An exception must exist in a particular place for it to be an exception : CDF has got it wrong
AN EXCEPTION MUST EXIST IN A PARTICULAR PLACE FOR IT TO BE AN EXCEPTION
If there are a group of school boys standing at a bus stop and then a boy joins them who is very tall, then that tall boy is an exception among those boys who are short.
That tall boy is an exception primarily because he is there and not just because he is tall.
If he would stand at another bus stop on the same street but far away, he would not be an exception.
He would have the same height but would not be an exception among this group of boys.
So to be an exception it is not enough to be different, the person or thing must be present, among other persons or things,who or which are different.
If there is an orange in a box of apples that orange is an exception because it is different but also because it is there in that box.

For the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the liberals the baptism of desire(BOD) is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). But there are no known cases of the BOD on earth ? No practical cases.
For the CDF being saved in invincible ignorance is an exception to the Athansius Creed which says all need faith and baptism for salvation.But there are no known cases of non Catholics saved without faith and baptism and instead with invincible ignorance. So how can invincible ignorance be relevant to the Athanasius Creed or EENS, as an exception ?
This is a false premise of the CDF.
With the false premise they make a false inference. They assume there is known salvation outside the Church and so non Catholics do not need to necessarily, have to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation.
With the same false premise and inference they interpret Vatican Council II and project it as a rupture with Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc).
This is deceptive.

For Cardinal Raymond Burke, Archbishop Giacomo Morandi, Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Fr. John Zuhlsdorf, Roberto dei Mattei and numerous others there are visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Visible? But where are they seen ?

There are no arguements to support exceptions to EENS. There cannot be any objective exception, whatever is the argument

The moment you say that BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS you infer that they refer to known people, visible people saved outside the Catholic Church : invisible people cannot be exceptions (Grafics)

You can be a Feeneyite or Lefebvrist traditionalist.
The Lefebvrist traditionalist interprets magisterial documents (Creeds etc) with the false premise(un-seen cases of being saved with the baptism of desire,for example, are visible).
The Feeneyite traditionalist interprets magisterial documents (Creeds, Catechisms, Vatican Council II etc) without the false premise ( invisible cases of invincible ignorance for example, are visible).
You cannot be a Feeneyite liberal or progressivist since the concept of liberal or progressivist comes from the use of the same false premise.
When the false premise was used in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO), it created a New Theology.So there was the difference between the liberal ( who used the premise) and the traditionalist( who rejected Vatican Council II with the premise and interpreted Tradition without the false premise).
When I use the word Feeneyite I am referring to someone who does not use the false premise to interpret 1) extra ecclesiam nulla salus 2) baptism of desire, baptism of blood, invincible ignorance and 3) Vatican Council II ( LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc) etc.
I am not referring to the St.Benedict Center communities. They have been Lefbvrist traditionalists on Vatican Council II.
A Feeneyite traditionalist does not have to reject Vatican Council II. The Council has to be interpreted and accepted without the false premise.

Creeds have been changed and the cardinals follow the CDF error
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) has asked Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, at the St. Benedict Center, USA to interpret 1) EENS 2) BOD, BOB and I.I 3) Vatican Council II and 4)Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848 1 with a false premise and inference and the whole Catholic Church is silent over this issue.It is normal for the cardinals and the USCCB bishops, to interpret magisterial documents with an irrationality.
The Profession of Fede made by Catholics and myself is different.I avoid the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II, for example, while everyone else uses it.
Since there are exceptions to EENS for the CDF, the understanding of the Creeds has been changed .
The new interpretation is : Athanasius Creed ( all do not need the Catholic faith for salvation since there are known exceptions), the Nicene Creed ( all do not need one baptism for the forgiveness of sins , there are baptisms which exclude the baptism of water and so they are exceptions to EENS for the CDF), the Apostles Creed ( The Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church now teaches that outside the Church there is known salvation).
The Creeds have been changed and the cardinals follow the CDF error.
So the general revelation is replaced by a 'new revelation' a 'special revelation'.It says outside the Church there is salvation. So there is division and schism with the popes over the centuries.They did not use the false premise to change doctrine on salvation and the understanding of the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church with faith and baptism,to avoid Hell.-Lionel Andrades
