There are no physically visible non Catholics in 2021 who are saved outside the Church. We cannot see or meet them in the flesh. If they existed they would only be known to God. I am speaking in the sense of physics, moving bodies, stationary bodies, momentum, Newton's laws of gravitation etc.

At Newton's level of matter there are no stationary bodies, human beings saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance or the baptism of blood. According to the laws of physics, space, mass, light etc,  we cannot see a non Catholic saved outside the Catholic Church.

How do you interpret the Apostles Creed at Holy Mass ?

There are two options, one rational and the other irrational, one traditional and the other non traditional, one heretical and the other non heretical, one schismatic and the other not a rupture with the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Most Catholics choose the irrational version which is not prohibited by the popes, cardinals and bishops.

2.There are more than three baptisms for the forgiveness of sins, they are known baptisms, personally visible. They are the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance. They exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church and so are practical exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as explained in the Letter of the Holy Office(CDF) 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston. It was referenced also in Vatican Council II(Lumen Gentium 16).

There are can be two interpretations of the Great Commission.

We cannot affirm mentally that the catechumen who desires the baptism of water, died before receiving it, went to Heaven is a known case. We cannot act as if this imaginary personal is a known case in the past or present.

We cannot say the popes and saints mentioned the baptism of desire and also not say that none of them said that these cases were explicit and objective. So there are exceptions to the Great Commission in their words and actions. There are exceptions also to all needing the baptism of water for salvation according to the Bible ( John 2:5).So in the Great Commission it is said that all need to enter the Church and it is also said that there are exceptions.This is false. There are no known exceptions to the Great Commission.

There are known exceptions to the Great Commission.Theologically there are people who do not need Christ.Since there is salvation outside the Church.Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus is rejected. There is salvation outside the Church since the baptism of desire (BOD)  and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) refer to physically known cases instead of invisible persons in our reality.

Yes this is double speak.This is also the double speak of the SSPX and the sedevacantists. 

Their new theology says every one needs to enter the Church but some do not.

 We also can see the double speak in the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 1257). It says all need the baptism of water for salvation( defacto) but some do not.Why? Since God is not limited to the Sacraments.This interpretation contradicts Tradition and other Catechisms.The false premise is used.

But 'God is not limited to the Sacraments' is a reference to a hypothetical state. It is not defacto known in personal cases. However the confusion between what is visible and invisible, objective and hypothetical, explicit and implicit, is useful for double speak. Even the traditionalists and sedevacantists  support this confusion.For me there is no contradiction in CCC 1257. It does not contradict the dogma EENS since God is not limited to the Sacraments refers to a hypothetical and physically invisible case.

For the Lefebvrists Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance) refers to a practical exception to 16th century EENS.They are not Feeneyites. So it is implied that this is a reference to a known person, a visible case in Newton's time and space.It is an exception to EENS and the rest of Tradition.This is how Don Pietro Leone on Rorate Caeili also reasons and he is writing a book on Vatican Council II in which he will repeat this error.

For me LG 16 is always a hypothetical case and so does not contradict Tradition(EENS, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX etc).

So we have two interpretations of the Great Commission, the Creeds, the Catechisms and Vatican Council II.

All these years the main line media in the USA and Europe have criticized Lefebvre and Feeney. What will they now do when they discover that Vatican Council II supports the two traditionalists ?

It was not known to Archbishop Lefebvre, Archbishop Thuc and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II referred to only hypothetical cases  and so were not practical exceptions  to Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors, Athanasius Creed etc). Neither was this known to Brother Thomas Augustine MICM and Brother Andre Marie MICM, Superiors of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Centers in the diocese of Worcester and Manchester, USA.Similarly the bishops and their Curia in these two dioceses were also in ignorance.

Also in ignorance was Cardinal Richard Cushing, former Archbishop of Boston as it is the same today with Cardinal Sean O Malley, the present Archbishop of Boston. Also in ignorance are the auxilary and emeritus bishops in Boston and New England.

So Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of Manchester, Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, Meredith Cook, Chancellor and the rest of the Curia, were as much in ignorance as Archbishop Giacomo Morandi and Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith(CDF), Vatican.

The CDF and Bishop Libasci  issued a Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions  against Brother Andre Marie  and the St. Benedict Center, NH, for not interpreting Lumen Gentium 16 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848 ( invincible ignorance)  as being practical exceptions to 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).The Decree can still be read on the website of the Diocese of Manchester.

Like Archbishop Lefebvre, Archbishop Thuc and Fr. Leonard Feeney, the CDF and Bishop Libasci did not know that LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II referred to hypothetical cases only.So they were not practical exceptions to  Feeneyite EENS , has held by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary  at the St. Benedict Center, Richmond,New Hampshire.

Bishop Libasci and his Curia are in agreement with what I write here and so also Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF. I keep them all informed via e-mail.  

It is possible that they may not want to comment in public.Since they have to maintain the political Left interpretation of Vatican Council II with the false premise.This creates for them and the Left, the needed rupture with Tradition ( Catechism of Pope Pius X, 24Q, 27Q etc ).Without the false premise they would emerge as traditionalists.The whole Church would support Tradition and liberalism would become obsolete.

Similarly Cardinal Sean Malley would not want to interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and so disappoint the ADL and the liberal rabbis in the USA.

CDF uses the irrational New Theology as a weapon against the traditonalists

Presently Catholics who follow the Cushingite Prefect and Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) follow heresy on the Creeds and Catechisms and Vatican Council II and are in schism with the past popes on extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). For the CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia , EENS is Cushingite but it was Feeneyite for the popes over the centuries.

Cushingism is an objective mistake and cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit. It is irrational and deceptive. Archbishop Augustine Di Noia op, for example, no more represents the magisterium, until he corrects the error.Cushingism has spread like the Arian heresy of the past, through out the Church and Di Noia instead of ending it with sincerity, still stokes it.

Just because Di Noia works for the CDF, it does not make him immune from the virus of heresy.It does not mean he cannot teach heresy and schism. Similarly just because Francis and Benedict are popes, it does not mean they cannot be teaching an error in theology and doctrine. They could be as political as Pope Paul VI and give in to ecclesiastical Masonry and powerful lobbies outside the Church.

When the popes and the CDF Secretaries confuse what is invisible as being visible,  it is irrational, non traditional and heretical. The conclusion is a rupture with Tradition.Even a pope can violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. ( See links on the right hand side bar for details).
 

Cushingism is also known as the New Theology, the irrational New Theology and it is being used as a weapon especially against the traditionalists. Without the irrational New Theology, the Church would return to the past exclusivist ecclesiology and there would be unity in doctrine for the traditionalists and all Catholics, who accept Vatican Council II.

1.Now with the irrational New Theology the CDF and the Archbishop of Ferrara-Commacchio, Italy have put the traditionalists Familia Christi on the defensive. They are made to appear  heretical and schismatic and the priests are suppressed.Without the Cushingite New Theology, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria and Archbishop Giancarlo Peregro would have to affirm the strict interpretation of EENS.Since the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) would not be practical exceptions to EENS.They would have to affirm the past ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the Church since LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II, would not be exceptions.

2.With the irrational New Theology the CDF and the Bishop Peter Libasci, the archbishop of Manchester, USA have put Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, N.H, on the defensive.They are made to appear as heretics and schismatics. Without the irrational New Theology( based upon invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc being personally known and physically visible in 2020) the CDF and Bishop Libasci would have to affirm the Athanasius Creed.Since BOD, BOB and I.I would not be literal and practical exceptions.Similarly there would be no exceptions to the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX. It would be the traditionalists who would demand that the CDF affirm Vatican Council II rationally.They would demand that he CDF affirm the Creeds and Catechism and EENS , rationally i.e without the false premise, inference and conclusion.Morally there would be pressure on the CDF and the two popes.

3.The Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) would no more be on the defensive. They could affirm Vatican Council II without the false premise and ask Archbishop Augustine Di Noia to do the same.Now with the irrational New Theology they are being forced to interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with Tradition and accept the conclusion.Cushingite Pope Benedict then says that the problem with the SSPX is 'doctrinal'. He means they are not accepting the irrational New Theology.
Without the irrational New Theology, Cushingite theology, there would then no more be a pre-and-post-Vatican Council-II ecclesiology. The ecclesiology of the Church would be the same at Mass in Latin and the vernacular.Since Vatican Council II would not be a rupture with Tradition.Doctrine on exclusive salvation would not be a break with the founders of the religious communities- St. Francis Assisi, St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. Dominic...

The Familia Christi, St. Benedict Center and the SSPX would put the onus for rational and traditional doctrine and theology, on the CDF and the two popes.-Lionel Andrades

Similarly Vatican Council II supports Tradition and Fr. Vaughn Treco and not Bishop Stephen J.Lopes of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter.  Without the false premise Bishop Lopes cannot prop his liberal theology. 

Similarly the Council interpreted without the false premise supports Tradition and the dismissed and transferred traditionalist priests in the diocese of Ferrara-Commacchio, Italy. Archbishop Gian Carlo Perego, interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with the false premise, supports his liberalism and then faults Tradition and the traditionalists. In the same way Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia interpret CCC 847-848 as referring to physically visible and personally known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in invincible ignorance and then expects Brother Andre Marie to project practical exceptions (CCC 847-848) to the traditional interpretation of EENS.Without the false premise, CCC 847-848 can only be hypothetical . The next time a traditionalist priest is transferred or dismissed the bloggers should not just report it critically. They must not just accept the unjust decision assuming the  traditionalist-liberal division is normal. They must not assume that the ' development of doctrine' is normal and so they cannot do anything about it. Since if a traditionalist priest is excommunicated it is the bishop who interprets Vatican Council II irrationally. His liberalism is not normal. The Council interpreted rationally supports the traditional priest.The issue is doctrinal and theological. Bishop Steven Lopes does not interpret Vatican Council II without the irrationality and has excommunicated Fr. Vaughn Treco.

It is a mortal sin of faith for Bishop Steven J.Lopes and the ecclesiastics at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) to reject the Athanasius which says outside the Church there is no salvation.They are automatically excommunicated.

To interpret invincible ignorance as referring to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church and then postulate this as an exception to the Athanasius Creed, is a mortal sin of faith. It is public heresy.

Fr. Vaughn Treco was not obliged to interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as referring to known examples of salvation outside the Church.This was the public heresy of Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF at the Plaquet Deo Press Conference on March 1,2018.He made a direct attack on the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).He pretended that Lumen Gentium 8 referred to known people saved outside the Church. 

Fr.Vaught Treco like Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was correct. Vatican Council II interpreted with hypothetical cases assumed to be objective and practical examples of salvation outside the Church and so exceptions to EENS, is irrational, deceptive and heretical.

Bishop Steven Lopes is not accepting Vatican Council II with LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc being only theoretical cases in 2019 and so they are not exceptions of the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return. He is not being excommunicatd by complicit and ideological CDF and instead is supported.

He was allowed to study theology at the Gregorian Pontifical University since he did not say that the Holy Office (CDF) made an objective error in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case and the same mistake as repeated at Vatican Council II.

If he expressed the truth the Vatican and the Left would not  allow him to receive a doctorate in theology.

May be Fr. Vaugh Treco did not know how Vatican Council II can be interpeted without the error of the liberal theologians Rahner and Ratzinger.

May be Bishop Steven Lopes knows that he can interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and inference but if does do so he would be removed like Fr. Carlos Eugenio Irarrázaval Errazuriz  auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Santiago, who made statements opposed by the Jewish Left.
So the  bishop does not interpret Vatican Council II without the irrationality and  has excommunicated Fr. Vaughn Treco.-Lionel Andrades

Fr. Vaughn Treco's excommunication needs to be revoked(The bishop interprets Vatican Council II and the Creeds and Catechisms with a false premise to reject Tradition. Canonically he is at fault. His liberalism can only be justified with the false premise. Without the false premise Vatican Council II would support Fr. Vaughn Treco.)

There are so many Catholics in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA and none of them tell their bishop that Lumen Gentium  does not contradict the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).The Council is Feeneyite. It does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.Vatican Council II Feeneyite, does not contradict EENS, Feeneyite.

Similarly there was so much confusion among the supporters of Fr. Vaughn Treco who was recently excommunicated in another diocese.

It was Fr.Treco's bishop who needed to affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS and the past ecclesiology.Instead he chose to interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with the Catechisms and the Creeds and this was not considered heresy by conservative Catholics.

The excommunication of Fr. Treco must be revoked and Vatican Council II must be interpreted in harmony with EENS, the Syllabus of Errors etc.When Fr. Treco affirms EENS  he supported by Vatican Council II, Feeneyite.
When his bishop interprets Vatican Council II, he is interpreting it with irrational Cushingism and so there is a break with EENS, the past exclusive ecclesiology of the Catholic Church and an ecumenism of return. With EENS and Vatican Council II Feeneyite, there is no theological opening for the new ecumenism and other things new.

Bishop Caggiano and the apologists at Catholic Answers must do the same otherwise they support heresy and schism.

Similarly the Rector of the Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit and the Archbishop of Detroit, must affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS and without the irrationality of the Letter of the Holy Office 1959. The same needs to be done also by Ralph Martin and Robert Fastiggi, professors of theology at the seminary.



    




The present two popes need to be shown how Lumen Gentium does not contradict EENS according to the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century who were not limited by the false reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office  1949.-Lionel Andrades

 When the traditionalist priests at Ferrara-Commacchio, Italy were transferred it was the  fault of the Archbishop of Ferrara,Giancarlo Peregro and the visiting Auxiliary Bishop of Rome. Since the two bishops were interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally. Canonically they were at fault. They were also interpreting the Creeds and Catechisms with the error.

 Without the irrational premise the Council supports Tradition and the suspended priests. The Council without the false premise supports the priests and not the bishops, I repeat.

The present interpretation of Vatican Council II at Ferrara is from the political Left. It is another example of the non separation of Church and the leftist state.

Without the false premise there is no leftist version of the Council. There is no theological liberalism. There is no new theology to create a new ecumenism, new ecclesiology etc.

It was an injustice done to the traditionalist priests since the conservative bishop of Ferrara, Archbishop Emeritus, Luigi Negri, is not aware of the false premise. As a Lefebvrist he is not aware of the fake premise being used in the interpretation of the Council. The Cushingite bishops transferred the priests from the diocese of Commachio-Ferrara, Italy and the Cushingite Lefebvrists did nothing. The liberals in communities like the New Catechumenal Way etc also did nothing.This was expected. Since the Lefebvrists and the Neo Cathechumenal Way are Cushingites. If they were Feeneyite they could 1) oppose the bishops in Ferrara citing Feeneyite Magisterial documents 2) issue public statements citing a Feeneyite interpretation of Vatican Council II. The Neo Cathumenal Way members and priests and those of the Society of St. Pius X, independently, for now, could interpret Vatican Council II and Creeds and Catechisms without the false premise, and then together make the appeal when the traditionalists are targeted. The traditionalists are targeted since the Vatican interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise and then opposes Feeneyite EENS, Feeneyite Syllabus of Errors etc

The young people in Ferrara could produce another video showing what is the Catholic faith for them, when Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally. They need to show the Lega Mayor Alan Fabri and the Lega Senators that the Archbishop of Ferrara-Commacchio, Mons. Giancarlo Peregro rejects a rational interpretation of Vatican Council II. He then suppresses the young priests in his diocese who reject the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.

When the young traditionalist priests at Ferrara, Italy were transferred, the priests and about three bishops who were involved, were all interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise and did not seem to know it. The Lefebvrists would mention the case of the these priests on their blogs but the bloggers too use the same false premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial documents.So they made the same mistake as the liberal bishops at Ferrara and one traditionalist bishop there. I pointed out this error on my blog but I was ignored. Doctrinal confusion still remains at Ferrara

June 30, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Today, Italian Archbishop Luigi Negri published on his website and on the website of Italian journalist Marco Tosatti a public letter to Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, in which he gives him his full support for his “message which seems to me to have aptly expressed the living heart of our ecclesial experience.” Speaking about “elements of degradation both in the life of the Church as well as in civil society,” this recently retired Archbishop of Ferrara-Comacchio now endorses Archbishop Viganò's work and says he would like to “accompany” his “path of truth.”

Archbishop Negri clarified that his praise referred to Viganò’s early May interventions, not his June interventions on Vatican II.

Mons. Luigi Negri, Emeritus Archbishop of Ferrara [2013-2017] and previously Bishop of the Diocese of San Marino-Montefeltro [2005-2012] does not interpret Vatican Council II without the false premse. It is the same with Archbishop Carlo Vigano and Bishop Athanasius Schneider.

So doctrinal confusion still remains at Ferrara.

The Lega political party is unable to see the truth of the Faith since the conservative bishops do not interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise.

if they interpreted the Council without the false premise they could appeal to Mons. Giancarlo Peregro to do the same.-Lionel Andrades
