Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria made a doctrinal error, an objective error: 'the door is open ' for the SSPX

Pope Benedict XVI has stated that the Society of St.Pius X has not received canonical status since the issue was doctrinal. The SSPX had to accept Vatican Council II. The SSPX has said that they accept 95% of the Council however they still have differences over the issue of other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty.
Cardinal Gerhard Muller , the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has said that 'the doors are openand the SSPX can still enter the Church with canonical status after they accept the doctrinal preamble.
However the doctrinal scenario since then has changed. It is clear that Pope Benedict XVI and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J have made a doctrinal error in two theological papers of the International Theological Commission.
This means Vatican Council II, itself, has changed.
The Council without the doctrinal error does not contradict  Tradition.
Once this is acknowledged by the CDF or the SSPX  it means Vatican Council II does not contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or the Catechism of Pope Pius XII.
It means that the Catechism of the Catholic Church (846) affirms all need to enter the Church as through a door ( Buddhists, Hindus, Protestants, Orthodox Christians etc) and all need faith and baptism for salvation (AG 7, CCC 846). It also means that CCC 847 and 848 do not contradict CCC 846 and AG 7.

The basic error was made in a philosophical observation and not theology.

I was telling a Catholic journalist that this is  not to be confused with theology.
I am making a philosophical observation. It is an intellectual, objective observation. I am saying:-
1.We cannot see the dead.
2.We cannot physically see the dead in Heaven.
3.The dead now saved in Heaven are visible only tor God and invisible for us.
4.Objectively the dead cannot be seen by us.
5.Objectively in 2014 we cannot say who is in Heaven or who is in Hell.

So those saved in invincible ignorance are not physically visible to us.
Those saved with the baptism of desire are not visible to us in the flesh.
Since they are not visible to us, they are not objectively  seen and so  I cannot build a theology on an irrationality i.e I cannot in theology say that all do not need to enter the Catholic Church with 'faith and baptism' (AG 7) since there are known exceptions in 2014. I cannot  see the dead-saved! So how can they be exceptions?! These cases are hypothetical for me. I accept them as possibilities. I accept them in faith. It is possible that a person can be saved with the baptism of desire. However it is not a defacto, reality for any of us.

All the theology that you come across on this subject is based on the philosophical observation of being able to to see the dead.It is based on an irrationality.
For example the International Theological Commission in two theological papers have based their theology on allegedly being physically being able to see the dead saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16).This is how they interpreted the Letter of the Holy Office of Pope Pius XII to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney.
So it is false to imply, presume, assume and allege that the dead are visible to us on earth and they explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
1.This philosophical error is made by the International Theological Commission in two theological papers which were approved by Pope Benedict XVI.
2. The error can be seen on Wikipedia ( Check extra eccclesiam nulla salus/ Fr.Leonard Feeney) in which it is assumed that Lumen Gentium 16 is an exception to the literal interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
3.The error is there in an online article placed by EWTN /Trinity Communications, titled Tragic Errors of Fr.Leonard Feeney.
