Canonists must adapt to
Vatican Council II (rational) and not accept the Council interpreted
irrationally by the bishops.
For example, in
England, Canonists must ask Cardinal Vincent
Nichols to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16,
UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, as being hypothetical and
invisible cases in 1965-2024.This is interpreting Vatican Council II rationally.
Then he must be asked to affirm and implement it at the Novus Ordo Mass. The ecclesiology of the 16th century Roman Misal will not be
contradicted by Vatican Council II (rational).
So at Holy Mass in
England, priests could affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the
Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, which will not be
contradicted by Vatican Council II (rational).
Presently Cardinal Nichols
interprets Vatican Council II irrationally. LG 8, 14, 15,16, NA, 2, GS 22 etc are
seen as physically visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in
1965-2024 and so practical exceptions for the centuries old ecclesiocentrism of
the Church. There is an artificial break with Tradition. There is a break with the ecclesiology of
the old Latin Mass of the Middle Ages and the Greek Mass of the first century.
Canonists must also ask the
Latin Mass Society of England, a legal entity, to stop being politically
correct with the Left and the bishops. They must interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc,
honestly .
NEW HAMPSHIRE
Lawyer Marc Balistrieri in New Hampshire, USA must note that Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, in the diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA, is unethical.1
Like the bishop of
Manchester, Peter Libasci and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez, Prefect of the
Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, he chooses a false premise (invisible
people are visible) to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc. So the result is a non traditional
conclusion, which is a prop for liberalism in the Church.
The Creeds, Councils,
Catechisms and the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston
come in this category of deception and irrationality in New Hampshire.
If Fr. Georges de Laire
was not dishonest on Vatican Council II, he would have to affirm the dogma
extra ecclesiam nulla salus like the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at
the St. Benedict Center in NH. Laire has issued a Decree of Prohibitions
against the St. Benedict Center for their rational interpretation of Vatican
Council II and the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance.
Now all the Catholic
religious communities and the average Catholic in New Hampshire has to
interpret Magisterial Documents irrationally to avoid a legal Decree as that
issued to Brother Andre Marie micm,. the prior at the SBC.
If Catholics in New
Hampshire do not fake it on Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS, with no exceptions,
they too will be cancelled like the St. Benedict Center.
Church law and secular law
must not be allowed to tolerate a judicial vicar who cheats on Vatican Council
II for political reasons.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
Similarly the bishop in
San Antonio, Texas has interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally. Then he has
closed down the private Retreat Center, which does not meet his liberal standards which come from Vatican Council II ( irrational).
Canonists must ask the
bishop to come back to the Tradition of the Retreat Center by interpreting Vatican
Council II ethically.
COVINGTON, USA
Similarly the priests in
Covington, USA who offer only the Latin Mass have been cancelled since they do
not affirm the liberalism of the bishop, who has to interpret Vatican Council II,
irrationally, to stay in office.
The bishop's interpretation of Vatican Council II, like that of Pope Francis, is now obsolete. Catholics know
if they interpret Vatican Council II rationally, they return to Tradition.
There is no other choice for a Catholic but to interpret Vatican Council II
rationally.
When the bishops interpret
the Council irrationally they change the identity of the Nicene Creed and
reject the Athanasius Creed. There is a rupture with all the Church Councils
and Catechisms. There is also a break with the teachings of the popes and
saints over the centuries. This is contrary to the bishops Oath of Office and Oath Against Modernism.

Catholic Theology 4 : It seems as if Pope John XXIII called up Vatican Council II to implement the error of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston. This was political.Neither did Pius XII or John XXIII correct the mistake in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO).
