If the St.Benedict Centers in the USA unite on Vatican Council II and the LOHO then their bishops have to become Feeneyite.It is the only rational option

 If the two St. Benedict Centers in the USA unite and reject the irrationality of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office and re-interpret Vatican Council II rationally, then their respective bishops will be forced to do the same and finally affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Brother Andre Marie micm, Prior of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Diocese of Manchester, USA and Brother Thomas Augustine, Superior, of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center in Still River,MA could jointly announce that they reject the irrational interpretation of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance in the 1949 LOHO.They will also interpret LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as being hypothetical cases only.

So their  bishops will also have to reject their present irrational interpretation. The two bishops will be affirming Feeneyite EENS. Since there will be no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for the strict interpretation of EENS.

Fr.Georges de Laire, tje Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire can only be a Feeneyite when Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally.-Lionel Andrades

GS 22 rationally and the Council would no more contradict Tradition. Then Pope Francis and the College of Cardinals will also have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and in harmony with Tradition : Rome will come back to the Faith

END OF LIBERALISM IN THE CHURCH

Since the Council will no more be liberal. They will have to choose Tradition since the Council will be traditional. It will support the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.

FUTURE POPES WILL BE CONSERVATIVE

It means the future popes, cardinals and bishops can only be traditional. Since with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally there is no liberalism and development of doctrine.

GOVERNMENTS WILL CHOOSE RATIONAL INTERPRETATION

Also the Governments with their Ministries of Education etc will only be interpret Vatican Council II rationally. It would be unethical to interpret the Council irrationally.-Lionel Andrades

The seminaries of the Society of St. Pius X and the sedevantists CMRI and MHT  must put away the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr. Leonard Feeney. They will then also be also to interpret LG 8, LG 14, and LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II as referring to hypothetical and invisible cases only. So the Council will no more be a break with Tradition. Vatican Council II will be in harmony with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

It is with the 1949 LOHO that liberalism has come into the Church. There is a developnent of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, a rejection of the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors and a re-interpretation, irrationally, of the Nicene and Apostles Creed. 

The first part of the LOHO is traditional and supports EENS but the second part contradicts the first part with the irrational interpretation of the baptism of desire (BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I.

For Fr. Leonard Feeney there were no visible cases of the baptism of desire (BOD) and so BOD could not be an exception for EENS. But for Pope Pius XII, Cardinal Richard Cushing, the Archbishop of Boston and the Jesuit community in the USA, BOD and I.I were physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church.  Priests-professors who do not accept the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston will not be allowed to teach theology or philosophy at the pontifical universities in Rome and those institutions approved by the Vatican. The 1949 LOHO is obligatory. Since it brought in a New Theology. It rejected the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This was done by wrongly assuming invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times.-Lionel Andrades
