The Pontifical University Regina Apostolorum’s theology program on Ratzinger and Rahner is now obsolete. It belongs to another era. Ratzinger and Rahner were interpreting Vatican Council II with Cushingism and not Feeneyite. They were irrational and not rational.
The program is organized into
eight distinct modules:
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and Theological Method” presents
important themes such as the vocation of the Catholic theologian, the
doctrine of the faith, the Magisterium and hermeneutics or the
interpretation and transmission of the faith. Specialists such as Cardinal
Kurt Koch and Archbishop Georg Gänswein, private secretary to Pope
Benedict, will participate as experts.
Ratzinger and Rahner were
interpreting Vatican Council II with Cushingism. So there had to be a
hermeneutic of rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Feeneyite),
the Athanasius Creed ( Feeneyite) and the Catechisms( Feeneyite).
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and Fundamental Theology”, explores important dimensions of fundamental theology in the context of the challenges of post-modernity. It will also examine deeply themes such as the nature and task of theology as well as truth and the role of conscience. Experts such as Prof. George Woodall and Prof. Pedro Barrajón L.C. will contribute. There is a fundamental error here. There approach to philosophy and theology is Cushingite and not Feeneyite. This is dishonest. It is unethical academically.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and Christology” emphasizes the
centrality of the person of Jesus Christ, his uniqueness, universality, as
well as his holiness of life. Experts such as Msgr. Markus Graulich and
Prof. Mauro Gagliardi will be present as lecturers.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and the History of Theology”
inserts his thought within the general development of theology. The module
will consider the influence on Ratzinger of St. Augustine’s Confessions,
the Church Fathers, as well as that of contemporary theology. Experts such
as Fr. Giuseppe Caruso OSA and Prof. Roberto Regoli will present different
themes.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and the Word of God” considers the importance of Revelation, Tradition and Scripture with a special emphasis on Exegesis. Experts such as Prof. Carlo dell’Osso and Prof. Nicolas Bossu, L.C. will intervene.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger in Dialog” explains the importance of this issue for him. Dialog with the Jewish tradition, with Lutherans, with other religions, with the modern world and with the theology of liberation will be treated. Participating experts include Prof. Eamonn O’Higgins L.C. and Prof. Achim Buckenmaier.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and the Church” emphasizes the
Church’s sacramentality and explains key concepts such as “the new People
of God.” Themes studied include the ecclesiology of the Second Vatican
Council, Mariology and the relationship between the Primacy and the
Episcopate. Experts like Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller and Ratzinger
Prize winner Dr. Christian Schaller will present these issues in depth.
- The module “Joseph Ratzinger and the Sacred Liturgy”, a theme
especially dear to our author. The sacramental foundation of Christian
existence offers a key to understanding worship in Spirit and Truth,
symbolism, the Tradition of Catholic liturgy and liturgical reform.

among the lecturers who participate

Gesù è morto ed è risorto. Con questo Sacrificio ha offerto la sua vita. Fu per la salvezza di tutti dall'Inferno. Coloro che accettano il Suo Sacrificio per loro, che credono in Lui e vivono i suoi insegnamenti nella Chiesa Cattolica vanno in Paradiso (Dominus Iesus 20, CDF, Notification, Dupuis 2001 ecc.). Per la salvezza dall'Inferno tutti devono entrare e rimanere nella Chiesa Cattolica , il Mistico Corpo di Gesù, con la Fede Cattolica e il battesimo dell'acqua (Giovanni 3:5, Marco 16:16, Giovanni 6 ecc., Ad Gentes 7, Lumen Gentium 14, Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica 846 ecc.,). Fuori dalla Chiesa, fuori da Gesù, non c'è salvezza. Tutti hanno bisogno dei Sacramenti nel 2023. Senza i Sacramenti, la morte e la risurrezione di Gesù saranno vane. Moriranno fuori dalla Chiesa, l'unica Chiesa che Gesù ha fondato.
Gesù può dare la grazia di credere in Lui e di essere salvato a qualcuno che non è un membro visibile della Chiesa. Tuttavia, col tempo questa persona sarebbe dovuta entrare nella Chiesa Cattolica. In Paradiso lui o lei sarà Cattolico. In Paradiso ci sono solo Cattolici. Sono lì con la Fede Cattolica, che include il battesimo dell'acqua. (Giovanni 3:5, Marco 16:16).
I Cattolici sono il nuovo popolo di Dio, il popolo eletto (Nostra Aetate 4). Hanno il Sacrificio (nella Messa), il Messia (promesso dai profeti ebrei), l'Arca dell'Alleanza (il tabernacolo con la presenza eucaristica), la Tradizione (continuazione della religione ebraica), le Sacre Scritture (un compimento dell'Antico Testamento), l'Alleanza Eterna con la morte e risurrezione di Gesù (adempimento delle alleanze che Yahweh fece con gli Ebrei), e il Tempio in cui si ripete incruento il Suo Unico Sacrificio. (Santa Messa in tutti i Riti della Chiesa Cattolica).
Quindi proclama la Buona Novella che solo coloro che credono in Gesù, il Figlio di Dio, il Messia promesso dagli ebrei, possono avere la vita eterna. Hanno bisogno di vivere i Suoi insegnamenti nella Chiesa Cattolica, per evitare il peccato mortale e avere la Grazia Santificante al momento della morte. Questo è in un mondo in cui la maggior parte delle persone, in quanto non credenti, sono orientate verso le fiamme dell'Inferno. Non conoscono Gesù o si rifiutano di seguirlo.
Nel Giorno del Giudizio, Gesù non li riconoscerà. La loro anima sarebbe stata sotto il controllo di Satana, come lo fu per tutta la loro vita. (Mt.10:32:33). Questo è lo stato delle persone che vivono con il peccato originale. Commettono peccati mortali e in quello stato non sono battezzati con acqua.
Senza la fede che piace a Dio, e che c'è solo nella Chiesa Cattolica; l'unica Chiesa con la pienezza dei mezzi di salvezza, non c'è via per l'Eterna Beatitudine in Cielo.
Questa è stata La Fede che ha fatto scegliere a molti il martirio per Gesù e la sua Chiesa e così ha accesso la via diretta e veloce per il Cielo.
Possiamo scegliere di affermare le verità della nostra Fede, fondata da Gesù, che è lo stesso, ieri, oggi e domani. La Chiesa Cattolica ha un magistero perenne ispirato dallo Spirito Santo. Gesù è lo stesso ieri, oggi e domani (Ebrei 13:8). Gesù nella Chiesa cattolica è la porta stretta (Matteo 7:13), la perla di grande valore (Matteo 13:45-46), l'uomo che ha trovato un tesoro nel campo e ha venduto tutto per ottenerlo (Matteo: 13 :44-46).
Gesù si è identificato con la sua Chiesa, quando Saulo perseguitava i Primi Cattolici, i Primi Cristiani.
"Saulo, Saulo, perché mi perseguiti?" chiese Gesù. Stava dicendo a Saulo, che quando perseguitava la Chiesa, perseguitava Lui. (Atti 9, 4). Quindi non possiamo avere fede in Cristo (Cristologia) senza appartenere alla Chiesa Cattolica (Ecclesiologia ecclesiocentrica). La Bibbia dice che la Chiesa è il Corpo mistico di Gesù.
La Chiesa Cattolica è il Corpo mistico di Gesù ((cfr 1 Cor 12,12-31; Col 1,18; 2,18-20; Ef 1,22-23; 3,19; 4,13).)
La Chiesa Cattolica è il Regno dei Cieli sulla terra ora, è Gesù presente oggi nel suo Corpo Mistico, ed è “come un mercante che cerca perle fini”. Quando ne trovò uno di grande valore, andò, vendette tutti i suoi averi e lo comprò” (Giovanni 13:45-46).
La Chiesa Cattolica è come la strada stretta che conduce alla vita; in paradiso (Matteo 7:13).
La maggior parte delle persone va all'inferno senza Fede e il battesimo di acqua nella Chiesa Cattolica. Tutti hanno bisogno del battesimo di acqua nella Chiesa Cattolica per la salvezza (Giovanni 3:5). Chi non crede sarà condannato (Mc 16,16). Entra per la via stretta (Matteo 7:13) poiché la maggior parte delle persone prende la strada larga, che conduce alla perdizione (Matteo 7:13). La Chiesa Cattolica è la strada stretta che conduce alla vita; in paradiso( Matteo 7:13).
L'Eucaristia della Santa Messa è necessaria per la salvezza, così come il Sacramento del Battesimo. Quelli che muoiono per Gesù e per la Chiesa come martiri hanno un posto speciale in cielo.
Tutti hanno bisogno dell'Eucaristia per la salvezza.
Gesù disse: "In verità, in verità vi dico, se non mangiate la carne del Figlio dell'uomo e non bevete il suo sangue, non avrete in voi la vita. Chi mangia la mia carne e beve il mio sangue ha la vita eterna e io lo risusciterò fino all'ultimo giorno. Perché la mia carne è vero cibo e il mio sangue vera bevanda. Chi mangia la mia carne e beve il mio sangue dimora in me e io in lui. Come il Padre vivente ha mandato me e io vivo a motivo del Padre, così chi mangia di me vivrà anch'egli per causa mia. Questo è il pane disceso dal cielo, non come quello che mangiarono i vostri padri e morirono. Chi mangia questo pane vivrà in eterno." - Giovanni 6:53-58.
Dio offre la salvezza dal peccato e dalla condanna. Lo fa attraverso suo Figlio e il suo atto di amore nel sacrificio di Gesù.
Perché Dio ha tanto amato il mondo, da dare il suo Figlio unigenito; affinché chiunque crede in lui non perisca, ma abbia la vita eterna.
Dio infatti non ha mandato suo Figlio nel mondo per giudicare il mondo, ma perché il mondo sia salvato da lui.
Chi crede in lui non è giudicato. Ma chi non crede, è già giudicato: perché non crede nel nome dell'unigenito Figlio di Dio.
E questo è il giudizio: perché la luce è venuta nel mondo, e gli uomini hanno preferito le tenebre alla luce, perché le loro opere erano malvagie.
Perché chiunque fa il male odia la luce e non viene alla luce affinché le sue opere non siano riprovate. Ma chi pratica la verità viene alla luce, affinché le sue opere siano manifestate, perché sono fatte in Dio.- Giovanni 3:16-21
La persona che non crede in Cristo e vive i Suoi insegnamenti nella Chiesa Cattolica andrà all'Inferno e conoscerà l'ira di Dio.
Il Padre ama il Figlio e gli ha dato in mano ogni cosa.
Chi crede nel Figlio ha la vita eterna; ma chi non crede al Figlio, non vedrà la vita; ma l'ira di Dio dimora su di lui. — Giovanni 3:35-36
Conoscere Gesù è conoscere la verità. Gesù è la Verità.
Gesù dunque gridò nel tempio, insegnando e dicendo: Entrambi mi conoscete e sapete da dove vengo: e non sono venuto da me stesso; ma è vero colui che mi ha mandato, che tu non conosci.
Io lo conosco, perché vengo da lui, ed egli mi ha mandato.Giovanni : 7: 28-29.
Coloro che non credono in Gesù e che non vivono i Suoi insegnamenti nella Chiesa Cattolica moriranno nei loro peccati e andranno all'Inferno. Perderanno la loro eredità che Gesù ha vinto per loro attraverso il suo sacrificio.
E disse loro. Tu vieni dal basso, io vengo dall'alto. Tu sei di questo mondo, io non sono di questo mondo. Perciò vi ho detto che morirete nei vostri peccati. Perché se non credi che io sono, morirai nel tuo peccato.-Giovanni 8: 23-24.
Non c'è salvezza in nessun altro poiché non c'è altro nome dato all'umanità da salvare Pietro e Giovanni proclamato. Questo fu l'inizio della nuova Chiesa, la Chiesa Cattolica.
Né c'è salvezza in nessun altro. Perché non c'è altro nome sotto il cielo dato agli uomini, per mezzo del quale dobbiamo essere salvati. -Atti 4:12
Così Gesù ci ha detto di andare in tutto il mondo e proclamare il Vangelo. Chi crede nei Suoi insegnamenti nella Chiesa Cattolica, il Suo Corpo Mistico sarà salvato dall'Inferno. Chi non lo farà sarà condannato all'Inferno.
E disse loro: Andate per tutto il mondo e predicate il vangelo ad ogni creatura.
Chi crederà e sarà battezzato sarà salvato, ma chi non crederà sarà condannato. –Giov. 16: 15-16

SALVEZZA ESCLUSIVA NELLA CHIESA CATTOLICA
14. Il santo Concilio si rivolge quindi prima di tutto ai fedeli cattolici. Esso, basandosi sulla sacra Scrittura e sulla tradizione, insegna che questa Chiesa peregrinante è necessaria alla salvezza. Solo il Cristo, infatti, presente in mezzo a noi nel suo corpo che è la Chiesa, è il mediatore e la via della salvezza; ora egli stesso, inculcando espressamente la necessità della fede e del battesimo (cfr. Gv 3,5), ha nello stesso tempo confermato la necessità della Chiesa, nella quale gli uomini entrano per il battesimo come per una porta. È dunque necessario che tutti si convertano al Cristo conosciuto attraverso la predicazione della Chiesa, ed a lui e alla Chiesa, suo corpo, siano incorporati attraverso il battesimo (39). Cristo stesso infatti, « ribadendo espressamente la necessità della fede e del battesimo (cfr. Mc 16,16; Gv 3,5), ha confermato simultaneamente la necessità della Chiesa, nella quale gli uomini entrano, per così dire, attraverso la porta del battesimo.- Ad Gentes 7, Concilio Vaticano II.
CATECHISMO DELLA CHIESA CATTOLICA 845-846
845 Proprio per riunire di nuovo tutti i suoi figli, dispersi e sviati dal peccato, il Padre ha voluto convocare l'intera umanità nella Chiesa del Figlio suo. La Chiesa è il luogo in cui l'umanità deve ritrovare l'unità e la salvezza. È il « mondo riconciliato ». È la nave che, « pleno dominicae crucis velo Sancti Spiritus flatu in hoc bene navigat mundo – spiegate le vele della croce del Signore al soffio dello Spirito Santo, naviga sicura in questo mondo »; secondo un'altra immagine, cara ai Padri della Chiesa, è l'arca di Noè che, sola, salva dal diluvio.
«Fuori della Chiesa non c'è salvezza»
846 Come bisogna intendere questa affermazione spesso ripetuta dai Padri della Chiesa? Formulata in modo positivo, significa che ogni salvezza viene da Cristo-Capo per mezzo della Chiesa che è il suo corpo:
Il santo Concilio « insegna, appoggiandosi sulla Sacra Scrittura e sulla Tradizione, che questa Chiesa pellegrinante è necessaria alla salvezza. Infatti solo Cristo, presente per noi nel suo corpo, che è la Chiesa, è il Mediatore e la Via della salvezza; ora egli, inculcando espressamente la necessità della fede e del Battesimo, ha insieme confermato la necessità della Chiesa, nella quale gli uomini entrano mediante il Battesimo come per la porta. Catholics are the new people of God, the chosen people (Nostra Aetate 4). They have the Sacrifice (in the Mass), the Messiah (promised by the Jewish prophets), the Ark of the Covenant (the tabernacle with the Eucharistic presence), Tradition (a continuation of the Jewish religion), the Holy Scriptures (a fulfillment of the Ancient Testament), the Eternal Covenant with the death and resurrection of Jesus (a fulfillment of the covenants Yahweh made with the Jews), and the Temple in which His One and Only Sacrifice is repeated in a bloodless way. (Holy Mass in all the Rites of the Catholic Church).
So proclaim the Good News that only those who believe in Jesus, the Son of God, the Jewish Promised Messiah, can have eternal life. They need to live His teachings in the Catholic Church, to avoid mortal sin and have Sanctifying Grace at the moment of death. This is in a world where most people, as non-believers, are oriented towards the fires of Hell. They don't know about Jesus or they refuse to follow him.
On Judgment Day, Jesus will not recognize them. Their soul would be under the control of Satan, as it was all their life. (Mt.10:32:33) This is the state of people who live with original sin. They commit mortal sins and in that state they are not baptized with water.
Without faith which is pleasing to God, and which is there in only in the Catholic Church; the only Church with the fullness of the means of salvation, there is no way to Eternal Bliss in Heaven.
This was the faith that made many choose martyrdom for Jesus and his Church and thus has access to the direct and fast way to Heaven.
We can choose to affirm the truths of our Faith, founded by Jesus, who is the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow. The Catholic Church has a perennial Magisterium inspired by the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow (Hebrews 13:8). Jesus in the Catholic Church is the narrow gate (Matt.7:13), the pearl of great price (Mt.13:45-46), the man who found treasure in the field and sold everything to get it (Matt: 13:44-46).
Jesus identified with his Church, when Saul was persecuting the Early Catholics, the Early Christians.
"Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” Jesus asked.He was telling Saul that when he persecuted the Church he was persecuting Him.(Acts.9: 4). Therefore we cannot have faith in Christ (Christology) without belonging to the Catholic Church (ecclesiocentric ecclesiology).The Bible tells us that the Church is the Mystical Body of Jesus.
The Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Jesus ((Cf. 1 Cor 12:12-31; Col 1:18; 2:18-20; Eph. 1:22-23; 3:19; 4:13).)
The Catholic Church is the Kingdom of Heaven on earth now, it is Jesus present today in His Mystical Body, and it ‘is like a merchant look for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.’ (John 13:45-46).
The Catholic Church is like the narrow road that leads to life; to paradise (Matt. 7:13).
Most people go to hell without faith and baptism in the Catholic Church. Everyone needs water baptism in the Catholic Church for salvation (John 3:5). He who does not believe will be condemned (Mark 16:16). Enter through the narrow way (Matthew 7:13) since most people take the wide road, which leads to perdition (Matt: 7:13).). The Catholic Church is the narrow road that leads to life; to paradise( Matt. 7:13).
The Eucharist at Holy Mass is necessary for salvation and so is the Sacrament of Baptism. Those who die for Jesus and the Church as martyrs have a special place in heaven.
Everyone needs the Eucharist for salvation.
Jesus said, "Truly, truly, I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will also live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven, not such as your fathers ate and died. Whoever eats this bread will live forever.”- John 6:53-58.
God offers salvation from sin and condemnation. He does this through His Son and His act of love in Jesus’ Sacrifice.
For God so loved the world, as to give his only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting.
He that believeth in him is not judged. But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the judgment: because the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light: for their works were evil.
For every one that doth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, that his works may not be reproved. But he that doth truth, cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, because they are done in God.- John 3:16-21
The person who does not believe in Christ and lives His teachings in the Catholic Church will go to Hell and know the wrath of God.
The Father loveth the Son: and he hath given all things into his hand.
He that believeth in the Son, hath life everlasting; but he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.-John 3:35-36
To know Jesus is to know the truth. Jesus is the Truth.
28 Jesus therefore cried out in the temple, teaching, and saying: You both know me, and you know whence I am: and I am not come of myself; but he that sent me, is true, whom you know not.
29 I know him, because I am from him, and he hath sent me.John : 7: 28-29.
Those who do not believe in Jesus and who do not live His teachings in the Catholic Church will die in their sins and go to Hell. They will lose their inheritance which Jesus won for them through His Sacrifice.
And he said to them. You are from beneath, I am from above. You are of this world, I am not of this world. Therefore I said to you, that you will die in your sins. For if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sin.-John 8 : 23-24.
There is salvation in no one else since there is no other name given to mankind to be saved Peter and John proclaimed. This was the beginning of the new Church, the Catholic Church.
Neither is there salvation in any other. For there is no other name under heaven given to men, whereby we must be saved. -Acts 4:12
So Jesus told us to go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel.He who believes in His teachings in the Catholic Church, His Mystical Body will be saved from Hell. Those who do not do so will be condemned to Hell.
And he said to them: Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned. –John 16: 15-16

CDF agrees with me
Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect, Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, and Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Secretary, CDF, recognize their past mistakes. They would agree with me on these three pages marked in golden (1, 2, and 3).
It is an issue of common sense. It would be obvious even for those who are not Christian.
1. Outside the Church there is no salvation is the teaching of the Church Councils, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
2. Hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not objective exceptions in 1965-2023 for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
3. The Church still teaches that there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church. This is taught through the Bible, Vatican Council II, the Catechisms, the Creeds, Councils etc. - Lionel Andrades

The Catholic Church rejects nothing that is true and holy in these religions. She regards with sincere reverence those ways of conduct and of life, those precepts and teachings which, though differing in many aspects from the ones she holds and sets forth, nonetheless often reflect a ray of that Truth which enlightens all men. – Nostra Aetate 2, Vatican Council II.
All this holds true not only for Christians, but for all men of good will in whose hearts grace works in an unseen way. 3. EXCLUSIVE SALVATION IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TODAY
14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism124 and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church…- Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door.-Ad Gentes 7
CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH 845-846
845 To reunite all his children, scattered and led astray by sin, the Father willed to call the whole of humanity together into his Son's Church. The Church is the place where humanity must rediscover its unity and salvation. The Church is "the world reconciled." She is that bark which "in the full sail of the Lord's cross, by the breath of the Holy Spirit, navigates safely in this world."
