 The Judicial Vicar affirms Cushingite Vatican Council II, extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Syllabus of Errors, baptism of desire, invincible ignorance, Nicene Creed, Apostles Creed, Catechism of the Catholic Church, Catechism of Pope Pius X etc . Cushingism creates a false rupture with Catholic Tradition.Without Cushingism there is no rupture.

He could choose to affirm a rational and tradional Feeneyite Vatican Council II, EENS,Syllabus of Errors, baptism of desire, invincible ignorance, Nicene Creed, Apostles Creed, Catechism of the Catholic Church, Catechism of Pope Pius X etc.

Now he is imposing his Cushingism on all Catholics with the support of the Bishop of Manchester and Cardinal Sean O Malley.

They confuse speculative theology and practical theology and Catholics , not knowing theology, are ignorant about all this. 

It was Cardinal Richard Cushingism, the former Archbishop of Boston who assumed that unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were known and objective exceptions to traditional EENS( with no exceptions).

 The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made a mistake when it assumed hypothetical and unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were objective and personally known exceptions  to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and traditional exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

The Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester, USA has accepted LOHO  with this error  and expects every Catholic  to do the same.

So the Athanasius Creed is rejected and the Nicene and the meaning of the  Apostles Creed is changed.There are new irrational versions of the Catechisms and Vatican Council II.

All this is first class heresy and he is imposing it upon all Catholics in the diocese, with threats.

Why should Catholics claim unknown people who do not exist in our reality, are visible and known ?Yet this is the false premise of the Judical Vicar supported by the Bishop of Manchester. Canon 1420 of the Code of Canon Law reads in part:

§1. Each diocesan bishop is bound to appoint a judicial vicar, or officialis, with ordinary power to judge, distinct from the vicar general unless the small size of the diocese or the small number of cases suggests otherwise.

§2. The judicial vicar constitutes one tribunal with the bishop but cannot judge cases which the bishop reserves to himself.

The Judicial Vicar, with Bishop Libasci, forms the Tribunal of the Diocese of Manchester. In that capacity he oversees the cases and trials that are brought to the Tribunal for adjudication. The Judicial Vicar is assisted in his ministry by Ecclesiastical Judges, the Defender of the Bond, the Promoter of Justice, Advocates, Auditors, Experts and Notaries. Most of the cases brought before the Tribunal of the diocese involve challenges to the canonical validity of marriage, the Tribunal court also acts as the competent forum for other issues, such as the protection of the rights and obligations of the faithful as well as penal matters.

The Tribunal of Manchester provides educational services to the faithful and personnel in the deaneries and parishes of the Diocese in the form of workshops, lectures, and presentations relative to the 1983 Code of Canon Law, as well as diocesan policies, procedures, and particular law.

The Judicial Vicar does not choose to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like and is imposing his views, supported by the bishop of Manchester, and the CDF, upon everyone in the diocese. This also has the approval of the Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Sean o Malley. Married couples, lay Catholics , men and women religious, Catholic members of the Judiciary, Catholic politicians, all have to use the false premise.

Should a secular Magistrate or Catholic judge in New England, Boston, New Hampshire etc, decide if all Catholic religious communities should interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise, confusing the speculative and practical, to be officially called Catholics ? The FSSP and Diocesan priests in the diocese of Manchester,USA offer Holy Mass in Latin, whch they call the Traditional Latin Mass, while they interpret Vatican Council II,EENS,the Creeds and Catechisms with a false premise, confusing speculative and practical theology, in a New Theology,and this is approved by the popes and the CDF.Without this New Theology there would be no rupture with 16th century EENS and the theology of the Traditional Latin Mass of that time.So the Latin Mass is offered by priests who have changed the Creeds, Catechisms and EENS with a false premise.

In this way ecclesiology for all those who offer Holy Mass in any Rite, would be constant the same

 Cardinal Robert Sarah's office could answer one question(N.1). If his answer is YES THEY ARE ALL HYPOTHETICAL CASES, then there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) or the Athanasius Creed  which says all need to be Catholic for salvation. This would be the rational reading of th Council-text.

Presently the popes, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and all the cardinals and bishops and priests in general , interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. So they create a false rupture with Feeneyite EENS.

The result is that the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the religious community at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire,in the diocese of Manchester,USA are not allowed to have the Traditional Latin Mass at their premises and severe sanctions have been placed upon them for over a year. They hold the strict interpretation of EENS and the accept and interpret Vatican Council II and the Magisterial documents, rationally.

'Lumen Gentium 8 ( elements of sanctification and truth in other religions which could lead to salvation ), Lumen Gentium 16 ( being saved in invincible ignorance), Lumen Gentium 14( saved with the baptism of desire),Unitatis Redintigratio 3 ( a Christian being saved in imperfect communion with the Catholic Church), Nostra Aetate 2 ( a ray of that truth which enlightens  all men ) and Gaudium et Specs 22 ( being saved in good will) refer to hypothetical, theoretical and speculate  cases,only, always ?

( They are not concrete, real and personally known  non Catholics in 1965-2020.We cannot meet or see someone saved in invincible ignorance, baptism of desire, goodwill etc. ).
