When the Amazon Synod was held Pope Benedict did not announce that Vatican Council II could be interpreted with a Rational Premise. Neither did he correct Cardinal Marx who said that the German Synod was based upon Vatican Council II.

Pope Paul VI interpreted Vatican Council II with the False Premise instead of the Rational Premise and this was the smoke of Satan. All the popes who followed, repeated the mistake. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican still does not correct the error.

It was Pope Pius XII who interpreted the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance with the Fake Premise instead of the Rational Premise, in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.

Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul I, did not correct the mistake when they were cardinals, and neither when they were popes.

When Vatican Council II is interpreted with the Rational Premise then the Church returns to the past theology and ecclesiology. Since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, are not practical exceptions for extra ecclesiam nulla salus  ( with no exceptions), the Syllabus of Errors ( with no exceptions), the Athanasius Creed, outside the Church there is no salvation ( with no exceptions), the Catechism of Pope Pius X, (24Q,27Q),outside the Church there is no salvation ( with no exceptions).

Pope Paul VI also did not correct the mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.That Letter influenced Vatican Council II and changed the theology in the Catholic Church.

Mattei interpret Vatican Council II with the same 

Fake Premise and so there are exceptions for the 

Nicene Creed, the Athanasius Creed etc, which

In my parish the lay catechists and prayer leaders interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational Premise instead of the Rational Premise. The religious community there is doing the same. Why does the Comitato del Immaculata permit it ?

 

In my parish the lay catechists and prayer leaders interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational Premise instead of the Rational Premise. The religious community there is doing the same. Why does the Comitato del Immaculata permit it ? The Latin Mass is not available in the parish like before, and neither at the old church or seminary building chapel, which lies vacant.

The Comitato dell Immaculata of Fr. Stefano Manelli f.i could ask the bishop to permit the Latin Mass in the old church building now under the management of the Comitatio.

Also the catechists and prayer leaders should be informed by the priests, that it is immoral to interpret Vatican Council II with the Fake Premise and to teach it to First Communion classes and Catechesis for adults.

The bishop could allow the old church building to be used by the Ecclesia Dei communities for the Latin Mass.In the past Fr. Settimo Mannelli f.i, the Rector of the seminary and Parish Priest of Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, would offer the Latin and Italian Mass there and I would attend.

Now in the parish when the Catechists  Giorgio, Enzo and others, interpret Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms with a Fake Premise  it is first class heresy and schism with the past Magisterium before the 1940’s.This is a mortal sin of faith.They teach these errors to the children at First Communion classes.

The bishop also permits a School of Catechetics, 

Selva Candida, of the Salesian Sisters who come 

for Holy Mass in the parish of Santa Maria di Nazareth.Like the other religious sisters at nearby Casalotti, they do not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise.-Lionel Andrades

If Pope Francis permits the Franciscans of the Immaculate to offer the Latin Mass once again at Boccea, Rome , it should be without the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, without the False Premise.They should be free to interpret the Council with the Rational Premise 

The old seminary and old church of the Franciscans of the Immaculate is still vacant and un-used at Casalotti, Boccea, Rome and if Pope Francis permits them to offer the Latin Mass there, once again, it should be without the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, without the False Premise. They should be free to interpret the Council with the Rational Premise.

In the seminary-parish, Santa Maria di Nazareth, the irrational and immoral interpretation of Vatican Council II, is still being promoted. At First Communion classes, at religion classes for children and adults, and in the homilies of the priests. With the rational interpretation of Vatican Council; with the Rational Premise their theology will be the same as that of the Catholic Church over the centuries.-Lionel Andrades
