The Kaaba is made of stone

When Muslims ask why do Catholics worship idols it must be explained to them that the Kaaba is made of stone , and Muslims circle it, knowing it is not God. Similarly the statue of Our Lady, remind us of the sacred.God has created her without sin, as the Mother of God and with an important role for the end times.
When Muslims go on a pilgrimage to Mecca they throw stones at a stone wall.It is called stoning the devil. These objects at Mecca are made of stone, just like the Catholic statues.
Then though Muslims  say God is one, and unknowable, when they pray they take the name of a human being.
The Wahabi cleric in Syria , who is shown on a video destroying a statue of Our Lady(1), will begin his prayers reciting the name of a man, Mohammad. When Muslims  pray they repeat  the name of a man.The man who asked them to do so.
TRINITY
If a Muslim would ask me how can you believe in three Persons in One God, I would say just as you believe a woman can give birth  to a child without relations with a man, we can believe in the  Holy Trinity. It's about something supernatural.
Those who know about Jesus and the Church and its necessity for salvation from Hell, according to Vatican Council II (LG 14), and who do not enter will not be saved. Mohammad the Koran shows, knew and did not enter.
He did not have'faith and baptism'(AG 7) needed for salvation. This is also the fate of  other Muslims.
The religion of Mohammad like othe religions, is known also for its 'errors, deficiences and superstion'(Dominus Iesus).
Those Muslims who die for Jesus and the Church can be saved as martyrs. This is a possibility if God wills it. In general, even Muslims martyrs for the Catholic Faith, need the baptism of water for salvation.
Without the baptism of water given to adults with Catholic Faith, we don't know of any Muslim in 2013 who wil be able to see Paradise, while remaining outside the visible boundaruies of the Catholic Church.
This is the way God chose for all to be united with Him.The Church is the only Ark of Noah that saves in the Flood(CCC 845).
In Italy,  Hindus, Jews, Muslims and members of Christian denominations know about Jesus and the Church. They  are not in invincible ignorance. They have an obligation to convert for salvation.
The ordinary means of salvation for all non Catholics is Catholic Faith with the baptism of water.
There are good things in the  religion of Mohammad, a medieval army general. There is the to prayers, believing in one God, and the Judeo-Christian moral code. However the religion is a false path to salavtion.
At Regensburg, Pope Benedict XVI asked what new thing did the religion of Mohammad bring except...? (2)
According to Magisterial documents of the Catholic Church, before and after Vatican Council II Islam is not a path to salvation.

Quoted below are the three paragraphs (of sixteen total) which discuss Islam in Pope Benedict's lecture:
I was reminded of all this recently, when I read the edition by Professor Theodore Khoury (Münster) of part of the dialogue carried on — perhaps in 1391 in the winter barracks near Ankara — by the erudite Byzantine emperor Manuel II Palaeologus and an educated Persian on the subject of Christianity and Islam, and the truth of both. It was presumably the emperor himself who set down this dialogue, during the siege of Constantinople between 1394 and 1402; and this would explain why his arguments are given in greater detail than those of his Persian interlocutor. The dialogue ranges widely over the structures of faith contained in the Bible and in the Qur'an, and deals especially with the image of God and of man, while necessarily returning repeatedly to the relationship between — as they were called — three "Laws" or "rules of life": the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Qur'an. It is not my intention to discuss this question in the present lecture; here I would like to discuss only one point — itself rather marginal to the dialogue as a whole — which, in the context of the issue of "faith and reason", I found interesting and which can serve as the starting-point for my reflections on this issue.
In the seventh conversation edited by Professor Khoury, the emperor touches on the theme of the holy war. The emperor must have known that sura 2, 256 reads: "There is no compulsion in religion". According to the experts, this is one of the suras of the early period, when Mohammed was still powerless and under threat. But naturally the emperor also knew the instructions, developed later and recorded in the Qur'an, concerning holy war. Without descending to details, such as the difference in treatment accorded to those who have the "Book" and the "infidels", he addresses his interlocutor with a startling brusqueness, a brusqueness that we find unacceptable, on the central question about the relationship between religion and violence in general, saying: "Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached". The emperor, after having expressed himself so forcefully, goes on to explain in detail the reasons why spreading the faith through violence is something unreasonable. Violence is incompatible with the nature of God and the nature of the soul. "God", he says, "is not pleased by blood — and not acting reasonably is contrary to God's nature. Faith is born of the soul, not the body. Whoever would lead someone to faith needs the ability to speak well and to reason properly, without violence and threats… To convince a reasonable soul, one does not need a strong arm, or weapons of any kind, or any other means of threatening a person with death…
The decisive statement in this argument against violent conversion is this: not to act in accordance with reason is contrary to God's nature. The editor, Theodore Khoury, observes: "For the emperor, as a Byzantine shaped by Greek philosophy, this statement is self-evident. But for Muslim teaching, God is absolutely transcendent. His will is not bound up with any of our categories, even that of rationality." Here Khoury quotes a work of the noted French Islamist R. Arnaldez, who points out that Ibn Hazn went so far as to state that God is not bound even by his own word, and that nothing would oblige him to reveal the truth to us. Were it God's will, we would even have to practice idolatry.

Elementary My Dear Watson!

Elementary My Dear Watson :The supposed explanation that Sherlock Holmes gave to his assistant, Dr. Watson, when explaining deductions he had made.
Origin
holmesIn fact the line doesn't appear in the Conan Doyle books, only later in Sherlock Holmes' films. He does come rather close at a few of points. Holmes says "Elementary" in 'The Crooked Man', and "It was very superficial, my dear Watson, I assure you" in 'The Cardboard Box'. He also says "Exactly, my dear Watson, in three different stories. The phrase was first used by P. G. Wodehouse, in Psmith Journalist, 1915 (1)
_______________________________________

For something to be an exception it has to exist. If something is not there it is not an exception. This is elementary.

If there is a crate of oranges and there is one apple within, the apple in the box is an exception. If it did not exist it would not be an exception. Elementary!
 VaticanoII un dibattito aperto
Fr. Jean Marie Gleize of the SSPX in his book on Vatican Council II says there is an exceptional way of salvation. This  would imply that there are known exceptions to all needing to convert into the Church for salvation. There are no such known cases! He - does not know anyone  saved in imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3). So there are no exceptions! Elementary!

Similarly Archbishop Augustine Di Noia of Ecclesia Dei made an elementary mistake. In  an interview with the National Catholic Register he said that  those saved with 'elements of sanctification and truth' (LG 8) are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. These cases do not exist in our reality.

Likewise  Archbishop Gerhard Muller said that being saved in invincible ignorance is an exeption to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So for him all do not have to convert into the Church but only those who know. Archbishop Muller does not know who knows and who does not know and will be saved. So why mention it as an exception. It is a possibility yes, but not an exception.

Similarly when the SSPX and SSPX-SO claim there are known exceptions in Vatican Council II to the traditional teaching on other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty they are making an elementary error. There are no such known cases mentioned in Vatican Council II. There are only possibilities.

Bishop Athanasius Schneider and Michael Voris also made a fundamental  error when they claimed Vatican Council II is ambigous. Yes it would be ambigous if you asumed we could see the dead saved in invincible ignorance etc.Salvation in Heaven in 2013 is not visible to us on earth. Elementary My Dear Watson.

Invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are not known cases. So they are not exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as interpreted by Tradition and Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Elementary My Dear Watson.

Father Taouk, SSPX in Australia

http://www.ourladysresistance.org/father-taouk.html

sspx mc, brisbaneFr. Raymond Taouk - native of Australia, ordained in 2005 at Holy Cross Seminary, Goulburn, Australia.

http://www.sspx-mariancorps.com/1/post/2013/10/open-letter-from-brisbane-australia.html

Fr. Raymond Taouk and the SSPX-SO (Resistance) are not aware that doctrinally Vatican Council II is in agreement with Tradition on the issues of other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty. He is not aware of the false premise being used by both SSPX groups in the interpretation of Vatican  Council II.

Catholics celebrate the feast of Christ the King

http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2013/10/catholics-celebrate-feast-of-christ-king.html#links

Two possibilities

I was talking to a priest and pointed out to him a person walking before us. This person, a non Catholic,  I mentioned,  could be saved or not saved. There are two possibilities in theory. We personally do not know,  we cannot see his soul. We cannot judge his soul and do not know if in future he will be saved or not.The priest agreed. There are just two possibilities in theory. He will be saved or not saved.

Also we cannot judge if this person before us in invincible ignorance or to be saved with the baptism of desire. We cannot say that any person is in this condition.Only God knows if this man would be saved in invincible ignorance, imperfect communion with the Church, seeds of the Word etc.
The Church however tells us that all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation (AG 7,Vatican Council II). So the non Catholic before us is going to Hell according to Vatican Council II  and the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846.
So there are always two possibilities in theory. In reality there is only one possibility. The non Catholic before us is going to Hell unless he converts into the Church.

If he is an 'exception' it would be known only to God.The two of us there could not say that he is an exception. The two of us could say that the one true Church, the only Church of Jesus Christ indicates that that man is going to Hell. We only know that the general way, the norm to go to Heaven is Catholic Faith with the baptism of water. This is the de fide teaching.(Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).
So the man before us is oriented to Hell.

Francis Pope excommunicates a heretic priest who " celebrated " gay marriage

The other side of Pope Francis. Excommunicated " heretic " priest. by S.Sartini of the Journal of 09.26.13
http://www.ilgiornale.it/news/interni/laltra-faccia-francesco-scomunicato-prete-eretico-953457.html

While Pope Francis never ceases to amaze with his desire for dialogue and discussion with everyone, his positions still belong to the line of a traditionalist Church .It is not so long ago when the Pope had shown openness toward divorced and gay. The last time was in his interview to the director of Catholica Civilita ,Fr. Antonio Spadaro. The media has spoken of an openess to same-sex marriage and abortion. In reality, the position of the Vatican has not changed by a millimeter. Pope Francis does not differ at all from the doctrinal line that has characterized his predecessors.Proof of this is the news of the first excommunication latae sententiae signed by Pope Bergoglio. Father Greg Reynolds, an Australian priest , has received the notice of excommunication from the Vatican from the Archbishop of Melbourne, Denis Hart . The reason ? His positions on gay marriage and the ordination of women are not in line with the orientation of the Church. The news was released by the National Catholic Reporter, from information  received from a religious based in Kansas City. The news then started to spread mainly in the Australian media . It has been confirmed by the Vatican.
"The dossier was prepared by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith , even if the excommunication is automatic...it means he is outside the Church and is not able to receive any sacrament. This decision has been taken since the priest's view is not the doctrine of the Church. This is the first excommunication in the Pontificate of Pope Francis. Obviously, the process began with Benedict XVI, but the final decision was with Pope Francis".
Pope Francis issued his first excommunication since become Pope in March (AP Photo/Riccardo De Luca)
The document of the Holy See , written in Latin and without a detailed explanation, is dated May 31. Already in 2011 the priest was suspended from his ministry by the Archbishop of Melbourne.
Father Greg Reynolds , therefore, could no longer celebrate Mass . But despite this prohibition , the priest continued to preside over the celebration and to preach publicly opinions contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church. The priest also founded a movement called " Inclusive Catholics ", which expresses open support for gay marriages.

Now comes the excommunication of Pope Francis. "I expected to be able to be reduced to the lay state - said the Australian priest - but of course I did not expect to be excommunicated. At one time the excommunication was considered something huge, but today the church hierarchy have lost all trust and respect. No one has ever contacted me from the Vatican - added the religious - and I was not given any explanation . "

Reynolds is accused of heresy. According to Canon 751, of Canon Law , "the obstinate denial, after having received baptism, of some truth which must be believed with divine and Catholic faith , or obstinate doubt about it ."
The Vatican's decision is final and without the possibility of appeal. "A choice made for the good of the Church" , reads the communication to Father Greg Reynolds. A strong signal of Pope Bergoglio to all who see  in the work of the new Pope a change of course in the teaching of the Church, which obviously is not there.

The original error of Cardinal Richard Cushing and the Jesuits in Boston still on the MHFM website

Even if someone died with the baptism of desire it would not be a known exception to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
On the Most Holy Family Monaster website it can be seen that they still assume that the baptism of desire is visible to us in the present times and so is an exception to outside the church there is no salvation.
This was the original error of Cardinal Richard Cushing and the Jesuits in Boston.-L.A

from the website of the Most Holy Family Monastery
Catechumens
I have listened to your current video on BOD Buried and I found it very enlightening and informative, I believe everything you have stated in this video and it has convinced me that there is no such thing as BOD. I have one question relating to it though. I had spoken with a priest about BOD and he believes in it and uses as his defense the fact that the Catholic Church has always allowed masses to be said for Catechumen's who are unbaptized…
Thanks,
Dave
MHFM: The priest's statement is false. This issue is covered in our salvation book. We recommend that people interested in the details on the salvation issue obtain and read it. As covered in the book, the ancient Church forbade prayer and sacrifice for the unbaptized, including unbaptized catechumens.
“A certain statement in the funeral oration of St. Ambrose over the Emperor Valentinian II has been brought forward as a proof that the Church offered sacrifices and prayers for catechumens who died before baptism. There is not a vestige of such a custom to be found anywhereThe practice of the Church is more correctly shown in the canon (xvii) of the Second Council of Braga (572 AD): ‘Neither the commemoration of Sacrifice [oblationis] nor the service of chanting [psallendi] is to be employed for catechumens who have died without baptism.’”
As we see, no catechumen who died without the Sacrament of Baptism received prayer, sacrifice or Christian burial. Pope St. Leo the Great and Pope St. Gelasius had earlier confirmed the same Church discipline – which was the universal practice – forbidding Catholics to pray for unbaptized catechumens who had died. That's the traditional practice. The fallible 1917 Code of Canon Law (which was promulgated approximately one generation before the complete apostasy at Vatican II) contained a different law, which was a departure from Tradition.

Catholics celebrate the feast of Christ the King

Catholics, the new people of God (Nostra Aetate 4) , the Chosen People, the people of the Eternal Covenant (Heb.8:16-13) yesterday gave praise and offering to God at the Sacrifice of the Holy Mass. It was the feast of Christ the King, King of the Universe, whose Social Kingship extends, as their ideal, to all moral, social and political laws.In the liturgy of the Extraordinary Form of the Mass yesterday , there were the Readings and hymns which exalted Christ as the King on earth, for those who love Him.
The Elect (John 3:5), those with 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7), in only the Catholic Church in which all  need to convert (AG 7), remembered at the Tridentine Rite Mass , the martyrs, the saints and those gone before us to the everlasting kingdom in Heaven.
In the Catholic Church, which is the pearl of great price, the treasure the man found and sold all he had to possess it (Mat. 13: 44-46), there were sermons on the Social Reign of Christ the King , which is being opposed by the forces of evil. It is opposed by the  secular , leftists and communists laws and the culture of death which leads  to eternal death in the kingdom of  Satan. These are the forces of lies and error who try to separate the kingdom of God from the Catholic Church.
It was within the Catholic Church that the great saints Francis of Assisi , Teresa of Avila and others renewed the kingdom of God within the Church, and also experienced the highest levels of the kingdom of God within themself, while remaining sons and daughters of the Church.
The Kingdom of God within oneself also cannot be separated from the Church. Today many New Agers , and others outside the visible limits of the Catholic Church, confuse the Kingdom of God with the kingdom of Satan. They do not know Christ the king and cannot find the kingdom of God in Transcendental Meditation, Buddhism, Yoga etc.
In the spiritual dimension there is only one King, who is Christ and all principalities, sovereignties and kingdoms must finally bow to Him.
In Catholic mission, proclamation and evangelisation  we cannot separate the Kingdom of God from the Catholic Church, the Mystical Body (Col 1,1-8) of Christ the King.
Belonging to the Catholic Church and living without mortal sin is the only way in 2013 to go to the everlasting Kingdom of God.Mortal Sin separates us from the Kingdom of God and the Sacrament of Confession within the Church reunites us with the Kingdom.
There is no other religion, which has the 'fullness of truth' which leads to the kingdom of God. The Church is that 'narrow gate' (Matt. 7:14). So for Catholics there cannot be a separation of Church and State. Politics and religion have been separated by leftist ideology. The enemies of the Church have prevented all laws having Christ and the Church at its center.
Even though they are opposed to the traditional teaching outside the church there is no salvation (AG 7, CCC 846, Mark.16:16) there is an obligation for all people to worship God in only the Catholic Church. This is the message of Dignitatis Humanae, Vatican Council II. Even though in a state with a secular Constitution there  is religious liberty to follow ones religion(DH) there is an obligation to follow the one, true Church to avoid Hell. DH is factual. In a state with a secular Constitution there is equal religious liberty for all. However Catholics can still recognize Christ  as King whose Social Reign must extend to all people.
Even though many choose to interpret Vatican Council II as a break with  Tradition, we can interpret the Council as traditional on the issues of other religions (AG 7,LG 14), ecumenism (AG 7,LG 14) and religious liberty (DH).

Archbishop Lefebvre was correct in rejecting Vatican Council II(Cushingism version): the Magisterium was not aware of the false premise during the excommunication

Archbishop Lefebvre was correct in rejecting Vatican Council II(Cushingism version) since a false premise was used in the interpretation. The false premise was never identified by the popes.Archbishop Lefebvre himself seems unaware of the false premise, similar to the four SSPX bishops and many priests of their community.

They had only to remove the false premise and Vatican Council II (Feeneyism version) becomes  traditional.

Some priests of the SSPX Italy have made this change.Using traditional Feeneyism they say there are no visible exceptions to the traditional teaching on salvation. The baptism of desire etc are not visible exceptions.

Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was excommunicated for rejecting Vatican Council II (with the Cushing premise). Cardinal Ratzinger never knew that  a false premise was used.

As Pope Benedict XVI he also wrongly approved two theological papers of the International Theological Commission(ITC). They both carried the Cushing virus and he did not know it.

He issued the Notification against Fr.Jacques Dupuis S.J which was critical of the theology of religions, perhaps because Pope John Paul II asked him to do so.Otherwise he approved the theology of religions based on the false premise. It can still be read on the ITC website on line and has not been removed.

So we have the excommunication of an archbishop for rejecting correctly, an irrational version of the Council, which was not corrected by the Magisterium.

This was unfortunate and unintentional but it still was a scandal.Similarly the excommunication of Fr.Leonard Feeney  was not lifted for some 19 years. The  priest from Boston had rejected the false premise of there being known exceptions in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire. For him there were no known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

This was a scandal but the American bishops did  lift the excommunication during the priest's lifetime.A Bishop officiated at Fr. Leonard Feeney's funeral Mass.In the case of Archbishop Lefebvre this was not done. He died excommunicated.

Both Archbishop Lefebvre and Fr.Leonard Feeney were excommunicated when their superiors  were unaware that  a false premise had been brought into theology, and this was being used to interpret magisterial documents.

"Thank you"-Michael Voris

Cristina Siccardi

There has been no response from Cristina Siccardi to e-mails which show there is a  doctrinal error in her recent book being distributed by the SSPX, Italy. On p.133 of L'Inverno della Chiesa dopo il Concilio Vaticano II she has referred to outside the visible limits of the Church there being salvation (UR 3). For her UR 3 is a contradiction to the traditional teaching on salvation and other religions and Christian communities.
 Linverno_della_Chiesa1
Fr.Gabriel who offered Mass last Sunday at the SSPX chapel in Rome has said that being saved in imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) is a possibility but not a known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Fr.Gabriel is aware that there are no known exceptions . Cristina Siccardi is not aware of it.

She has just accepted Fr.Jean Marie Glieze saying that Vatican Council II says outside the visible limits of the Catholic Church there are known cases of salvation. He assumed too that UR 3 is a known exception.
When Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre said that there could be Hindu in Tibet saved in his religion he did not say that we know this case in the present times or that we could know this person. So he did not say that there was a known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
We can accept that there could be a Hindu in Tibet saved in his religion and also simultaneously accept the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, whose text does not mention any exceptions, known or unknown.-Lionel Andrades

No known exceptions in Nostra Aetate to extra ecclesiam nulla salus

I was talking to a priest of the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) who believed that Nostra Aetate, Vatican Council II contradicted the traditional teaching on other religions. I thought it did not. He insisted it did but could not remember the text.
Here are some passages from Nostra Aetate. They do not clash with Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 which says all need to enter the Church 'as through a door', all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation.Neither does it say that there are any known exceptions to AG 7 and LG 14, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or the Syllabus of Errors.

Dominus Iesus (20) tells us that salvation is available for all, Jesus died for all but to receive this salvation all need to accept Jesus as the Saviour, in the Catholic Church. The Church is necessary for salvation.

Nostra Aetate
1.One is the community of all peoples, one their origin, for God made the whole human race to live over the face of the earth. One also is their final goal, God. His providence, His manifestations of goodness, His saving design extend to all men, until that time when the elect will be united in the Holy City, the city ablaze with the glory of God, where the nations will walk in His light.
Lionel:
True, one is the community of all peoples but not all will go to Heaven. Those without 'faith and baptism' are oriented to Hell unless they convert into the Church. They have an option.

2.The Catholic Church rejects nothing that is true and holy in these religions. She regards with sincere reverence those ways of conduct and of life, those precepts and teachings which, though differing in many aspects from the ones she holds and sets forth, nonetheless often reflect a ray of that Truth which enlightens all men. Indeed, she proclaims, and ever must proclaim Christ "the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6), in whom men may find the fullness of religious life, in whom God has reconciled all things to Himself.
Lionel:
The Catholic Church rejects nothing which is good and holy in other religions. However these religions are false paths to salvation(AG 7,LG 14). So even though there are good and holy things in other religions it is not enough. There members need to convert according to Vatican Council II (AG 7).
01
4.Thus the Church of Christ acknowledges that, according to God's saving design, the beginnings of her faith and her election are found already among the Patriarchs, Moses and the prophets. She professes that all who believe in Christ-Abraham's sons according to faith -are included in the same Patriarch's call, and likewise that the salvation of the Church is mysteriously foreshadowed by the chosen people's exodus from the land of bondage.
Lionel:
Catholics accept the Old Testament, the Jewish Prophets. The Jewish people were once the people of God the chosen people. They now need to accept the Jewish Messiah in the Catholic Church for salvation. Unlike the Jews today, the Church has the Sacrifice, in the Mass, the Eucharist, the Ark of the Covenant, in the tabernacle and Catholics are the new people of God (NA 4).
03
The SSPX priest agreed that there were no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The SSPX priests have also agreed that being saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16) and imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3) are possibilities but not known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
In Nostra Aetate 1, 2 and 4 also there are no known exceptions mentioned, to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
09
So the Catholic Church's traditional teaching on other religions and ecumenism has not been changed by Vatican Council II as many believe.

The un-noticed error is caused by assuming that there are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and assuming wrongly that we can see the dead-saved who considered exceptions to all needing to convert into the Church in the present times.

Archbishop Muller contradicts Pope Francis' alleged statement to La Reppublica on conscience

It is frequently suggested that remarried divorcees should be allowed to decide for themselves, according to their conscience, whether or not to present themselves for holy communion.  This argument, based on a problematical concept of “conscience”, was rejected by a document of the CDF in 1994.  Naturally, the faithful must consider every time they attend Mass whether it is possible to receive communion, and a grave unconfessed sin would always be an impediment.  At the same time they have the duty to form their conscience and to align it with the truth.  In so doing they listen also to the Church’s Magisterium, which helps them “not to swerve from the truth about the good of man, but rather, especially in more difficult questions, to attain the truth with certainty and to abide in it” (Veritatis Splendor, 64).  -Archbishop Gerhard Muller, Prefect for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican.

Opus Dei university in Rome gives Fr.Francesco Giordano a doctorate degree inspite of the error?

Fr.Francesco Giordano was to complete his doctorate at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, Rome, the Opus Dei university. He  completed his Masters at the Angelicum University in Rome, by stating that invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He was also critical of Fr.Leonard Feeney for not accepting known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
This was an objective error and it is not known if the Dean of Theology at the Opus Dei university will accept this error or have it corrected or there will be new demands on the Italian priest.

Nearly three months and no Traditional Latin Mass in Rome

It is now nearly three months  and I have still to attend Holy Mass at the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary(Chiesa di Santa Maria Annunziata) ,Lungotevere, near the Vatican.I would attend the Traditional Latin Mass there on Sundays at 10.30 a.m.Mass was offered by priests of  the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate.
Facciata
There were many people who would attend Mass there in the Extraordinary Form and perhaps they still continue. The Novus Ordo Mass is held there in Italian or Latin.

I went to the church a few times to ask when would Tridentine Rite Mass resume and a young American friar would say that they still do not have permission and "it is in the hands of Our Lady".

Fr.Paolo FFI, the Rector at the church, applied for permission to offer the Traditional Latin Mass, about the time the new Apostolic Commissioner Fr.Fidenzio Volpi  was appointed.Permission has still not been granted.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Bernard Fellay could check the non traditional, irrational errors in SSPX books

Bishop Bernard Fellay has said that the Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) will return to the Catholic Church when the Church returns to Tradition. He could help by making the books published or distributed by the SSPX error-free which promotes a non traditional, irrational theory. VaticanoII un dibattito aperto
Fr.Jean Marie Glieze claims that in Mystici Corporis Pope Pius XII says ' in the exceptional way one can be saved outside the visible limits of the Catholic Church.' (1) Where is it mentioned in Mystici Corporis that in an exceptional way one can be saved outside the visible limits of the Church?.The preface for this book with the  error has been written by Bishop Bernard Fellay. This is  an objective error made in the Catholic Church at large and is responsible for the rejection of Tradition.
Then there is  a doctrinal error in Cristina Siccardi's, I'nverno della Chiesa dopo Il Concilio Vaticano II-i mutamenti e le cause (Sugarco Edizioni 2013,Milan,Italy).I have e-mailed this message to her but there is no reply. Her  book is being sold at the SSPX chapel in Rome.

In Chapter 10 :Le Contraddizioni, le ambiguità, le omissioni( p.128) it is said that the doctrine on the Church, as expresed in Lumen Gentium 8 contradicts the teachings of Pope Pius XII in Mystici Corporis and Humani Generis.
The doctrine on ecumenism Siccardi says as expressed in Lumen Gentium 8 and Unitatis Redintigratio 3 contradicts the teachings of Pope Pius IX in Propositions 16 and 17 of the Syllabus of Errors and those of Leone XIII in Satis cognituum and Pope Pio XI in Mortalium animos.
Here are the quotes from Vatican Council II to which she refers:
This Church constituted and organized in the world as a society, subsists in the Catholic Church, which is governed by the successor of Peter and by the Bishops in communion with him,(13*) although many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside of its visible structure. These elements, as gifts belonging to the Church of Christ, are forces impelling toward catholic unity.-Lumen Gentium 8
For men who believe in Christ and have been truly baptized are in communion with the Catholic Church even though this communion is imperfect.-Unitatis Redintigratio 3

As I have mentioned in a previous blog post according to the SSPX priests in Italy ,there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and so if there are no exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation then there must also be no exceptions to the Syllabus of Errors. The SSPX priests acknowledge that a person can be saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire as a possibility but they are not exeptions.
There are no exceptions mentioned in Lumen Gentium 8 and Unitatis Redintigratio 3, above. We do not know any one saved in 2013 with 'elements of sanctification and grace' (LG 8). Neither do we know any one saved in 'imperfect communion with the Church'(UR 3).

So Cristiana Siccardi and Fr.J.M Gleize  have assumed that the dead now saved with 'elements of sanctification and truth' or in imperfect communion with the Church are exceptions to the dogma on salvation and the Syllabus.
Possibilities are not exceptions. So LG 8 and UR 3 are not exceptions to all non Catholics, Christian and non Christian, needing to enter the Church visibly for salvation. Neither are LG 8 and UR 3 exceptions to AG 7 and LG 14 which states all need to convert into the Church.Neither Siccardi or Gleize mentions AG 7 which is in agreement with the Syllabus of Errors. So we have AG 7 in agreement with the Syllabus of Errors and there are no known exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to AG 7.Is Feeneyism Catholic

This same error is made in a book published by the Angelus Press of the SSPX (USA). In Is Feeneyism Catholic' ,Fr.Francois Laisney, the SSPX priest assumes that being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

This is a non traditional Catholic doctrine that the SSPX is promoting through its books and it wants the Church to come back to Tradition.
