Director of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Manchester,USA says there aren o exceptions to EENS : professors at pontifical universities teach the opposite
Mary Ellen Mahon the Director of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Manchester, USA and a member of Bishop Peter Libasci's Curia, interprets Vatican Council II without a false premise and inference. So there are no objective cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2020 in New Hampshire.
But when the professors at the St. John Laterna, Urbaniana and Angelicum pontifical universities interpret Vatican Council II they interpret LG 8, LG 16 etc as being exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).In other words there are physical exceptions to EENS, for them to be exceptions.
If asked, those in charge of pastoral formation in the Diocese of Manchester would say they personally do not know of cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I.This is something obvious. It is common sense. They cannot meet or see any one saved outside the Church with BOD, BOB or I.I or as referenced in LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.
Yet when the approved-professors, interpret Vatican Council II for the students at pontifical universities and seminaries, they suggest that we can see or meet non Catholics saved outside the Church.Otherwise how could there be exceptions to EENS ? They are not allowed to affirm the strict interpretation of EENS
But when Mahon says there are no known exceptions to EENS she indirectly affirms Patristic- EENS with no exceptions.
Professors Tangorra, Fuss,Chenaux, Nardin,Ciola, Zak, Ferri and the rest do not tell students at the St. John Lateran University, Rome that Vatican Council II does not mention any exception to the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.
At the Angelicum the professors Michelt, Stancati, Weimann, Ellul, Rossi, Destivelle, Keramidas, Buckles, Bonino, Sullivan, Blankenhorn, Giordano,Droste and the rest suggest there are practical exceptions to EENS.
In the past this same irrationality was common for the bishop and Curia members at Manchester too.-Lionel Andrades

I attend Mass in English, Italian and Latin. For me the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century were also Feeneyite.So was St. Thomas Aquinas and the popes.

Fr.Leonard Feeney was saying that those who die in a state of Justification with or without the baptism of water, are not known to us. Literally there are no such cases. Practically they cannot be objective exceptions to the dogmatic teaching on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.We do not know who they are and where do they go after death.

Bishop Fintan Monahan
Bishop Fintan Monahan is to become one of the first Irish bishops
to lead a group to Medjugorje. It comes after the Vatican changed rules
which had banned bishops from leading groups before this point, though
they were free to visit the Marian shrine in a private capacity.
Bishop Monahan will serve as spiritual director to a group of Irish pilgrims from July 22-29.
Pilgrims will have an opportunity to participate in the full
spiritual programme that is available in the village where six locals
first reported apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1981. Ever
since, it has been a popular pilgrimage site with an estimated 30,000
Irish people travelling annually.
For many years, the Vatican asked bishops not to lead pilgrimages
because the apparitions do not yet have the official approval of the
Church. However, in 2017 Pope Francis changed this and appointed an
official envoy to the shrine prompting speculation that Rome will soon
approve the phenomenon.
The Papal envoy, Archbishop Henryk Hoser, has hailed in particular
the number of people who go to confession while in Medjugorje and the
charitable work flowing from the shrine.
