What a long line of religious formators who will teach heresy like our pope

Last Saturday I passed a long line of Catholic religious wearing large badges.. They were religious formators who will not teach that the Catholic Church  has not changed its teachings on Islam, other religions and salvation. They will not allow priests and nuns in Catechism classes to quote Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14 ) and say : all need faith and baptism for salvation.Non Catholics do not have it and so are on the way to Hell.
Instead that long line of religious, which stretched from the Mother Teresa's home for women at the corner, up to the Paul VI Audience Hall auditorium at St.Peters', would be told by Pope Francis  not to say that outside the Church there is no salvation and that this is the teaching of Vatican Council II. In other words do not proselytise, as the Jewish Anti Defamation League and Reformed Rabbis put it.
Presently Catechism classes for adults and children are being held in the parishes according to the standards set by the pope's rabbi friends .So the children in the parishes are not taught that all Jews, Muslims and other non Catholics are on the way to Hell.
During homilies the priest also does not tell the congregation that outside the Church there is no salvation and that all need to convert to avoid the fires of Hell, according to Vatican Council II.In their homilies they spoke about the Paris terror but did not mention that the terrorists did not have faith and baptism and so were all on the way to Hell. From the pope to the religious formators it seems as if every one is protecting their life and worldly interests and so are changing Church doctrine.Or they are not proclaiming it.

The religious formators  teach only with the approval of the pope and the liberal rabbis in Italy, associated with the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. Religious communities like the Franciscans of the Immaculate (F.I) and the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) have to interpret Vatican Council II assuming Lumen Gentium 16 refers to objective cases in 2015, of persons  saved without the baptism of water. This is the premise. Then they have to infer that these 'visible cases on earth' are alleged exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the saints. They are visible and known exceptions to all needing to formally enter the Church, it is inferred. People in Heaven are visible exceptions on earth! This is irrational. The irrationality and heresy in the Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949) is used to eliminate a dogma of the Church defined by three Church Councils and supported by Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14).
There are no known exceptions to the dogma and religious formators are teaching a lie.
LG 16 can be interpreted as being invisible for us. So it is not relevant to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. In fact there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the old ecclesiology which was ecclesiocentric.Yet this will not be taught by the religious formators and if  any one does teach this in the words of Pope Francis on Saturday, he or she,  would be considered ' un balanced'.
This has been the leftist approach to Traditional teaching for some 15 years or more I have noticed. They demand that the traditionalist see the psychologist and go for counselling. Now the pope is saying the same thing about Catholic educators in schools.
The religious educators would expect the Society of St. Pius X ' to enter' the Church and interpret Vatican Council II in which LG 16, LG8, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer to explicit cases. They will not accept any SSPX priest for whom LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 would refer to invisible cases.
When will we have religious formators who say they accept Vatican Council II with LG 16 etc being implicit, invisible and hypothetical and they reject Vatican Council II in which LG 16 etc refer to explicit cases? When will the traditionalists and sedevacantists interpret Vatican Council II as such?
In the comments on the killings in Paris and Mali the Vatican said nothing on the necessity of the Catholic Church for salvation. There was also no mention of Jesus.
Is this not 'unbalanced' for a Church and its religious?
