The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) talks on doctrine continue to fail and it is the same issue : extra ecclesiam nulla salus. First it was the Society of St. Pius X and now it is the St.Benedict Center.
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known
by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and
into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express
language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the
same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by
baptism, as by a door. Therefore those men cannot be saved, who though aware
that God, through Jesus Christ founded the Church as something necessary, still
do not wish to enter into it, or to persevere in it." Therefore though God
in ways known to Himself can lead those inculpably ignorant of the Gospel to
find that faith without which it is impossible to please Him -Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II
The CDF is irrational.
It wanted the SSPX to interpret Vatican Council II with the red passage being an exception to the blue passage.So the SSPX also had to interpret the red passages in Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16, Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc as referring to personally known people saved outside the Church, even when there are no such people in 2019.
It wanted the SSPX to interpret Vatican Council II with the red passage being an exception to the blue passage.So the SSPX also had to interpret the red passages in Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16, Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc as referring to personally known people saved outside the Church, even when there are no such people in 2019.
This is deceptive. It is no surprise that the CDF wanted the talks with the SSPX to be secret.
Both groups are Catholics and should be affirming the same doctrine.
But the CDF has used a false premise ( invisible people are visible) and creates a new non traditional conclusion.
Similarly dialogue with the St. Benedict Center,N.H recently ended. Since the CDF wanted Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the SBC in the Diocese of Manchester to interpret the red passages in CCC 847-848 as a rupture with the blue passage in CCC 846 and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century.

are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church
Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes
from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:
- Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door.Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:
- Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.

ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their
own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is
impossible to please him, Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."

No
cardinal and bishop is telling the CDF that invisible cases of the
baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance,cannot be
visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.
The
ecclesiastics at the CDF contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction.
They cannot see people saved in Heaven and on earth, without faith and
baptism.
This
is an objective error they are imposing upon the SSPX and the SBC to be
politically correct with the Left at the cost of the truth.
In his Manifesto of Faith Cardinal Gerhard Muller, former Prefect of the CDF he does not say like the SSPX General Chapter Statement on Doctrine(2012):-
For
this reason it seems opportune that we reaffirm our faith in the Roman
Catholic Church, the unique Church founded by Our Lord Jesus Christ,
outside of which there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means
leading to salvation.
Like Cardinals Kasper and Koch, Cardinal Muller interprets magisterial documents with the red being an exception to the blue.-Lionel Andrades
