2267. The faithful are obliged to avoid intercourse in secular affairs with an excommunicatus vitandus, except husband or wife, parents, children, servants, subjects, and in general all who have a reasonable cause for dealing with such excommunicated persons. 2316. Who in any way helps the propagation of heresy or who communicates in sacred ceremonies with heretics against the prescriptions of Canon 1258 is suspect of heresy.
Lionel: Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and the then Fr. Luiz Ladaria s.j in two papers of the International Theological Commission have rejected traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with allegedly known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church as referred, for them, in LG 16 and GS 22.
This is heresy.
Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II as a rupture with the dogma EENS. Since for him too, LG 16 etc would refer to known people saved outside the Church. 
On March 1,2018 at the Placuit Deo Press Conference in answer to a question, Cardinal Luiz Ladarai s.j, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith interpreted LG 8 as referring to known people saved outside the Church.So he said that the Catholic Church no more has the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation.
He has changed doctrine and dogma with an irrational premise which forms his new theology.
This is heresy.Official heresy.
In March 2016 Pope Benedict in an interview in Avvenire said that EENS today, was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century.He said that there was ' a development' with EENS. In other words LG 16, GS 22 etc are visible examples of salvation outside the Church.
He refused to interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and then affirm the traditional conclusion.
He refused to interpret EENS without visible for him BOD, BOB and I.I and so in harmony with the  Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism etc and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.
He has interpreted all the Catechisms with the same irrational premise.
He has changed the understanding of the Nicene Creed to ' I believe in three or more baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church'.
He has included visible for him BOD, BOB and I.I as a condition in the New Code of Canon Law 1983.
This is first class heresy.
It is schism with the past popes on EENS.
It is a rupture with the Catechisms mentioned in this website.

Lionel: How can Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria s.j be magisterial when they have used an irrational premise and made an objective mistake? The Holy Spirit cannot teach error.
They are in manifest grave sin for me and they have not denied it all these years.
They also want the Society of St. Pius X to accept Vatican Council II and EENS with this heresy, for canonical recognition.

A person who is conscious of grave sin is not to celebrate Mass or receive the body of the Lord without previous sacramental confession unless there is a grave reason and there is no opportunity to confess; in this case the person is to remember the obligation to make an act of perfect contrition which includes the resolution of confessing as soon as possible.
Lionel: All the priests at every Rite are offering Holy Mass with the heresies of Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria, which can be read on line, in black and white. They are supported by Pope Francis.This is an impediment to offering Holy Mass.

A person who in a public show or speech, in published writing, or in other uses of the instruments of social communication utters blasphemy, gravely injures good morals, expresses insults, or excites hatred or contempt against religion or the Church is to be punished with a just penalty.

Here is a concrete case, one of many.
The Archbishop of Palermo, Italy interprets Church documents heretically like Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria and he has excommunicated Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella.
How can a prelate in first class heresy on doctrine and theology  and in schism with the popes of the past, excommunicate a priest in his diocese who considers giving the Eucharist to the married and divorced and to Protestants, as heresy and a sacrilege?  Archbishop Corrado Lorefice, is supported by Pope Francis and the Masons.
Fr.Alessandro Minutella rejects Pope Francis as the pope since practically the pope supports all this heresy and sacrilege. So he considers himself acting in good conscience and the excommunicate invalid.
Similarly the excommunication of Fr.Leonard Feeney, officially accepted in 2018 ,  was politically motivated since there are no known cases of BOD, BOB and I.I. There are no practical exceptions to traditional EENS and this is common sense.Fr.Leonard Feeney was in line with the catechisms.If he was teaching heresy then so were these catechisms.
Similarly Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was correct. Vatican Council II with visible for the ecclesiastics BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8, LG 16, GS 22 etc - is a rupture with Tradition.It is heresy. This is a heretical interpretation of the Council  which was overlooked by Pope John Paul II.
Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Ratzinger were not willing to affirm Vatican Council II -without this irrational interpretation.May be they did not know about it. Let us give them the benefit of the doubt.
If they had chosen this rational option then Vatican Council II ( premise-free) would have been in harmony with EENS and the Catechisms.They would have been interpreting EENS  according to the popes in the ordinary Magisterium, Church Councils and the Catechisms listed on this website.So Archbishop Lefebvre's excommunication also could have been ideological.-Lionel Andrades

Whispers of Restoration - We have to face the visible-invisible, Cushingite-Feeneyite distinction and then proclaim the Faith.


There could be a Restoration when Catholics recognize and admit it that extra ecclesiam nulla salus and  Vatican Council II can be interpreted with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) referring to visible or invisible cases in the present times, known or unknown Catholics saved outside the Church.The new website Whispers of Restoration does not recognize this issue.
This is the first step. Then we have to interpret them as referring to only invisible cases.

The books The Great Facade (Ferrara), the Second Vatican Council II-An Unwritten Story (Mattei) and others cited, were written in error.The writers assumed that BOD,BOB and I.I were practical exceptions to EENS and so LG 16, LG 8 were also wrongly interpreted, as being practical exceptions to EENS. This is false.
The organizers of this website do not  affirm the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and neither did Archbishop Lefebvre, Dietrich von Hildebrand, Cardinal Ottaviani and Pope Pius XII.
Similarly they are unable to interpret Vatican Council II without the irrational premise. Unknowingly they assume that invisible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church are visible. They then infer that these 'known cases' are examples of salvation outside the Church.This was the reasoning also of Pope Paul VI and Pope John Paul II.It still is the error of the present two popes.They all interpreted EENS and Vatican Council II with the false premise.They mixed up what was subjective as being objective.
So for the team that put through this website there is no Feeneyite Vatican Council II and EENS.
Also  many of the the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II itself(1965) interpreted EENS with the same irrationality.
So today there would confusion in the interpretation of the many Catechisms.
I appreciate the section on the Catechisms on this website.Many of them are new for me. I will get down to reading them over time.It is great to have them all in one place.
But how does one interpret the Baltimore Catechism which mentions the baptism of desire?
Then what about the Catechism of Pius X which mentions being saved in invincible ignorance?
For me they refer to hypothetical cases, speculation with good will, they are not actual people known in real life in the past or present.Since only God can know if there is someone in Heaven without the baptism of water and Catholic faith.
So for me they are not practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.They do not contradict the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church at that time of the Catechism of Peter Canisius(1555).
But for Roberto dei Mattei, Chris Ferrara, Romano Amerio,  Ludwig Ott, Fr.Chad Ripperger and others cited, they are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS or, EENS as it was known in 1555.
So we have the same catechism before us and they and I interpret it differently.
Similarly since the old catechisms would have affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ,Vatican Council II(LG 16 etc) would emerge as a rupture for Mattei and Ferrara and Romano Amerio.
But not for me.
Again we are reading the same text of Vatican Council II and the same catechisms but our interpretation is different. For them Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition and the catechisms, for me it is not.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994) would be confusing and vague for them, and it lends itself to this confusion since it is written, accomodating the false premise.But for me, since I am careful to avoid the error in reasoning,  it does not contradict Tradition. I make the distinction between hypothetical and non hypothetical(objective) cases with reference to EENS.
For Cardinal Francesco Selvaggiani and his Letter of the Holy Office 1949, Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St. Benedict Center, traditionalists, were in heresy.Since they did not accept visible cases  of BOD, BOB and I.I as being objective exceptions to traditional EENS.
For Fr. Leonard Feeney-  the Archbishop of Boston Cardinal Richard Cushing and the cardinals at Rome, would have to be in heresy.Since they were assuming unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I were objective exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS.
So both groups would have been reading the catechisms differently.
When hypothetical cases are assumed to be non hypothetical and so known exceptions to the dogma EENS, I call it Cushingism.
When hypothetical cases are accepted as just being hypothetical and not practical exceptions to all needing to enter the Church as members for salvation, I call it Feeneyism.
So Cushingism and Feeneyism could be a philosophy , a way of looking at things, a way of judging and reasoning and it can be a theology, when the conclusion of that reasoning says that there is, or is not , known salvation outside the Church.
For there to be an exception to EENS someone has to exist. Someone has to be present in reality. We cannot say that someone who was believed to be saved outside the Church 500 years back is an exception to all needing to enter the Church in 2018.Neither can we say that the possibility of someone being saved outside the Church is an actual example of salvation outside the Church in 1949,1965 or any other year.
Speculative possibilities of BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be real and known people for us human beings.
No one could have seen St. Emerentiana in Heaven without the baptism of water.Neither does the Church name any person who had the gift of seeing any one else of her time in Heaven, without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).We can speculate and hope but we must not project BOD, BOB and I.I as relevant to EENS as an exception. This was the mistake of the liberal theologians at Boston in 1949.
So we do not have to reject BOD, BOB and I.I when we affirm traditional EENS.It does not have to be either-or.Only with visible for us BOD, BOB and I.I it has to be either-or.
We have to make the distinction between visible and invisible, known and unknown, since the liberal theologians interpreted invisible people as being visible and then linked it to EENS as exceptions. 
For Ferrara, Mattei and others on this website, they have unknowingly made the known and unknown distinction and have chosen the irrational option.So there are known cases of BOD, BOB and I.I which create what Pope Benedict, also a Cushingite,  calls the hermeneutic of rupture.
I don't mean to be critical and I appreciate their good work but this website is contributing to the hermeneutic of rupture.
We have to face the visible-invisible, Cushingite-Feeneyite distinction and then proclaim the Faith. -Lionel Andrades

Impediment to offering the Latin Mass

Cardinal Raymond Burke at the Voice of the Family Conference recently said that other religions are false religions and they should be suppressed. Instead the Jewish Left promotes other religions today and suppresses the Catholic Church with their Anti-Semitic and other leftist laws.

Things are so bad that another Voice of the Family Conference speaker Fr. Francesco Giordano supports a theology of religions and also rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with irrational Cushingite theology.
Cardinal Burke and Fr. Giordano offer the Latin Mass.
The Italian priest is not an exception. His rejection of the dogma EENS and Vatican Council II interpreted without Feeneyite theology, is the norm today.This is common among priests who offer the Mass in Latin and the vernacular.This includes the sedevacantists and SSPX priests.
We do not have the original Latin Mass today, The ecclesiology has been changed. At the Traditional Latin Mass in the 16th century for example, the present ecclesiology would be heresy.  1 It would be an impediment to offer Mass.
If a priest like Fr. Francesco Giordano said that he did not affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, since invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I were visible exceptions to EENS and examples of salvation outside the Church this would be heresy .But today heresy is the norm.Doctrine has been changed by the synagogue of Satan and they are enforcing it in the Catholic Church.Those who do not follow it will be suspended, careers ended, incardination blocked....
It is heresy when Fr.Giordano offers Holy Mass in Italian or  Latin while he interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise ( visible cases of BOD etc are objective examples of exceptions to EENS) to create a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition(EENS, Syllabus of Errors).This is manifest heresy in his case. It is public.

It is heresy when the Syllabus of Errors is rejected by him.He assumes there are known exceptions to the traditional ecumenism of return.Only when a speculative possibility ( invincible ignorance for example) is  considered t be a real and objective case in the present times(2018) - there can be the New Ecumenism.So without the New Theology(Cushingism) there can be no New Ecumenism of Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria.
It is first class heresy when the Nicene Creed is changed and the Athansius Creed is rejected.
I mentioned in a blog post yesterday, which I e-mailed to Fr. Francesco Giordano (giordano@pust.it ) , that he interprets the Nicene Creed as saying, 'I believe in three or more known baptisms which exclude the baptism of water, they are desire, blood, and invincible ignorance and also seeds of the Word(AG 11), elements of sanctification and truth(LG 8),imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3) etc'.For me there is only one baptism, one known baptism, it is the baptism of water.It can be repeated and seen unlike the baptism of desire.'
This is a mortal sin of faith just as there are mortal sins in morals.
The priest in this condition in the past was not allowed to offer Holy Mass. This is manifest mortal sin.
It is not denied in public.
It is a scandal. 
Fr.Giordano should not offer Mass until he rectifies the scandal.He could choose to affirm Catholic theology and doctrines without politically approved innovations.The innovations; the New Theology which he teaches creates  heresy(EENS, Nicene Creed, Vatican Council II, Catechisms etc all interpreted with Cushingism to create a rupture with Tradition)  and schism( rupture with the popes and Church Councils on EENS,Nicene Creed, Athanasius Creed etc). He could choose to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS without the irrational premise. Similarly he could interpret St. Thomas Aquinas with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism as a philosophy and theology.
Presently he offers the old Mass with the new ecclesiology and this is a sin of faith even though it is the norm.
