They excommunicated the SSPX once unaware of the false premise they could do it a second time not knowing that without a precise, false premise being used by all, the Council is traditional

The Society of St.Pius X ( SSPX) has already been excommunicated once when Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger was the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) and there was no clarification on the false premise being used in Vatican Council II. Pope Benedict XVI still may not be aware that the Council can be interpreted with the false premise of the dead being visible to us.They could excommunicate the SSPX a second time not knowing that without a precise, false premise being used by all, the Council is traditional.

The CDF Prefect Archbishop Gerhard Muller expects the SSPX to approve Vatican Council II along with the premise of the deceased saved, are visible on earth. The SSPX was already excommunicated once with no clarification from the CDF regarding this error.

No one in the Vatican seems to notice when  Wikipedia (on extra ecclesiam nulla salus) states Lumen Gentium 16 contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Wikipedia and other Internet sources imply that the deceased saved in invincible ignorance and a good conscience (LG 16) are known exceptions on earth to every one needing to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation a taught by the dogma over centuries. They expect the SSPX to admit this - that they can meet the dead on the streets who are living exceptions to Tradition.

Encyclopedias, newspapers and the Internet make this common error about the Catholic Faith. The encyclopedias in English at the Angelicum University, Rome imply that the dead are visible and so Vatican Council II contradicts extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Due to this error, which makes the Council modernist, the SSPX is rejecting the Council, while unaware of this error the pope and the CDF could excommunicate the SSPX a second time. The SSPX also seem unaware of this issue otherwise their bishops and priests would have made the error- public.-Lionel Andrades

No magisterial document says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to Tradition.

No magisterial document says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Vatican Council II does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors unless one implies there are known exceptions.

Wikipedia says one has to imply an interpretation of the Council.
Many of the recent Vatican II Council's statements imply that those who do not know the gospel and adhere to other religions can be saved without holding the Catholic faith or religion.-Wikipedia, extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
(Note the word 'imply'.Wikipedia implies that the deceased are visible and so Vatican Council II mentions exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus)

The Society of St.Pius X (SSPX), Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary( Fr.Leonard Feeney's communities ), sedevacantists CMRI,MHFM and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican  imply that the Council contradicts the literal interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus .No text states that it contradicts the dogma. No text states that these 'exceptions' are explicit.

Here is a passage from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston. This passage refers to disobedience and discipline but it is usually implied that it is a reference to doctrine and the heresy of Fr. Leonard Feeney.

How can the Holy Spirit teach error? How can the Church say that the deceased saved in in 2012 are visible to us and so are exceptions to Tradition.

Hence, one cannot understand how the St. Benedict Center can consistently claim to be a Catholic school and wish to be accounted such, and yet not conform to the prescriptions of canons 1381 and 1382 of the Code of Canon Law, and continue to exist as a source of discord and rebellion against ecclesiastical authority and as a source of the disturbance of many consciences.

Furthermore, it is beyond understanding how a member of a religious Institute, namely Father Feeney, presents himself as a "Defender of the Faith," and at the same time does not hesitate to attack the catechetical

If this passage above referred to doctrine and heresy then it would contradict the following passage in the Letter which mentioned 'the dogma'. The text of the dogma does not refer to any exceptions and so supported the position of Fr.Leonard Feeney.
Now, among those things which the Church has always preached and will never cease to preach is contained also that infallible statement by which we are taught that there is no salvation outside the Church.
However, this dogma must be understood in that sense in which the Church herself understands it. For, it was not to private judgments that Our Savior gave for explanation those things that are contained in the deposit of faith, but to the teaching authority of the Church.-Letter of the Holy Office 1949
It was the secular media with the help of Catholic liberals who assumes that the Letter of the Holy Office was critical of Fr.Leonard Feeney on doctrine. They implied that the Letter was saying that the deceased saved are visible to us and so are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was traditionally known for centuries.

There is no text in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to the dogma or that we know these caes explicitly. One has to assume and imply it.

This is what was done by the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican in the theological paper of the International Theological Commission , Christianity and the World Religions 1997.

Recently Archbishop Gerhard Muller and Augustine Di Noia have also implied in interviews with the National  Catholic Register that elements of grace (LG 8) and invincible ignorance(LG 16) are defacto known exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The text of LG 8 and LG 16 does not make this claim. One has to imply it.
