SSPX MUST CLARIFY IF VATICAN COUNCIL II COULD BE ACCEPTED ACCORDING TO CARDINAL VALLINI OR ARCHBISHOP DI NOIA

Will they continue to reject the pro visible dead version of the Council?

Bishop Tissier de Mallerais has said that Pope Benedict  ‘wrote with his own hand a letter to our Superior General, Bp. [Bernard] Fellay, signed personally: 'I confirm to you in fact [that], in order [for you] to be truly reintegrated into the Church [Tissier says:] (let us move beyond this expression), it is necessary to truly accept the Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar Magisterium.' -  Rorate Caeli (Rome-SSPX - Important - With the Pope's own signature: Vatican II and the post-conciliar Magisterium must be accepted in full)

Pope Benedict has not clarified  if Vatican Council II has to be accepted according to Cardinal Vallini or Archbishop Di Noia.

For Archbishop Augustine Di Noia 'elements of sanctification'(LG 8) are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He mentioned this in the interview with the National Catholic Register. So for him there are explicit exceptions. There are exceptions to the defined dogma on salvation. The dead are visible. So they can be seen saved with ‘elements of sanctification’.These 'visible cases' are known exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation for the Vice President of Ecclesia Dei, Vatican. Hence Jews do not have to convert for salvation for him. They not need the baptism of water for salvation.

This is the version of Vatican Council II which Archbishop Di Noia wants the SSPX to accept. LG 16(invincible ignorance/ good conscience) contradicts Ad Gentes 7 (all need faith and baptism). All Jews are exceptions in the present times.

On the contrary Cardinal Augustine Vallini says all need the baptism of water for salvation. This would mean there are no exceptions of  being saved in invincible ignorance, a good conscience or elements of sanctification. These cases  are not known exceptions in the present times, that is this year 2012. So all need the baptism of water. This is also the message of Vatican Council II (AG 7).

LG 16 does not contradict  AG 7. Jews and all non Catholics need the baptism of water given to adults with Catholic Faith. This is the traditional version of Vatican Council II and is in accord with the SSPX values on other religions. It is without the theory of the visible- dead- saved.

Will the pope accept the Agostino Vallini version of Vatican Council II?

The visible dead theory is irrational, non traditional and a new doctrine. It was not part of the faith until the 1940’s. It is the Cardinal Richard Cushing error. He assumed implicit desire and invincible ignorance contradicted the literal interpretation of the dogma by Fr. Leonard Feeney. To claim that there are alleged known exceptions to a defined dogma is heresy.Yet this is what the  average Catholic says, including bishops and cardinals.

The SSPX could clarify if they need to accept Vatican Council II according to Fr. Leonard Feeney or Richard Cushing, Cardinal Vallini or Archbishop Di Noia. The SSPX could also clarify if the pope knows of the visible dead theory and how it influences the interpretation of Vatican Council II.

They must continue negotiations with the Vatican. Since Vatican Council II is really a traditional Council. They must continue to reject the Council with the visible dead theory. This is the Council of the liberals and dissenters. It is a break from Tradition. It is based on an irrationality. It encourages heresy. They must seek to enter the Church with full canonical status and with the correct interpretation of Vatican Council II.

CARDINAL MULLER AND ARCHBISHOP DI NOIA WHO ASSUME THERE ARE KNOWN EXCEPTIONS TO THE DOGMA SHOULD BE ASKED TO NAME THESE PERSONS : VATICAN COUNCIL II INDICATES THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS ' the only Church founded by Our Lord Jesus Christ, outside of which there is no salvation and no possibility of finding the means that lead to it'http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2012/07/muller-di-noia-assume-there-are-known.html#links

CARDINAL AGOSTINO VALLINI, VICAR GENERAL FOR THE HOLY FATHER IN ROME HAS SAID THAT BAPTISM IS NECESSARY FOR SALVATION

The Grand Chancellor of the St. John Lateran University, Rome indicates all non Catholics need the baptism of water given to adults with Catholic Faith, to go to Heaven and avoid Hell (for salvation).

Cardinal Vaillani expressed this traditional Catholic teaching in his talk at a conference organised by the Rome Vicariate and whose copies were available today for parishioners at the church San Giuseppe All Aurelia, of the Oblates of St. Joseph in Rome.(1)

The conference- talk was presented at the Basilica of St. John Lateran, Rome and the subject was ‘Andate e fate discepoli, battezzando e insegnando (Mt.28, 19.20) - Riscopriamo la belleza del Battesimo’ (Go out and make disciples, Baptize and teach) (June 12, 2012)

The Cardinal Vicar General of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI is saying that all Jews, Muslims and other non Catholics need Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation. He is affirming the teaching outside the Church there is no salvation which is also expressed in Vatican Council II (AG 7) which will be celebrated in The Year of the Faith.

The Year of the Faith preparations have begun at the Church San Giuseppe Aurelia with icons and pictures on display.

Bishop Raffaello Martinelli, the Bishop of Frascati, Italy has also in leaflets approved by Cardinal Vaillani, stated that ‘the church knows of no means to salvation other than the baptism of water’ and ‘even those who do not belong to the visible church are objectively oriented towards her.’(2)

They are expressing the teachings of Vatican Council II which states all need Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation (Ad Gentes 7).This is in agreement with ‘the dogma’ the ‘infallible teaching’ which Pope Pius XII mentioned with reference to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.(3)

Neither does the Letter of the Holy Office or Vatican Council II (LG 16) contradict Cardinal Vaillani since we do not know any one in the present times (2012) saved with implicit desire, invincible ignorance or a good conscience. (4)
