Jacob A Former Protestant in Medjugorje

So Fr. Georges de Laire, who has issued a Decree of Prohibitions and Precepts against the St. Benedict Center is also saying outside the Church there is no salvation according to the Catechism of the Catholic Church(846).Hypothetical cases of CCC 847-848 ( saved in invincible ignorance) cannot be exceptions. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF/Holy Office) made an objective mistake in the 1949 Letter to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr. Leonard Feeney.

When I say outside the Church there is no salvation and there are no known exceptions. I  affirm the Catholic dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the Church Councils which defined it and did not mention any exceptions. I also affirm it according to the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 titled Outside the Church there is no salvation. There are no exceptions for CCC 846 mentioned in Vatican Council II. Since invisible cases of LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, in Vatican Council II cannot be visible examples of salvation outside the Church in 2024.They are not practical exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. All. Ad Gentes 7 and CCC 846 support the dogma EENS and the past ecclesiocentrism of the Athanasius Creed and the past Catechisms (Trent, Pius X etc).

So when I say outside the Church there is no salvation and all need to convert into the Catholic Church with faith and the baptism of water to avoid the fires of Hell I am affirming Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church interpreted rationally i.e. invisible cases of LG 16 etc, for example, are always invisible. LG 16 does not refer to visible non Catholics in 1965-2024.This is being rational.

So I affirm the same Vatican Council II and Catechism of the Catholic Church as Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA and his Judicial Vicar Fr. Georges de Laire, his Chancellor, Director of Education and Director for Vocations. Even Simcha and Damien Fisher in New Hampshire affirm Ad Gentes 7 and CCC 845-846, like me, and Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire.

Even the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center are in agreement with the Curia in Manchester and the Fishers on Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. For Brother Andre Marie micm all Church Documents must be interpreted rationally only. What is physically invisible must not be confused as being physically visible. So we are all in agreement.

The Fishers have not denied that they affirm CCC 846 and Ad Gentes 7. Even Bishop Peter Libasci and Fr. Georges de Laire and the Curia in NH agree with the Fishers.

MARCH 9, 2024

No one in New Hampshire is responding to questions. Why must the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, be considered sectarian and not Bishop Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez ?

The mainstream Catholic Church has gone ‘sectarian’. They purposefully interpret Vatican Council II irrationally to produce an artificial rupture with the salvation doctrines and theology of the Church over the centuries. They now officially teach the error to little children at Communion and Confirmation classes. It is an ecclesiology of Jesus without the necessity of the Catholic Church for salvation. The past ecclesiocentrism is no more taught and Vatican Council II is not interpreted rationally and in harmony with the Magisterium of the Middle Ages. EWTN, National Catholic Register, National Catholic Reporter, Crisis Magazine are all interpreting Vatican Council II dishonestly and do not deny it. It is the same with Life Site News, Church Militant TV, Cardinals Sarah and Burke, Bishops Strickland and Schneider, the SSPX and the FSSP.

They are making a virtue out of a political necessity and are not even trying to deny it.

For me LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical cases only. They are not visible examples of salvation outside the Church in 2024.They are not objective exceptions for the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. There is no break with the Magisterium of the 16th century or the Church Fathers and the Apostles. For me the Church is still one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic. The main line Church cannot say the same. They are sectarian schismatic, heretical and nontraditional. It is official and public.

Why should the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, in Richmond, New Hampshire, USA accept a Decree of Prohibitions, from a sectarian bishop and the Vatican, when the St. Benedict Center is faithful to the Magisterium over the centuries and accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church interpreted rationally?

Why must seminarians at all the pontifical universities interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with a false premise (invisible cases of LG 16 are visible), and false inference (there are objective, visible exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the Athanasius Creed etc)? This is a Canon Law issue.QA bishop and rector according to Canon Law has to be a Catholic and has to accept all the teachings of the Catholic Church.

RELIGIOIUS VOCATIONS COERCION

Why must all religious vocations in all the Catholic dioceses interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church- to be accepted as a priest or nun? This is an issue for the canonist.

                                 https://www.simchafisher.com/tag/fr-georges-de-laire/

A canonist needs to clarify with Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, if LG 8,14,1,5,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to invisible or physically visible cases in 2024?

Al these years since he issued his legal Decree against the St. Benedict Center, he has not been responding to questions.

He did not grant an interview to Michael Voris when Voris was in New Hampshire to interview Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Instead he gave an interview to the Catholic Herald, U.K in which he said he did not want to discuss theology. But theology was the reason for Decree being issued against the religious community in his diocese.

His spokespersons Damien and Simcha Fisher in New Hampshire, criticize the St.Benedict Center without acknowledging that Brother Andre Marie micm accepts Pope Francis as the pope and accepts Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, which he interprets rationally and so traditionally. It is Fr. Georges de Laire, Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez and the Jewish Left, who are interpreting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally, confusing what is invisible as being visible and then producing a sectarian break with Tradition. This is unethical.

No one in New Hampshire is responding to questions. Why must the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, be considered sectarian and not Bishop Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez ?

Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire are not a sect. They affirm Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church .They accept Pope Francis as the pope even though he is irrational on Church Documents. They interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so the Council is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus defined by three Church Councils and is supported by the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X

All of the drama started in early January of 2019 when the Slaves were issued a letter of precepts by the Diocese of Manchester. As judicial vicar, de Laire had spent years dealing with problems surrounding the Feeneyite sect, and he is the official who issued the letter of precepts.

After barely hiding their anti-Semitism and refusing to adhere to official Church teaching on the doctrine of  “No Salvation Outside The Church,” the Slaves were finally told to stop calling themselves a Catholic organization, and they were barred from having a priest celebrate Mass at their rural Richmond compound, among other measures. - Damien Fisher

Damien and Simcha Fischer still refer to the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire as a sect even though the religious community affirms Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church. They accept Pope Francis as the pope, even though he interprets Magisterial Documents irrationally. Since they interpret Vatican Council II rationally the Council is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus defined by three Church Councils and supported by the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X.

The Simchas do not mention, even after being informed,  that Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire and his Judicial Vicar Fr. Georges de Laire and the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican,  do not accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church interpreted rationally. This is the reality the Simchas cannot deny. They simply ignore it.

Fr.Georges de Laire has to interpret Vatican Council II dishonestly to avoid being a Feeneyite on EENS and have a Decree of Prohibitions issued against him, as now he has issued it against the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

The Council interpreted rationally, unfortunately for them, is in harmony with Feeneyite EENS.

Since Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation, all, and Lumen Gentium 8,14,16, Unitatis Redintigratio  3, Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc are not practical exceptions for Ad Gentes 7. Further, the Catechism of the Catholic Church 845,846 says outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and cites Lumen Gentium 14 which says the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation. There are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for AG 7 and LG 14.

So the main-line Catholic Church with their irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, are the real sect, who have broken away from the centuries old Magisterium of the Catholic Church. They do this by using a false premise (LG 16 refers to invisible cases in 2026)  and false inference ( they are visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so practical exceptions for Feeneyite EENS).

It is the popes since Paul VI who have interpreted Vatican Council II dishonestly. They have been irrational. This is not denied by the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, Bishop Peter Libasci and Fr. Georges de Laire and neither Simcha and Damien Fisher.

Michael Voris had gone to New Hampshire to defend the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Fr. Georges de Laire in New Hamsphire had declined being interviewed by Church Militant TV. Even today there is no media clarification from the Judicial Vicar or Damien and Simcha Fischer on the contents of this blog post.
