If the issue of other religions and salvation is clear and affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus then the issue of Collegiality and Primacy are also dealt with, as is Religious Freedom.

A Syllabus of Errors on Vatican Council II would not be possible unless the Richard Cushing premise is addressed. Without this false premise used by traditionalists and liberals, the Council would  be in agreement with the original Syllabus of Errors.

Bishop Athanasius Schneider says in the interview with Michael Voris  that the general understanding of the Council is of a rupture. This is understood by the liberals and traditionalists. It's insightful. Since  both the liberals and traditionalists are using the Richard Cushing Error. Discard the error and the Council once again is a continuation with Tradition.

Even if the Magisterium issues an announcement saying that the Second Vatican Council II was not meant to be a break with the past this would not be accepted by the liberals. They interpret the Council with the Richard Cushing premise and think this is the interpretation of the Holy Spirit.

Even though  Pope John XXIII  said that the Council did not have the intention to create new doctrines when the Richard Cushing premise is used a new doctrine is created.

Even though Pope Benedict XVI said in 2005 that Vatican Council II must be interpreted with the hermeneutic of continuity the pope himself uses the absurd premise of being able to see the dead who are saved - and who are now exceptions to all Tradition. If this premise is used with any Church document it would be a rupture with the past.

Bishop Schneider says that the Magisterium, the pope, must be concrete and issue some clarifications.A concrete clarification would be : pointing out where implicit, known to God only cases in Vatican Council II are assumed to be explicit and known to all of us.

For example when LG 14 and AG 7 mention those saved in invincible ignorance it has to be clarified that these cases are implicit and are known only  to God. Since they are not explicit they do not contradict the dogma on salvation and the Syllabus of Errors. For Cardinal Kaspar these cases are explicit and so Vatican Council II is a break with the past.

Mixing up defacto-dejure, implicit-explicit terminology was the error of Cardinal Richard Cushing when Fr.Leonard Feeney was wrongly targeted by him.

The Magisterium, Pope Benedict XVI, in a front page article in the L'Osservatore Romano, written by  Cardinal Walter Kaspar and presented to the Chief Rabbi of Israel by the Vatican Secretary of State, used the Richard Cushing Error to state that non Catholics, Jews in particular, do not have to convert. For example LG 16 (invincible ignorance) was considered a known exception to  Tradition. This was the hermeneutic of rupture.

If the issue of other religions and salvation is clear and affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus then the issue of collegiality and primacy are also dealt with, as is Religious Freedom.

Catholic universities and organisations are misrepresenting the truth

Violates the misrepresentation of the truth law in Italy.

Uninformed  Catholics are being told by Administrators of Catholic organisations  in Italy  and abroad , that the dead are visible  to us on earth, and this is what the  Catholic Church  teaches, so   according to them,  everyone does not need to convert into the Church to avoid Hell. There are known exceptions  for them. They could name them.

This is a misrepresentation of the truth.

On the other hand Catholics who affirm that we cannot see the dead are not granted the same facilities as  those Catholics  who allege they can see the dead on earth. This is absurd but a real situation in Rome.I could list many cases here.

For example  according to the Handbook of the Pontifical Urbaniana University Rome a course was offered by Prof Sandra Mazzolini who teaches ecclesiology there. In this course  she implies that we can see the deceased in Heaven who are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiamn nulla salus. She calls it 'a development of doctrine' in Vatican Council II.(1) Students just have to accept this.

Even at other universities here Catholic seminarians and students who say they cannot see the dead  would be considered  'rigorist'  and 'not open'. Seminarians and students are afraid. So they say they can personally see the dead.
Two liberal rabbis, Segno and Lara, visited the Pontifical Urbaniana University , and threatened the Rector and  Faculty. They were told that they had to give up mission.

So Sandra Mazzolini's visible dead theory would be welcome to the rabbis,It means for all of them, that there are known exceptions in Italy  in the present times to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Every one does not have to convert into the Church. The politically correct position with the Left is : the deceased on earth  are visible to us.Catholics have to accept this. This was approved by Pope Benedict XVI.

In Italy there are anti Semitism laws also misrepresentation of the truth is illegal.

For Catholic organisations .If you don't tell a lie then you are affirming the dogma in public. Your considered a threat. If you say the deceased are visible you deny the dogma. So falsehood is being taught and maintained in public

Those who deny the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus  claim there are known exceptions,  implying the dead-saved  with implicit desire etc, are visible to us.-

Living Tradition, Catholic Theological Journal makes a factual, objective error

There is a misrepresentation of the truth, in Living Tradition, by the Editor  Msgr.Msgr. John F. McCarthy, J.C.D., S.T.D.  and Assistant Editor Fr. Brian Harrison. The editors assume the deceased in Heaven, are known to us personally in the present times.

It is a fact of life that we cannot see the dead.

The Editors of Living Tradition, an organ of the Roman Theological Forum have posted an article by Fr.Brian Harrison (1)  which suggests the deceased now in Heaven saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are physically visible to us on earth or personally known, for them to be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Fr.Harrison, in this  report posted on the Internet indicates Pope John Paul II's Redemptoris Mission(10) would refer to these cases of the visible-dead.

This is fatcually incorrect. We cannot see the dead on earth. They are not objectively visible to us.This is a misrepresentation of the truth.

A few months back I informed Fr.Brian Harrison  about the error in this article in Living Tradition since his e-mail contact number was available with the article.I sent him a few posts from my blog.

He has not issued a correction or an apology.

Living Tradition is providing false information on the Catholic Faith. If a clarification is not issued by Living Tradition then they are knowingly contributing to error and truth and the issue of malafide intent would arise.

The basic issue is not theology. It is about a human observation which influences philosophy and theology. It is the use of an irrational premise which results in fantasy theology.

If the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 suggests that the baptism of desire etc are known exceptions to the dogma , as Fr.Brian Harrison indicates, then the Letter was also factually incorrect.

Though it must be mentioned that the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 does not state that the deceased  are visible  to us or that they are known exceptions to the literal interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney. There is no magisterial text including Vatican Council II which makes this claim.

The Roman Theological Foundation is contributing to the confusion which prevents traditionalists, Society of St.Pius X (SSPX)  and sedevacantists from entering the Catholic Church with canonical status. Since if there are no known exceptions in 2013  to the dogma  on salvation, then Vatican Council II is traditional on the issue of other religions  and salvation.

On July 12 I emailed the editor of Living Tradition the post 'Redemptoris Missio does not contradict  Fr.Leonard Feeney'. (2) He still has to respond.
