The priest will be forced to say that unknown people mentioned in LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are literal cases, objectively known people allegedly saved outside the Catholic Church without faith and baptism. This will be the false reasoning used by the popes, cardinals and bishops
Catholics will see that the popes are openly denying the faith and are sending faithful Catholics to prison.They will allow property to be confiscated.

We can see how blatant is the fear of the Bishop of Manchester, USA.He is denying the Athanasius Creed, in public, on the website of the diocese.The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the diocese, are not allowed to make an Oath of Fidelity using the Athanasius Creed, which says outside the Church there is no salvation.
Since Pius XII, and right through Vatican Council II, the ecclesiastics have been telling us that outside the Church there is no known salvation. Pope Benedict built his reputation as a theologian, upon this lie.
Now the popes, along with the Enemy, are to legally persecute Catholics who say there are no known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church, as referred to in LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc.But over time the people will react. They will see that the popes and cardinals deny the Catholic faith with the use of an irrationality.While many of the faithful are penalized for affirming the faith on salvation.Many or most Catholics could accept this , but some will not.
Imagine knowing your Parish Priest or the Rector or Superior, denying the Faith, mouthing a mortal sin of faith, only to keep his position, his office and save his life and then coming the next day to offer Holy Mass as if all is normal.
Then when one of the faithful says, outside the Church there is no salvation is a Biblical teaching supported by the popes over the centuries,the Rector or Parish Priest is ready to call the police and snitch.
Vatican Council II supports Feeneyite EENS but the popes and cardinals , will see this interpretation of the Council, as offensive.This was not the interpretation of the Council that Pope Francis was referring to on the flight from Abu Dhabi.This was not the Council that Pope Benedict referred to after the reaction to his Regensburg Address.This is not the Council that Cardinal Muller knows, when he talks about the difference between Christian and Muslim worship.It is not the Council in harmony with 16th century EENS, which Cardinal Ladaria was referring to at the Placquet Deo Press Conference.when he denied the faith.
Rome has lost the faith and now legally is in apostasy.
