Sanctorum Angelorum will have to accept the New Theology at the Latin Mass

BOARD OF DIRECTORS  We are now in a position to begin, judiciously, to expand the Board.  There are three requirements for board members, which are sine qua non:
A board member must be a practicing Catholic, committed to the traditional Mass and the Church’s traditional ways of  praying (Divine Office) and her traditional teachings.
Lionel: The traditional teachings  will be interpreted with an irrational premise  which results in a rupture with Tradition, I call this the Cushingite theology. The Board member of the Collegium  Sanctorum Angelorum will have to reject Feeneyism as a theology.Since for the member of the Board  invisible cases of the baptism of desire are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the old ecclesiology of the Church. So all Board Members will have to be Cushingites who accept the New Theology and the New Ecclesiology, when they attend the Traditional Latin Mass.On Oath they will be ready to say that Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS can only be Cushingite. This is also the interpretation of the liberal Catholic colleges and the sedevacantist Catholic college in Florida.
_____________________________

(This does not mean that a board must pray the Divine  Office.  It just means a commitment for the Office as  it relates to the prayer life of the Collegium.)
A board member must be committed to the mission of the institution.
Lionel: The Vision Statement states that 'the Collegium will be faithful to the magisterium of the Catholic church'. The magisterium is Cushingite. It is not faithful to 'the Church'. It interprets Church documents with an irrational premise and this creates modernism. So the  Collegium too will have to interpret Vatican Council II ( Cushingite) as a break with the Syllabus of Errors etc. There will be a rupture with the past ecclesiology of the Traditional Latin Mass.
_______________________________

A board member must sign the Oath Against Modernism.
Lionel: The Oath Against Modernism will be violated.

Excerpts from the text[edit]: Oath Against Modernism

To be sworn to by all clergy, pastors, confessors, preachers, religious superiors, and professors in philosophical-theological seminaries.
I profess that God, the origin and end of all things, can be known with certainty by the natural light of reason from the created world....
...sincerely hold that the doctrine of faith was handed down to us from the apostles through the orthodox Fathers in exactly the same meaning and always in the same purport...
(This is not true any more. Since with a false premise salvation theology was replaced with an innovation which is irrational and non traditional. It is magisterial.)
...reject that method of judging and interpreting Sacred Scripture which, departing from the tradition of the Church, the analogy of faith, and the norms of the Apostolic See, embraces the misrepresentations of the rationalists...
...declare that I am completely opposed to the error of the modernists who hold that there is nothing divine in sacred tradition...''
...firmly hold, then, and shall hold to my dying breath the belief of the Fathers in the charism of truth, which certainly is, was, and always will be in the succession of the episcopacy from the apostles. The purpose of this is, then, not that dogma may be tailored according to what seems better and more suited to the culture of each age; rather, that the absolute and immutable truth preached by the apostles from the beginning may never be believed to be different, may never be understood in any other way...
(The dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has been changed. Pope Benedict XVI confirmed this in public in March 2016 in the interview with Avvenire. So now there can also be two interpretations of Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The 'absolute and immutable truth preached by the apostles' has been changed by the magisterium and this has been accepted by Deacon Edward Schaefer and the traditionalists in general. This was not understood by the faculty at the former Fischer More College. For them Vatican Council II was a rupture with Tradition and so they wrongly rejected the Council instead of re-interpreting it with Feeneyism).
...promise that I shall keep all these articles faithfully, entirely, and sincerely, and guard them inviolate, in no way deviating from them in teaching or in any way in word or in writing...
(We are up against magisterial heresy. It has to be corrected and not followed)...
Thus I promise, this I swear, so help me God...

Vision Statement

6 June 2017
 is faithful to the magisterium of the Catholic church;
Lionel: Cushingism is irrational, non traditional and magisterial. This will be the theology of the Collegium.

is anchored in traditionally oriented Catholicism, including the “traditional” Mass (1962 missal) and Divine Office;
Lionel: Cushingism is not 'traditionally oriented Catholicism'. It was created by the liberal theologians.

is as formational in its mission as it is informational; 
is strongly influenced by Benedictine spirituality in its approach.
Lionel: Benedictine spirituality today is Cushingite while at the time of St. Benedict it was Feeneyite.I confirmed this a few months back when I went to Subiaco.I was told that St. Benedict was a missionary. The Benedictine monk(another Cushingite) conceded that St. Benedict was a Feeneyite. He held the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus like the missionaries in the 16th century.

The sedevacantist seminary of Bishop Donald Sanborn and Fr. Anthony Cekada are also confused on the issue of Feeneyism. Invisible baptism of desire is a visible exception to the dogma EENS for all of them. This position is obligatory for all the semimarians. So they do not interpret EENS as did St.Benedict.
A Benedictine priest and Vice Rector of the University of St. Anselm in Rome, Fr.Stefano Visintin  disagrees with the sedevacantists and liberals  in Florida. He says the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.However Cushingite spirituality is being taught in general at St.Anselm. Rahnerian theology which is irrational prevails there. It will be the same at the Collegium.Since they still have not discovered the philosophical foundation of the Rahner-Ratzinger theology.
___________________

ACCREDITATION The college will seek accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the regional accrediting body for the South, as soon as SACS guidelines permit. In the meantime, the college is already preparing for the accreditation process.
Lionel: If they are truly a traditional Catholic college then they would have to be Feeneyite in their philosophy( invisible people are not physically visible on earth, invisible cases of the baptism of desire are not visible) and theology( invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not visible exceptions to all needing to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation; so there is no known salvation outside the Church).
When Feeneyism is their philosophy and theology then they may not get accreditation or they may not want it. Since Feeneyism is opposed by the Jewish Left and the USCCB.For accreditation the College will have to interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS with Cushingism. This is not Catholic. This would then be offering the new ecclesiology with the old Mass. This was the new ecclesiology of the Fischer More College faculty too.
Image result for Photo of Fisher More CollegeImage result for Photo of Fisher More College
At Fischer More College they did not know that Vatican Council II was not an issue. Sadly, in ignorance, they made it one.
All they had to do was to interpret the Council without the irrational premise i.e hypothetical cases would just be hypothetical. In this way Bishop Olson at Fort Worth and the FSSP priests could not accuse the faculty of rejecting Vatican Council II.Instead the faculty could have asked the bishop to 'please affirm Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) since it is rational, traditional and non heretical'.
May be Dean Edward Schaefer will not make the same mistake in Florida. I am writing all this not to be critical but to help out. I would like to see a real traditional Catholic college anywhere in the world.
  • The sedevacantists are mistaken when they reject Vatican Council II(Feeneyite).
  • The liberals are mistaken when they do not affirm  Vatican Council II( Feeneyite).
  • They are both mistaken when they do not reject only Vatican Council II ( Cushingite).
Result: there is no real Catholic college.Instead there are modernist institutions which claim they are Catholic.

Sicilian Bishops' AL Guidelines Authorize Communion for Adulterous Couples

On June 4, the Sicilian Bishop Conference, encompassing the 17 dioceses of the island of Sicily, followed their neighboring bishops in Malta by promulgating pastoral guidelines on Chapter 8 of Amoris Laetitia that authorize Holy Communion for the divorced and civilly remarried without annulment (ie. in a state of public and permanent adultery). The Sicilian guidelines also bear resemblance in their drafting to those of the diocese of Catania. The guidelines significantly admit that Familiaris Consortio required (using the past tense) such couples to practice chastity, but that this requirement has been "expanded" (read: nullified) by Francis in Amoris Laetitia. The guidelines state: "According to the assessment of the confessor and taking into account the good of the penitent, it is possible to absolve and admit [the divorced and civilly remarried] to the Eucharist, even though the confessor knows that it is, for the Church, an objective disorder."

Here are some relevant translated excerpts of the Sicilian guidelines:

The first novelty of AL, especially in Chapter 8, is its view on concrete situations, according to the dictum of Evangelii Gaudium that considers realities greater than ideas (see EG 31)

[…]

Another novelty is the consequence of another principle outlined in Evangelii Gaudium (EG 222): "Since ‘time is greater than space’, I would make it clear that not all discussions of doctrinal, moral or pastoral issues need to be settled by interventions of the magisterium."( AL 3). Consequently, we cannot expect unique rules for each situation, but we need a discernment over time among different situations, which does not rule out a priori or by decree the possibility of ecclesial communion for some, taking into account different levels of complementarity: between personal discernment and pastoral care (see AL 122), between the internal forum and the external forum (see EG 44), between ecclesial participation and access to the sacraments (see AL 299). In this respect, it is no small matter that Pope Francis states in EG 47: "The Eucharist, although it is the fullness of sacramental life, is not a prize for the perfect but a powerful medicine and nourishment for the weak." It is no coincidence that this text is cited in footnote 351 in AL 305.

[…]

The main object of the chapter [8] is the pastoral activity in those situations which do not yet, or no longer, correspond to the teaching of the Church on matrimony, but which, however, ought not to prevent the Church from attempting to integrate them.

[…]

Those who are the recipients of such accompaniment and discernment:

• Those who have only made a civil bond;
• Those who don’t have any bond: the cohabitating;
• Those who are separated and divorced and at times have been unjustly abandoned;
• Those who are divorced and live a new union;
• Those who separate remain faithful to the bond and do not engage in a new union.

[…]

This logic of integration, already operating in Familiaris Consortio , is expanded in AL

[…]

Familiaris Consortio 84 already envisaged active participation in life of the Church: listening to the word of God, attending the sacrifice of the Mass, increasing charitable works, participating in community initiatives in favor of justice, educating children in the Christian faith, cultivating the spirit and the works of repentance, begging God's grace day by day. Some limitations remained: exclusion from the sacrament of penance and of the Eucharist, not absolute, but bound by two conditions, namely, abstaining from acts proper to spouses and avoiding the obstacle to others' faith (remote scandal). Other limitations were added in areas of particular Christian witness.

Amoris Lætitia. The Pope, in AL 299, welcoming the directions of the Synod 2015, states first of all, that it is necessary to "discern which of the different forms of exclusion currently practiced in the liturgical, pastoral, educational and institutional framework can be overcome. "

Furthermore, AL in two points affirms that participation in the life of the Church can include even access to the sacraments: a) since "the degree of responsibility is not equal in all cases", so “the consequences or effects [...] need not necessarily always be the same" (AL 300, note 336). It should be noted that this also applies to "sacramental discipline" when "discernment can recognize that in a particular situation no grave fault exists"; B) "because of forms of conditioning and mitigating factors, it is possible that in an objective situation of sin – which may not be subjectively culpable, or fully such – a person can be living in God’s grace, can love and can also grow in the life of grace and charity, while receiving the Church’s help to this end." (AL 305); in footnote 351 it is affirmed that “this can include the help of the Sacraments."

The formulations of AL cautiously open up a possibility of access to the Sacraments, which lies only in the place of discernment based on dialogue: it is not a canonical norm, but the potential outcome of a journey, the fruit of discernment and of a personal and pastoral maturity (see AL 298).

[…]

2.2.4. Some principles useful for internal discernment

a) The concrete circumstances of action can attenuate or eliminate moral guilt or diminish it

[…]
b) In such circumstances one can be in the grace of God even if an objective situation of moral disorder is granted

The Pope emphasizes that "it is can no longer simply be said that all those in any ‘irregular’ situation are living in a state of mortal sin and are deprived of sanctifying grace." (AL 301)

c) In similar circumstances, the help of the Church can also be sacramental according to the responsible assessment of the priest

Concerning sacramental aid, the Pope, who does not intend to offer recipes, speaks in footnote 351 in AL 305: "In certain cases, this can include the help of the sacraments." (fn. 10 "As is known by the doctrine of the Church, confession is necessary for serious or mortal sins and you have serious sins only when those who are acting know they are committing a serious evil (with moral and not purely legal awareness) and is free to act differently” Basilio Petra, Amoris Laetitia, Un passo Avanti nella Tradizione, in Il Regno Documenti, 8, 2016, 246.)

In some circumstances, therefore, concerning the divorced and remarried, according to the assessment of the confessor and taking into account the good of the penitent, it is possible to absolve and admit [them] to the Eucharist, even though the confessor knows that it is, for the Church, an objective disorder. However, it must be clear that if “someone flaunts an objective sin as if it were part of the Christian ideal, or wants to impose something other than what the Church teaches [...], he needs to listen once more to the Gospel message and its call to conversion.” (AL 297).

d) Some criteria for a responsible assessment by the confessor.

I. The seriousness of the examination of conscience on the part of the persons

"Useful in this process is an examination of conscience through moments of reflection and repentance.”

“The divorced and remarried should ask themselves: how did they act towards their children when the conjugal union entered into crisis; whether or not they made attempts at reconciliation; what has become of the abandoned party; what consequences the new relationship has on the rest of the family and the community of the faithful; and what example is being set for young people who are preparing for marriage” (AL 300).

II. A sincere repentance

"In every situation, - the Pope remembers - when dealing with those who have difficulties in living God’s law to the full, the invitation to pursue the via caritatis must be clearly heard. (AL 306). This welcoming of the invitation is necessary even if one cannot demand from the repentant penitent more than he can give. The requirement to gain access to the sacraments is repentance and the commitment to pursue a new path, human and spiritual, in the present objective situation in which the person finds himself, and not the abstract perfection. There are circumstances, in fact, in which every norm gets brought back to its proper end, which is the salvation of souls, the good of persons.

2.3. To Integrate

"Discernment must also be geared towards promoting greater integration Baptized people, who are divorced and remarried in Christianity in the various ways possible, avoiding every opportunity for scandal. The logic of integration is the key to their pastoral accompaniment [...]. Their participation can be expressed in various ecclesial services: Therefore discern what forms of exclusion currently practiced in the To liturgical, pastoral, educational and institutional can be overcome [...]. This integration is also necessary for Christian care and education Their children, who must be considered the most important "( AL 299).

Discernment or the via discretionis allows shepherds to evaluate case by case, particularly with regard to the progressive inclusion of people who, finding themselves in a now irreversible situation, particularly in need of welcoming, accompaniment and mercy.

To avoid relegating these people to a kind of "de facto limbo" – on the one hand, they are not excommunicated, on the other hand, they are not in full communion with the Church - it ought to be considered that their condition is temporary, not from the spiritual point of view, because it is susceptible to change, conversion, and purification.

Nurses Report Strange Phenomena

Nurses Report Strange Phenomena

Image result for hospital wikipediaNurses often are on the front line not just of health care, but of spiritual warfare.
While doctors may largely express skepticism, rare is the nurse — at least in our experience — who doesn’t have stories of hospitals and strange goings-on.
And it is “warfare” because it sometimes involves the dark side or, at least, unnerves them.
In fact, a major nursing website, (www.allnurses.com), has an entire blog dedicated to supernatural accounts from nurses; as of this writing, it has 2,571 entries.
For obvious reasons, most nurses remain anonymous.
“The best I have heard is from a nurse who said that one night she was floated to oncology at the hospital she used to work at,” says one. “She was given a patient who was passing away and had been unconscious for several days.
“At one point during the night the nurse went into the room and the patient was at the top of the bed and looked at her and said, ‘Don’t let them take me!’
“The nurse was freaked out and asked her who was going to take her and she said ‘that black thing up there’ and pointed up in the air. This patient died within minutes…”
Another comes from a nurse named MaryAnn.
“One night I was caring for a dying male patient,” she blogged. “He was scared and I spent quite some time with him, trying to calm and reassure him.
“Eventually he calmed and I left his bedside and went over to the nurses station which was about fifteen feet away.
“As I sat down I glanced over to him and there was a black shape standing over the bed, looking down at the patient. I was terrified, and am sure it was something evil.”
(Thus do we appreciate the need for sacramentals — medals, crucifixes, Blessed Salt, and Holy Water — at hospitals, nursing homes, sickbeds, or hospice.)
A doctor we know recounted how during a blizzard-like snowstorm in New Jersey the nurses had to stay overnight, sleeping in an abandoned wing. He said they were so frightened that the next day (this in Newark) they refused to talk about it with co-workers.
Image result for hospital haunted“We have a white figure that has been seen in the medicine room, sometimes the carts are moved down the hall while you are in a room giving meds, etc.,” is another of the nurses’ entries. “One of the male CNAs [certified nursing assistant] reported seeing a very tall black figure going from room to room several times.
“We have all seen balls of light floating around. From what we have been able to gather from old pictures of the property that the nursing home is on what was a mobile home park at one end and a cemetery at the other end of the building. Everyone has seen a little boy walking around but the freakiest part was when they saw wet child foot prints coming down the hall and followed them to the wall and there were footprints in the snow outside that came right to that place in the wall.”
Image result for hospita;l haunted“I used to work in an old labor and delivery unit,” commented another nurse. “It was a small hospital, so often times I was back there by myself.
“I liked to keep the lights low and things quiet back there, so naturally I heard a lot of creaks and groans.
“There was a whole back hall unused, there was also no access to it accept by me.
“I could hear metal objects clanging, and doors shutting. Sounded like somebody was getting ready for a c-section. I could always sense something there with me, it seemed. There was also a back room on the med-surg floor that was never used. It was a patient-room-converted-to-a-storage room. And it was strange. Call light always going off, and nobody near it… Whole hospital had a creepy aura…”
At the same time that recognizing evil or any other kind of negative spiritual presence is important, there must be balance. For focusing on darkness can attract it.
Light comes when we focus on Jesus instead. (He must smile with sympathy when He sees how terrified we often cause ourselves to get — and yet how easy evil can be to dispel.)
But darkness does exist — is a part of life on earth — and it can be a challenge to remain undaunted.

There is peace, it is so often reported, at the hospital bedsides of devout folks. And no fear.
“Years ago when I was working nights at a LTC [long-term care] facility, there was a resident who was a former nurse and she used to make rounds with me. She was still hale and hearty at 100, and she had so many stories! But one night as she followed me on my rounds, she began to talk about her children, all of whom had predeceased her, and mentioned that she had seen them recently; knowing her to be of sound mind, I got a UA [urine analysis] just in case a UTI [urinary tract infection] was making her loopy.
“She didn’t have one. But she continued to talk about the conversations she was having with her oldest daughter, and finally one night she called out to me from her room: ‘Look, here she comes… she’s coming for me!’ Her voice was full of joy. Then, silence.
“I ran to her room and there she was, dead. She had the most amazing smile on her face, though, and I could feel a presence in the room as if someone had really been there. Maybe they were…who knows? All I know is that she was happy as she passed away. I’ll never forget it.”

[Footnote: As far as hospitals: it’s easy to rationalize why they are a magnet for spirits. People in hospitals are often nervous and frightened due to their illnesses. This creates an energy that parasitic entities might use, one can hypothesize (submitted only for discernment).
People bring their own demons to hospitals, and when they are ill, these spirits exacerbate the illness (if they have no caused it to begin with). Many different kinds of people have been in hospital rooms — from holy old women to young addicts and violent criminals or those into witchcraft. These bring a dynamic. Many die in hospitals. Their spirits may linger, if they have not gone to Christ. And as folks are dying, spirits may be taking a final stab at those on the threshold. It is why the Hail Mary ends the way it does. When we pray, that darkness disperses.]

An ethical and political issue for the Polish Government

Image result for Photo of Polish Ambassador to Italy
When I appeal to the Polish ambassadors it is because this is not only a Catholic issue but an ethical and political one.
It is unethical for the Vatican to tell a lie with a false premise. This is deception for political reasons.
All Catholic religious communities, priests, nuns, bishops and cardinals must not be forced to interpret Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) as a rupture with the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation.Presently if they do so they will be suspended, transferred or penalized in some way.
Could the ambassadors of Poland, as Catholics affirm Church teaching ( Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7), Cantate Dominio, Council of Florence 1441 on extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846,1257 etc), Dominus Iesus (20) etc)  interpreted  with the philosophy and theology of Feeneyism i.e invisible people are not visible people  on earth in 2017(philosophy) and these invisible people are not exceptions to the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation (theology).
Could they please ask the Conference of Catholic Bishops in Poland and also the Vatican Curia to do the same.
It has been many years since I have been writing on this issue and there is no response from the Vatican. So now I appeal to the Polish government.
Also an injustice is being presently done to the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX)  in particular  and Catholic religious communities in general. They all have to interpret Vatican Council II with the irrational premise(invisible cases are visible on earth). Then this becomes a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Feeneyite) and Tradition in general. It is only with this irrationality that the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the SSPX can have canonical recognition by the Vatican. If they accept this compromise they would become politically correct for the Masons, the Jewish Left, the two popes and the Vatican Curia.
Similarly no priest can be incardinated in Rome or Poland who does not repeat this lie i.e invisible people are visible, invisible cases of the baptism of desire are visible exceptions to all needing to be members of the Church to avoid Hell (EENS).
Image result for archbishop salvatore pennacchio in Poland
So the lay Catholic, your friends and relatives, have to change their understanding of the Nicene Creed, when they recite it at Mass.'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' means 'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins( baptism of desire, blood and invincible ignorance, seeds of the Word(AG 11) etc,  all without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church).'This is something serious. It is first class heresy according to the hierarchy of truths of Pope John Paul II.
This same irrationality is taught to school children, in Catholic catechism classes  in Poland, Italy and the rest of the world.
This is unethical, false and a deception by adult Catholics.
If a pope says physically invisible people ( in Heaven or on earth) are saved without the baptism of water and they are known in general , it is false. It is an objective error. For them to conclude that these invisible are exceptions to EENS is also false.
In a box of apples an orange is an exception because it exists there in that box and  it is different. If it did not exist in that box it would not be an exception. How can people who do not exist in our reality be exceptions to the dogma EENS for the two popes?
We have two living popes who have made an objective error ( invisible people are objectively visible for them),when it is a fact of life that the dead who are in Heaven cannot be physically seen. So how can they( people in Heaven allegedly saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church)  be exceptions to EENS? They would have to be visible and known on earth in 2017 for them to exceptions to the 'past ecclesiology' of the Church. So please tell the Vatican to announce that there are no exceptions to EENS as it was known to the magisterium of the Catholic Church in 16th century Poland and Europe all Catholics do not have to interpret Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) as a rupture with EENS to be recognised by the present magisterium of the Catholic Church..-Lionel Andrades
