Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA and his Curia are avoiding a Decree of Prohibitions being issued against them by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. They do this by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally
Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA and his Curia are avoiding a Decree of Prohibitions being issued against them by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. They escape the Decree by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and so do not have to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus like the Fourth Lateran Council, which did not mention any exceptions.
The diocese in NH has issued a Decree of
Prohibitions against the St. Benedict Center in Richmond, NH. Since they affirm
the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS of the Council of Florence (1442)
and do not irrationally project invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 14 (baptism of
desire), Lumen Gentium 16 (being saved in invincible ignorance) etc as being
visible exceptions for the dogma EENS according to the Fourth Lateran Council
and the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24Q, 27Q).
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, NH say there are only Catholics in Heaven and refer to Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 which say all need faith and baptism for salvation. Lumen Gentium 14 is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 under the sub title Outside the Church There is No salvation.
So Brother Andre Marie micm, Superior of the Slaves of
the Immaculate Heart of Mary is affirming the dogma outside the Church there is
no salvation, supported by Vatican Council II. The message is that in Heaven
there are only Catholics and on earth there are no known exceptions for us
human beings. We cannot see or meet someone saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16)
etc.
Bishop Peter Libasci and Fr. Georges de
Laire, the Judicial Vicar, cannot say the same. Otherwise they will be eligible
for the political Decree of Prohibitions.They issued this decree against Brother Andre
Marie and the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire.
So the diocese fakes it.
They interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,
NA 2, GS 22 etc as being visible examples of salvation, even though they can
only be visible for God. Only God would know who is saved in Heaven. They then
pretend that LG 8 etc are practical exceptions for Ad Gentes 7, Lumen Gentium 14 and the
Council of Florence, on outside the Church there is no salvation.
This is deception. The St. Benedict
Center interprets LG 8, LG 14 and 16 as being invisible cases and the bishop
and his Curia interpret them as visible cases. For them they are physically visible examples of non
Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times ( 1965-2023), making the dogma EENS,
obsolete.But this is irrational. It is also dishonest. It is political.
TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF VATICAN COUNCIL II
There are now two interpretations of Vatican Council II ( LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, Gs 22 etc). One is rational ( invisible cases of LG 8 etc are invisible) and the other is irrational ( invisible cases of LG 8 etc are visible). So there are two conclusions. One is traditional and other is non traditional.This is even though it is the same Vatican Council II before all of us.

There is no correction or clarification in the New Hampshire Union Leader. There is also no apology from Fisher.Also there is no comment from the Chancellor.

They are not opposed to Jews in general and are not Anti Semitic.They oppose the Jewish Left ( ADL etc) on values which are Satanic and opposed to the Bible. Orthodox Jews who oppose LGBT sex, abortion and Zionism, would support the St. Benedict Center against the ADL.

Fr.Georges de Laire, the Judicial Vicar, in the diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA is unethical and clearly dishonest. He does not deny reports which say that he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and so non traditionally. In this way he avoids affirming Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). So he escapes a Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions being issued against him by Archbishop Augustine di Noia, the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.
The Judicial Vicar in New Hampshire has brazenly issued a legal Decree against the St. Benedict Center(SBC) in Richmond, New Hampshire. They affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, when, interpreted rationally.
Unlike Fr. Georges de Laire, Brother Andre Marie micm, the Superior, of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, does not interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. So there is no break with EENS as it was defined by the Fourth Lateran Council(1215).
All the religious communities in New Hampshire are being forced to interpret Magisterial Documents falsely for political reasons.
This is coercion. The Judicial Vicar is dishonest and also wants the SBC to follow him. Since the religious community, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the SBC in the diocese of Manchester, are honest and interpret the baptism of desire etc, rationally, he is forcing them to follow his Decree of Prohibitions.
The Catholic dogma outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation has been discarded by him and he considers himself a Catholic. Now by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and politically he is supported by the Left and the CDF. No one in the Curia of the diocese of Manchester denies what is being mentioned here.
The restrictions of the Decree imposed upon the Catholic religious community, could also apply to Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and Archbishop Augustine di Noia at the Vatican.
