So now Catholics will have to accept heresy and schism as part of the ‘personal charisma’ of Pope Francis and reject the past 'deposit of the faith' which is in harmony with Vatican Council II, rational. They will have to accept mortal sins of faith to be in good standing in the Church and not be expelled when they reject 'the personal charisma' of Pope Francis, which permits the Creeds, Catechisms, Councils and Vatican Council II, to be interpreted heretically and in schism with the Magisteriul over the centuries.

Archbishop Victor Manuel Fernandez is no more attributing ‘a new Magisterium’ to Vatican Council II (irrational). He probably knows that the Council can only be interpreted rationally and so supports the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).Cardinal Arthur Roche had said that there was a new Magisterium and he linked it directly to Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. Pope Francis warned that everyone must accept Vatican Council II. He meant Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. It was a break with the dogma EENS and the past ecclesiocentrism. So there is a change.

Archbishop Fernandez now refers to the ‘personal charisma’ of Pope Francis, the 'unique charism' which is the new Magisterium. In the past Pope Francis attributed Vatican Council II (irrational) as being the work of the Holy Spirit, the teaching of the Holy Spirit. It shows that even he can be wrong in his personal opinion. How can the Holy Spirit teach Catholics to accept Vatican Council II irrational and not the Council interpreted rationally? His opinion is wrong.

Archbishop Fernandez did not say if, as part of the pope's personal charisma, Alberto Melloni and the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) will have to affirm Vatican Council II irrational or rational. Even Wikipedia must continue to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally, according to the new Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith ( formerly CDF). Presently, with Vatican Council II irrational, the popes are interpreting the Creeds irrationally. This is not Magisterial. This is first class heresy and the popes, cardinals and bishops in this common condition, should not be allowed to offer Holy Mass.

Pope Francis and Archbishop Fernandez are  interpreting the Church Councils (Council of Florence, Fourth Lateran Council) irrationally and this is not Magisterial, instead it is their personal opinion and is not the deposit of the faith. It is also a rejection of the old Councils. This is  heretical and schismatic. It is not inspired by the Holy Spirit.

They both interpret all the Catechisms irrationally, in which the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are mentioned. This is an error. It is not Magisterial.

So Pope Francis  can no more cite Vatican Council II to support the conclusions of the Synods, as did Cardinals Hollerich, Grech and Marx. Also, like them,  Sr. Nathalie Bequart cited Vatican Council II (irrational), and not the pope’s charisma, as the theological reason for the Synod's innovation. But the Council must only be interpreted rationally.

None of them told the participants – and future voters of the Synods- that they must only interpret Vatican Council II rationally and only this is Magisterial. When Vatican Council II supports the past ecclesiology then there is no change in faith and morals. The Catholic Church returns to the past. When we are back to the past ecclesiology, we are also back to the past faith and morals. There is no room for homosexual unions and polygamy.

-Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis and Archbishop Victor Manuel Fernandez cannot interpret Vatican Council II irrationally instead of rationally and call it ‘the new Magisterium’.
