Why is there not an ‘ecclesial rupture’ over Cardinal Kurt Koch’s statement? Nostra Aetate 4 says Catholics are the new Chosen People of God.

They have the New Covenant which Jesus gave us with his Blood, they have the Promised Jewish Messiah foretold by the Jewish Prophets Isaiah and John the Baptist. They have the tabernacle and the Ark of the Covenant in the Eucharist. They have the Sacrifice in the Holy Mass. The Catholic Church is the continuation of the Jewish religion. Salvation comes from the Jews, from Jesus. Our Lady and the Apostles were all Jews and they loved the Jews. Yahwah the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is God for Catholics.

Jesus founded a Church and all those who entered it with the baptism of water could benefit from Jesus’ Sacrifice and be saved from Hell.Jesus was the Messiah for the Jews and Gentiles.

So when a cardinal out of fear of Talmud Jews says Jews do not have to convert it is not charity to the Jews. It is not honesty.

It is Cardinal Kurt Koch who on May 16 at the Angelicum, spoke to reporters and in the question and answers, reported by Catholic News Service and Rorate Caeli, said Jews do not have to convert in the present times. He contradicts Vatican Council II (AG 7), the Bible , the Nicene Creed and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He still has canonical status and is the Prefect of the Council for Christian Unity, Vatican.

The Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) bishops have to accept the modernist version of Vatican Council II according to Cardinal Koch, for canonical acceptance. Why is there no ‘ecclesial rupture’ over Cardinal Koch’s May 16 statement to the Catholic News Service ? -Lionel Andrades

CARDINAL KOCH MOUTHS HERESY AT THE ANGELICUM UNIVERSITY: THROWS AWAY VATICAN COUNCIL II, BIBLE AND DOGMA

KOCH: SSPX WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT JEWS DO NOT NEED TO CONVERT TO RECEIVE CANONICAL STATUS

When the SSPX bishops realize that there is an implicit and explicit baptism of desire magisterial texts will open up in a new way

CCC 1257 ‘God is not limited to the Sacraments’ does not contradict itself, Ad Gentes 7 or the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus

Nostra Aetate does not contradict Ad Gentes 7

ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES STILL THINKS THERE ARE EXPLICIT KNOWN TO US BAPTISM OF DESIRE CASES SO FR. LEONARD FEENEY’S RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY IS NOT RECOGNIZED

Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) also assumes these cases are known to us indicating that the Letter of the Holy Office made a mistake.

If the baptism of desire is explicit according to them then the Letter made a mistake because these cases are known only to God, we do not know a single such case and they do not contradict Fr.Leonard Feeney or any of his religious communities.

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 did not make a mistake when it said that every one needs to be incorporated into the Catholic Church as a member. Those saved with implicit  desire are not exceptions. Those saved with explicit baptism of desire are exceptions and we don’t know any such case.Since the baptism of desire can never ever be explicit.

When the Council of Trent referred to implicit desire it was referring to implicit desire since implicit desire can never ever be explicit for us.

If the Letter refers to only to in principle, implicit, accepted in theory baptism of desire then it has not made a mistake.

When Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J, Secretary of the CDF misreads the Letter and assumes that those saved with an implicit desire, are explicit, so every one in reality (de facto) does not ‘have to be incorporated into the church’. This is a mistake. It would then seem that the Letter made a mistake.

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 supports Fr.Leonard Feeney’s community in Los Angeles since implicit desire can only be accepted as a possibility and it is irrelevant to the literal traditional interpretation of the dogma as held by Fr.Leonard Feeney and St.Benedict Center, mentioned in the Letter.

If the Letter was criticizing Fr.Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center because they assumed that implicit desire was explicit and so an exception to the dogma then Cardinal Francesco Marchetti-Selvaggiani made a mistake.

So when Cardinal Ladaria writes that the Letter was critical of Fr.Leonard Feeney for denying the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance, since these cases are explicit, the cardinal would be saying that the Magisterium (Letter of the Holy Office 1949) made a mistake.

If Fr.Leonard Feeney said that there is no baptism of desire in theory or practice ( in fact), it is irrelevant to his ‘rigorist interpretation’ of the dogma.

Based on this error of Cardinal Ladaria in position papers of the International Theological Commission (ITC), Mons. Raffaelo Martinelli, the bishop of Frascati, Italy has made apologetic material available on the internet. It indicates that we can have the hope of babies going to Heaven in general , without the baptism of water and with Original Sin on their soul. As a reference, the Italian bishop has cited the ITC paper approved by Cardinal Ladaria, as President of the ITC. It speculates that we know people on earth who are saved with implicit desire and invincible ignorance and these are explicit exceptions in the present times. So those with persons with  Original Sin are able to go to Heaven.

This is the Richard Cushing Error adapted by Cardinal Ladaria and Bishop Martinelli. The Archbishop of Los Angeles José Horacio Gomez seems unaware of it too otherwise he would have allowed all his religious comunities to (1) hold the literal interpretation of the dogma, (2) reject explicitly known implicit desire and (3) accept in principle, an implicit desire, which is always implicit.

Why cannot all the Franciscan, Dominicans, Jesuits and other Catholic religious communities in Los Angeles hold the literal interpretation of the dogma similar to the community of Fr.Leonard Feeney there who are not recognized and who have not asked for recognition ?

If they did ask for recognition the Archbishop’s Office could say: “You know there has been a development of doctrine and you have to accept that there are non Catholics today who could be in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire and so everyone today does not have to enter the Church for salvation. This is clear from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 of Pope Pius XII”.

Do we really know people today saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire ? Or is this just accepted in principle, in theory ?-Lionel Andrades

BISHOP RICHARD WILLIAMSON’S POSITION CAN BE DEFENDED IN FUTURE BY A CANON LAWYER OF THE BISHOP

Bishop Richard Williamson says Jews need to convert in the present times for salvation. He is in agreement with Vatican Council II (AG 7).It is Cardinal Kurt Koch who on May 16 at the Angelicum, spoke to reporters and in the question and answers, reported by Catholic News Service and Rorate Caeli, said Jews do not have to convert in the present times. He contradicts Vatican Council II (AG 7), the Bible , the Nicene Creed and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He still has canonical status and is the Prefect of the Council for Christian Unity, Vatican.

Even if the three Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) bishops are excommunicated (unlike the LCWR sisters) their traditional doctrine is in accord with Vatican Council II.Their stand on other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty is in agreement with Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II.

If the three SSPX bishops, Mallerais,Williamson and Galaretta, are not granted canonical status they still are in a future secure position with respect to Vatican Council II .Then just as the Church lifted the excommunication of Fr.Leonard Feeney without him having to recant his literal interpretation of the dogma, the SSPX bishops could not be asked to recant with regard to Vatican Council II.

It is Cardinal Luiz Ladaria and Cardinal Kurt Koch and the rest of the Vatican Curia who cannot cite any reference from Vatican Council II to negate extra ecclesiam nulla salus and exclusive salvation.Vatican Council II is a traditionalist Council irrespective if the bishops accept or reject it.

Cardinal Ladaria rejects the traditionalist Council since he assumes that Lumen Gentium 16 (invincible ignorance/good conscience) is explicit and known to us and sees this as an exception to the interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney. The SSPX bishops are also confused for now on this point.

Once this error is detected the bishops would realize that the traditional position is supported by Vatican Council II. Vatican Council II also supports the interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney and his religious communities today, in the USA.

The SSPX bishops must see the basic problem in terms of ecclesiology and not other religions etc. The error on other religions etc is a fall out of an error on doctrine, in ecclesiology.

The Conciliar documents have not rejected the exclusive ecclesiocentric model as Cardinal Ladaria states in an ITC paper.

The three bishops presently do not realize this otherwise they would have corrected Cardinal Ladaria during the Vatican-SSPX talks. This is a factual, objective error. We do not know any exception to exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.

None of the SSPX bishops made a complaint in public over this error of Cardinal Ladaria. They just assumed that there were differences in doctrine not knowing from where it had originated.

If the SSPX bishops are excommunicated now it would be a mistake. Since over time a bishop or priest could clarify that the three bishops only reject the liberal version of Vatican Council II, the Ladaria version, which assumes Lumen Gentium 16 refers to explicit cases known to us.

Then it could be discovered that they really endorse a Vatican Council in which Lumen Gentium 16 refers to implicit cases, explicit only for God.This would result in a major shift in our understanding of Vatican Council II.

Catholic religious know that the Ladaria-Koch version of Vatican Council II carries a hermeneutic of rupture and not a continuity with Tradition, but they are afraid to speak out.

About a month back I e-mailed a priest-professor at the Gregorian Pontifical University, Rome whom I knew at the University Pontifical Regina Apostolorum, Rome the university of the Legionaries of Christ, a community I admire.I asked this priest, who offers the Novus Ordo Mass to answer two questions for me and give me permission to quote him.

The two questions were:

1. Do we know people in Heaven or earth saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance ?

2. If we do not know any such person then those saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are not exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. i.e there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church and there are no known exceptions ?

There has been no answer from him.

I don’t know if the SSPX bishops themself would have answered these two questions.

If the bishops replied saying that the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 said there are explicit exceptions, I would ask question n.3.

3. Did the Letter of the Holy Office make a mistake ?

Cardinals Ladaria and Koch have not answered these three questions. It could be more easy for them to cry blood and demand the permanent ‘ecclesial rupture’ of the SSPX bishops. The bishops may not be as fortunate as the LCWR sisters who have denied the Trinity and a Vatican Council in accord with Tradition.

So - the three bishops should not be excommunicated for rejecting the Ladaria-Koch version of Vatican Council II based on explicit Lumen Gentium 16. Since it is the cardinals who reject Vatican Council II based on implicit Lumen Gentium 16.

They should not be excommunicated since through their traditional values they are affirming a traditionalist Vatican Council II.

The six million Holocaust figure is not an article of Catholic Faith. No bishop should be expected to accept it under threat of excommunication, suspension or loss of canonical status.Contrary to what the politically oriented rabbis say, one can be a good Catholic and also a revisionist.

Bishop Richard Williamson says Jews need to convert in the present times for salvation. He is in agreement with Vatican Council II (AG 7).It is Cardinal Kurt Koch who on May 16 rejected an ex cathedra dogma which merits excommunication as in the case of Fr.Tissa Balasuriya OMI. The cardinal said Jews do not have to convert in the present times. He contradicts Vatican Council II (AG 7), the Bible , the Nicene Creed and the ex cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, defined three times. He maintains his canonical privileges and with no threat of excommunication.Bishop Richard Williamson’s position can be defended in future by a Canon Lawyer of the bishop.-Lionel Andrades
