A simple observation needs to be made by the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the SSPX : and there will be a breakthrough

There was a mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and then it was repeated in Vatican Council II.The mistake was hypothetical cases were assumed to be non hypothetical. Invisible non Catholics were assumed to be examples of salvation outside the Church. This mistake is being repeated by the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate.

Here is how the error works.It can be seen in these graphics.

 Roberto dei Mattei and Fr.Serafino Lanzetta F.I have used this irrational method of interpreting Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. The Franciscans of the Immaculate followed them.

Until today this same wrong way of interpreting Vatican Council II is normal for the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX).

This was the way Vatican Council II was interpreted by the late Fr. Fidenzio Volpi OFM(Cap).He called the Franciscans of the Immaculate 'crypto Lefebvrists'.

Now we know that we do not have to interpret Vatican Council II like the Lefebrists and neither like Fr. Volpi.Both  were using the irrational premise as shown in the graphics above. It was the same mistake made by Roberto

dei Mattei, Fr. Lanzetta and Fr. Stefano Manelli F.I.

Here is an alternative. These graphics show how the interpretation of Vatican Council II changes and becomes traditional.

So Vatican Council II is no more like it is interpreted by the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) or the Bologna School.They assumed that hypothetical cases were not only hypothetical but objective exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

Vatican Council II is now no more like it is being interpreted by Cardinal Braz de Avez and Archbishop Jose Carbello.

So this is the interpretation of Vatican Council II which the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the Society of St. Pius X must adopt and ask the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) to also affirm Vatican Council II, without the irrationality.

They simply have to say that there are no objective cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance in 2018.Similarly there are no known cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in the present times. They are all hypothetical cases.

This is all which is required.Make this simple observation as so many others have done.

When the Franciscans of the Immaculate, before the crisis began for them, insisted on offering the Traditional Latin Mass and not accepting Vatican Council II, which for them was a rupture with the past, they were influenced at that time, by Prof. Roberto dei Mattei, Fr. Serafino Lanzetta etc.

This was at that time.

But now we know that Vatican Council II is in harmony with St. Augustine, St.Thomas Aquinas , Pope Boniface VIII etc on outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.   1

Vatican Council II is no more like it is interpreted by the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) or the Bologna School.

It is no more like it is interpreted and known to Fr. Lanzetta, Roberto dei Mattei and others.

So when Cardinal Braz de Avez and Archbishop Jose Carbello asks them to affirm Vatican Council II he is really saying affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with St.Augustine,St.Thomas Aquinas, Pope Boniface VIII etc on outside the Church there is no salvation.This is the only rational alternative today.

He is not really asking them to affirm Vatican Council II like Lanzetta and Mattei, for whom the Council is a rupture with the saints and popes on outside the Church there is no salvation.

So the Franciscans of the Immaculate must see that Vatican Council II is no more a rupture with Tradition.

When Vatican Council II affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium during the 16th century, when they offered the Traditional Latin Mass, then the Franciscans must affirm this interpretation of the Council and ask Cardinal Braz de Avez and Archbishop Jose Carbello to do the same.

Since Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc) and so this is an issue for Cardinal Avez and not the Franciscans of the Immaculate or the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX).

The Franciscans of the Immaculate should go ahead and make an announcement saying that they affirm Vatican Council II as explained on this blog and not according to Mattei, Lanzetta and the liberal interpretations in the secular media in Italy.

They must ask the Magisterium to support their decision to affirm Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Feeneyism as a philosophy and theology.

They would still be rejecting Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise; with irrational Cushingism, which creates a rupture with Tradition and which is presently supported by Cardinal Avez and Archbishop Carbello.

Global feminist group calls on world governments to force doctors to perform abortion

TORONTO, Ontario, July 26, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Abortion activists are insisting in a new report that governments throughout the world strip doctors, nurses, and midwives of their right to opt out of performing abortions for reasons of conscience.

In its June 19 report, Unconscionable/When Providers Deny Abortion Care, the pro-abortion International Women’s Health Coalition calls for the elimination of any right by any medical professional to refuse to participate in an abortion.

“Laws should not include ‘conscientious objection,’ and should not allow for exceptions for reproductive health specialists - such as obstetrician-gynecologists and midwives - to refuse to provide services on the basis of personal beliefs,” that report states. “The law should be clear that health care providers are required to uphold professional obligations in the context of unintended pregnancies.”

Governments who refuse to comply, the report suggests, should be dragged before the courts.

“[Abortion] advocates should hold governments accountable for ensuring that health care professionals refusing to provide care do not hinder access to abortion,” the report states. “In specific instances, litigation might be an effective tool. In others, the emphasis would be on advocacy around changing the law, strengthening regulations, and enforcing compliance.”

Jack Fonseca, a senior political analyst at Campaign Life Coalition, called the report “frightening.”

“It’s frightening that anyone is calling for this and it has to be strongly resisted by people of conscience and governments,” he told LifeSiteNews. “It’s pure fascism. It reveals that the abortion industry does not believe in the right to choose, taking away the right of physicians as to whether they will take part in something that they view as wrong.”

Father Shenan J. Boquet, president of Human Life International, agrees.

“This is yet another illegitimate attempt by the culture of death to impose its utilitarian philosophy on the health care profession,” said Boquet to LifeSiteNews. “Pro-abortionists cannot tolerate opposition and cannot allow anyone to even refuse to participate in their deadly activities. 

“They demand willing participation,” he said. “They know that, even if a few health care professionals refuse to perform abortions, that others will be reminded of the stigma that has always and will always accompany the killing of preborn children.”

The president of the Virginia-based prolife organization notes the blatant hypocrisy of pro-abortionists who call for an end to conscientious objection to abortion.

“They complain bitterly that their own right of conscience is violated by President [Donald] Trump’s so-called ‘gag rule’ that does not allow tax-funded organizations to promote or perform abortions,” said Boquet. “But they seem curiously eager to violate the rights of conscience of pro-life health professionals.”

In its bid to force doctors and nurses into performing abortions, the Women’s Health Coalition goes so far as to suggest these healthcare professionals should be punished for refusing to kill unborn children.

“For those who continue to object, create obligations, for example, requiring them to justify their positions and to perform an alternative service,” the report states. “Similarly, they should assume responsibility for the burdens caused by their refusal to provide services for their patients, their peers, and the health care system by providing adequate and timely information and referrals to women, and by performing extra duties to relieve their non-objecting colleagues.”

Punishing dissidents and removing freedoms is exactly the same approach taken by the Nazis, said Fonseca.

“The Nazis took away conscience rights. It was punishable by imprisonment, professional disciplinary actions, and being killed,” he said.

The pro-abortion report repeats often-touted claims that denying abortion to women causes them physical and psychological harm and makes them more likely to be poor.

That’s nonsense, counters Fonseca.

“Those are bald-faced lies,” he said. “We know from legitimate social studies and scientific research that a majority of women feel pressured and coerced into abortion by a boyfriend or husband … At the old Morgentaler Clinic in Alberta, our president Jim Hughes saw a boyfriend drag a woman by her elbow into the clinic. She didn’t want to go.”

According to studies, 64 per cent of women who go to an abortion mill did so because of external pressures.

“The abortion industry has no interest in protecting women,” said Fonseca. “It’s about profit. Every abortion represents a paycheck.”

Fonseca emphasized that there is “no such thing as a ‘right to abortion’ just as there’s no legitimate right to murder innocent people, no matter who may come along and claim that there is.”

“What these abortion extremists are trying to do is supplant a genuine human right (conscience) with a counterfeit right (to kill children via abortion).  The supplanting of real human rights with fake ones that they’re trying to achieve is downright evil,” he said.

200 rabbis call out LGBT movement for using ‘terror’ tactics to promote lifestyle contrary to Torah

 

JERUSALEM, Israel, July 27, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Orthodox rabbis in the Holy City are reportedly calling out LGBT rights groups for using “aggressive terror” tactics to turn “perverts into heroes” in a letter published by Hebrew media.

The group of more than 200 rabbis wrote the letter in support of Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Aryeh Stern whose comments against LGBT adoption have created a stir.

In the wake of Israel passing a law to prevent gay couples from obtaining children through surrogates, massive protests erupted in Jerusalem Sunday, drawing upwards of 100,000 people.  

LGBT activists were decrying the Israeli government’s claim that it would be an “additional burden” on the child to be adopted by a same-sex couple.

Then, Rabbi Stern whipped LGBT groups into frenzy by reportedly stating it is a “fact that kids are entering very strange and unnatural lives of living without a mother and a father”. He also reportedly called acting out as an LGBT person “forbidden”.

In a letter, more than 200 orthodox rabbis backed him up.

“[He] simply voiced the eternal truth of our holy Torah and human normality, which the healthy majority in Israel identifies with,” the rabbis wrote in that letter.

They accused LGBT groups of using “aggressive terror accompanied by non-stop media brainwashing,” in attempts to turn “perverts into heroes.”

That LGBT agenda will not succeed nor will attempts to shut rabbis and sane people up and try to turn them into delusional extremists, the rabbis reportedly wrote.

“Rabbi Stern was protecting the children of Israel, who will be miserable if they aren’t adopted by normal families,” the rabbis claimed.

In some LGBT media, the idea children raised by gay couples would fare any worse was summarily dismissed.

In an article in Pink News, writer Josh Jackman defended the ability of same-sex couples to raise happy, well-adjusted children by pointing to a study that concluded children of same-sex couples are just as happy and healthy as children of straight parents.

There are studies that show either no differences between children raised in same-sex households and those in traditional families with a married mom and dad. Many of those studies have been criticized for methodological sloppiness.

And there’s a lot of evidence in other studies that show a family with a married mother and father remains the best way to raise a child.

In his study, Growing up with gay parents: What is the big deal?, Dr. Richard P. Fitzgibbons surveyed those studies.

Among his findings, Fitzgibbons noted when gay couples bring a child into the world with the help of a surrogate, that boy or girl is more likely to have trouble adjusting by the age of seven than other children.

Another difference the physician highlighted was revealed in a 2013 Canadian study which showed children of gay and lesbian couples are only about 65 per cent as likely to graduate from high school as children of married, traditional couples.

In addition, a 2009 study of women raised by gay or bisexual fathers showed they were less comfortable with closeness and intimacy, less able to trust and depend on others, and experienced more anxiety in relationships compared to women raised by heterosexual parents.

Other studies report rates of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and emotional problems being twice as high among children raised by same-sex parents as among the general population.

“An objective examination of social science research into how families function reveals clearly that children do best when raised by both a mother and a father,” concluded Fitzgibbons.

Prior to becoming Pope Benedict  XVI, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger summarized what several scientific studies of same-sex couples have since indicated.

“The absence of complementarity in these unions (same sex) creates obstacles in the normal development of children who would be placed in the care of such persons,” wrote Ratzinger, then head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. “They would be deprived of the experience of either fatherhood or motherhood.

“Allowing children to be adopted by persons living in such unions would actually mean doing violence to these children, in the sense that the condition of dependency would be used to place them in an environment that is not conducive to their full human development,” he said.
