Diocese of Madison must let school children know that they can interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism or Cushingism. It does not have to be only Cushingism, which is now obligatory in the diocese.
Catholic school children in religion/catechism classes must be told that the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II can be interpreted with Cushingism( as is being done now) or Feeneyism and the conclusion would be different.
-Lionel Andrades
They could also clarify that I interpret Vatican Council II without an irrational premise and so my conclusion is different from theirs. This is Vatican Council II Feeneyite.

Müller is covering up Bergoglio's heresies

Müller is covering up Bergoglio's heresies.
Christopher A. Ferrara
April 25, 2017

As Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Gerhard Müller is charged with the duty to “spread sound doctrine and defend those points of Christian tradition which seem in danger because of new and unacceptable doctrines.” When confronted with the “new and unacceptable doctrines” enunciated in the disastrous Chapter 8 of Amoris Laetitia, however, Müller engages in a shameless cover-up, leaving it to concerned members of the laity to defend the Church’s infallible moral teaching from AL’s blatant attack upon it.
In an interview published by Aleteia on April 21, Müller declares that “The pope has not, will not, and cannot change Revelation. Some claim that the pope has changed the foundations of Church morality and has relativized the sacrament of holy matrimony. This he would not and cannot do.”

A deliberate misstatement of the issue designed to conceal the real issue. The real issue is not whether the Pope seeks to “change Revelation,” as if that were possible, but rather whether AL Chapter 8 undermines the revealed truth concerning the indissolubility of marriage and the universally binding, exceptionless character of the negative precepts of the natural law, including the Sixth Commandment.

A day after the Müller interview appeared, Sandro Magister published on his indispensable blog a link to the Italian text (translation mine) of an extraordinary address by Dr. Claudio Pierantoni, Professor of Medieval Philosophy at the University of Chile, one of six delivered in Rome at a conference of lay academics on April 22, convened to confront the menace that is AL.

After discussing the cases of Pope Honorius and Pope Liberius, Pierantoni says of the “case of Francis” that it represents, with the promulgation of AL, a crisis that is “now to be considered the most serious of those ever faced by the Church.” Pope Bergoglio’s opening to Holy Communion for public adulterers in “certain cases,” he writes, is “a deadly Trojan Horse capable of triggering, from within the edifice of the Church itself, a strategic dynamiting of all her defenses and her very foundations.”

The principal evil of AL Ch. 8, as any perceptive reader can see, is its reduction of the negative precept of the natural law forbidding adultery to a mere “rule” on the order of a human positive law that admits of exceptions, when in truth, as Pierantoni notes, the natural law is inscribed in human nature and can never be violated without doing violence to the human person. By analogy, he argues, the automobile manufacturer’s directive that one must not put diesel fuel into a gasoline engine is not a “rule” but a requirement for the proper functioning of the engine to which there can be no exceptions, according to the very nature of the thing.

Pope Bergoglio’s crudely demagogic conflation of the natural law with human “rules” is confirmed, says Pierantoni, by his “repeated attack, present in AL 8, against the legalists, the presumed hard-hearted and hypocritical ‘Pharisees.’ This attack, in fact, betrays a complete misunderstanding of the position of Jesus toward the Law, since His criticism of Pharisaical behavior is founded precisely on the distinction between positive law (‘the precepts of men’)… and the fundamental Commandments, which are instead the prime requisite, irrenunciable, which He himself requires of aspiring disciples.”

Even more devastating is the intervention at the same April 22 conference by Dr. Anna M. Silvas, a renowned researcher and historian of late Christian antiquity, who discovered the location of Saint Basil the Great’s retreat on an expedition to Turkey. She makes short work of the claim by “intentionally orthodox… higher prelates and theologians [Müller obviously among them] who treat the turmoil arising from ‘Amoris Laetitia’ as a matter of ‘misinterpretations’.”

On the contrary, she writes, Pope Francis’ ‘intent’ in this text is perfectly recoverable from the text itself, reading normally and naturally and without filters.” There is no need to repeat here the detailed analyses which place that conclusion beyond dispute, as we see here, for example.

Then too, Silvas notes, there is the overwhelming contextual evidence of Bergoglio’s seditious intent. Her summary (which I have reformatted for readability) is most useful:

… Archbishop Bergoglio’s known practice in his archdiocese of tacitly admitting to Holy Communion all comers, the cohabiting, as well as the divorced and civilly remarried;
…his personal choice of Cardinal Kasper to deliver the opening address of the 2014 Synod, as if we are to politely turn a blind eye to the entire back-history of Kasper’s activities on these issues;

...the various ways in which these two synods were massaged, such as the papal order that a proposition on communion for the divorced and remarried, voted down by the bishops in the 2014 synod, be included in the final relatio;
…his scathing condemnations of the Pharisees and other rigid persons in his concluding address at the conclusion of the 2015 Synod;

...more recently, his warm praise of Bernard Häring, the doyen of dissenting moral theologians throughout the 1970s and 80s, whose 1989 book on admitting the divorced and civilly remarried to the Eucharist in imitation of the Eastern Orthodox oikonomia, was ammunition in Kasper’s saddle bag;
…[his] endorsement of the Argentinian bishops “interpretation” of AL, precisely in the way that he intended: “No hay otras interpretaciones” ;

Silva then unleashes a series of admirably frank comments on the cunning Bergoglian method for changing the teaching of the Church by promoting a change in her practice, allowing apologists like Müller to claim nothing has really changed:

- Pope Francis, I am sure, is very well aware of the doctrine of papal infallibility, knows how high are its provisos—and is astute enough never to trigger its mechanism…
- For to Francis, and we have to grasp this: infallibility doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter at all, if he can continue to be the sort of change-agent in the Church he wants to be….

- But I think ‘the spirit’ to which Francis so soothingly alludes, has more to do with Hegel’s Geist, than with the Holy Spirit of whom our blessed Lord speaks, the Spirit of Truth whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him (Jn14:17

- The Hegelian Geist on the other hand, manifests itself in the midst of contradictions and oppositions, surmounting them in a new synthesis, without eliminating the polarities or reducing one to the other. This is the gnostic spirit of the cult of modernity

- So Francis will pursue his agenda without papal infallibility, and without fussing about magisterial pronouncements….

- We are in a world of dynamic fluidity here, of starting open-ended processes, of sowing seeds of desired change that will triumph over time….

- Such underhand tactics are clearly playing to the tune of Hegelian dialectic. That this is Pope Francis’s modus operandi, consider a certain ‘behind the scenes incident’ in the 2015 Synod, ‘“If we speak explicitly about communion for the divorced and remarried,” said Archbishop Forte, reporting a joke of Pope Francis, “you do not know what a terrible mess we will make. So we won’t speak plainly, (but) do it in a way that the premises are there, then I will draw out the conclusions.” “Typical of a Jesuit,” Abp Forte joked.

- In this game of subterfuge and incremental intent, the elaborate talk of painstaking “discernment” and “accompaniment” of difficult moral situations has a definite function—as a temporary blind for the ultimate goal.

- Have we not seen how the dark arts of the “hard case” work in secular politicking, used to pivot the next tranche of social reengineering? So now in the politics of the Church

- The final result will be precisely in accord with Archbishop Bergoglio’s tacit practice for years in Buenos Aires. Make no mistake, the end game is a more or less indifferent permission for any who present for Holy Communion.

And what does Cardinal Müller have to say in the face of the undeniable reality that the man from Argentina has spent the past four years engaging in ecclesial subversion, culminating with the publication of AL? He declares:

The true intention of the apostolic exhortation, Amoris Laetitia, was to place at the center the full, complete biblical message concerning marriage as a sacrament and a way of life. In addition, it aimed to take into consideration those who, on account of various circumstances, have failed or have run into trouble, so that we would not say: “Here are those who do everything right, whereas the others do not belong to us.”

That is simply calculated dissembling. Worse, by aping the Bergoglian caricature of defenders of orthodoxy as hard-hearted Pharisees who say “Here are those who do everything right, whereas the others do not belong to us,” he moves beyond a simple cover-up to outright aiding and abetting of the Bergoglian conspiracy—there is no other word for it—to undermine the Church’s entire moral edifice by institutionalizing ecclesial accommodation of public adultery.

At least the four cardinals have had the courage publicly to question Bergoglio’s intent in the form of their five dubia which reduce to one question: Whether Bergoglio intends to undermine the very concept of the moral law—and with this, the very credibility of the Church’s teaching office.

As things now stand, Cardinal Müller is no defender of orthodoxy. He has decided, rather, to be a defender of Pope Bergoglio. That is, he is a defender of the most wayward Pope in Church history—a Pope who, to quote Pierantoni, is “the victim of a generalized and epochal alienation from Tradition in broad strata of theological teaching.”

Under its current leadership, what the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith offers the Church is vastly worse than nothing.

In Argentina Bergoglio was already a public and contumacious heretic that had already been formally denounced in 2010 by the famous Argentine professor Antonio Caponnetto for heresy.

Gloria TV News Anathema: On Friday Cardinal Müller, the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, said to the Passauer Neue Presse that there are cases when Catholics can decide on their own with a confessor that their marriage is null. This opinion has been condemned by the Council of Trent as a heresy. Quote: “If any one saith, that matrimonial causes do not belong to ecclesiastical judges; let him be anathema.”

Father Gerstle FSSP interprets Vatican Council II with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism : accepts rupture with dogma EENS (Feeneyite), Syllabus of Errors etc

FSSP Superior Distinguishes Fraternity from SSPX, Eschews “Traditionalist” Label

Image and caption courtesy of Katholisch.de
Father Gerstle further distances himself from those smaller groups within the SSPX – whom he calls “hardliners” – who “reject the Second Vatican Council to a large extent, for example with regard to religious freedom or as to the decree on ecumenism.”
Lionel: Father Gerstle like the SSPX interprets the Second Vatican Council II with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism. So the Council emerges as a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS Feeneyite). If he accepted the Council with Feeneyism then Vatican Council III would not be a break with Tradition, in particular the dogma EENS(Feeneyite).
_____________________________________

Some of them, he says, also doubt the validity of the new liturgy. Gerstle makes it clear, moreover, where the Fraternity of St. Peter stands with regard to the Second Vatican Council:
The Fraternity of St. Peter, however, has accepted to study without prejudice the conciliar texts and has come to the conclusion that there is no breach with any previous magisterial statements. However, some texts are formulated in such a way that they can give way to misinterpretations. But, in the meantime, Rome has already made here concordant clarifications which the Society of St. Pius X should now also recognize. [Emphasis added]
Lionel: This is false. There is a break with the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century. This was confirmed by Pope Benedict XVI in March 2016 ( Avvenire). He said there was a development of the dogma with Vatican Council II.He was referring to Vatican Council II (Cushingite). This is also the interpretation of Father Gerstle.
If Pope Benedict interpreted Vatican Council II with Feeneyism then the Council would not be a rupture with the dogma EENS as it was known to the magisterium in the 16th century and previous centuries.
__________________________________________

Additionally, Father Gerstle insists that for the FSSP, the new 1983 Code of Canon Law is the standard.
Lionel: The new 1983 Code of Canon Law is based on the new theology, the irrational theology, Cushingism. It was magisterial for Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. If the 1983 Code of Canon Law was interpreted with Feeneyism it would not be acceptable to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, for political reasons. There would be objections from the Left.
____________________________________________

In his eyes, the SSPX has here some more reservations. For the FSSP, explains Gerstle “there is not a pre- and a post-conciliar Church.” “There is only the one Church which goes back to Christ,” he adds. Gerstle also insists that the FSSP does not “wish to polarize or even to promote splits,” but that they wish to instill in their own parishes “an ecclesial attitude.” Certain (unnamed, unspecified) abuses in the Church should only be criticized in a “differentiated and moderate way.”
Lionel: When magisterial documents are interpreted with Cushingite theology there has to be a pre and post Vatican Council II Catholic Church.
It is only with the theology of Feeneyism( invisible cases are not exceptions to EENS) that the pre and post Vatican Council II ecclesiology is the same.
______________________________

Father Gerstle also distances himself from the concept “traditionalist” when he says: “This notion I do not like at all to hear. We are not traditionalists, but simply Catholic.” As Catholics, he says, “we appreciate tradition,” but without “completely blocking organic adaptations and changes.”
Lionel: Father Gerstle is a liberal. He interprets Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Cushingism. So Vatican Council II is a rupture with the past.
He also interprets the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1995) with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism. So the Catechism( Cushingite) is in harmony with Vatican Council(Cushingite)  and EENS (Cushingite) but a rupture with Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) and EENS( Feeneyite). It is a rupture with the magisterium of the 16th century which was Feeneyite( invisible cases are not visible, invisible baptism of desire and blood allegedly without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church was not relevant to EENS for them).
________________________________________

The worthy celebration of the traditional liturgy, together with a loyal teaching of the Catholic Faith, is at the center of the work of the FSSP, according to Gerstle.
Lionel: False there is no 'loyal teaching' of the Catholic Faith in the FSSP. They are liberals who have left the SSPX.
In Rome they offer the Traditional Latin Mass with the new ecclesiology since this is prudent, prudent in a worldly sense. The priority of the FSSP priests here is not to be suspended or transferred.
___________________________________________

“Salvation of souls” and “eternal life” are their Fraternity’s own concern. Unfortunately, adds the German priest, “the Four Last Things have been widely neglected in the Church, with the effect of a belittling and attenuation of sin and of a loss of the practice of sacramental confession.”
Father Gerstle sees that “one cannot simply introduce everywhere again the old liturgy and, so to speak, impose it upon people.” “Both rites thus [with the help of the “reform of the reform”] should enrich each other,” explains the priest. Certain elements of the new liturgy could be “enriching for the extraordinary form of the Roman Rite.”
Moreover, Father Gerstle also explains that, in the German district, there are growing numbers of faithful who are interested in the traditional Tridentine Mass. Some of the FSSP Masses have “100 to 180 faithful” in attendance. He admits, however, that the FSSP has not too many vocations.
Lionel: Why should a young man commit himself to the priesthood when the FSSP priests do not have the freedom to proclaim the Catholic Faith ?
_______________________________

“All in all we have a good number of incomers [16 new priests in 2016 and currently some 100 seminarians altogether], but it is not so that we are under pressure due to high numbers of vocations.”
At the end of this interview, Gerstle explains that the SSPX faces a dilemma: either Bishop Fellay chooses unity with Rome and will have a split within his own organization, or he will choose unity within the SSPX and will not have unity with Rome. The German priest explains, as follows:
I think that the current Superior General, Bishop Bernard Fellay, will have to decide between unity with Rome and unity within the Society of St. Piux X. The realists within the leadership will then hopefully realize that there is no alternative to a reconciliation with Rome.

Lionel: The SSPX could choose to interpret all magisterial documents with Feeneyism. Then they will realize that there is no rupture with Tradition. Vatican Council II would no more be an issue for them. There would no more have to be an internal split.Since doctrinally there would be unity.
The FSSP could do the same.
It will be the liberals and Masons who will be in trouble. The Council would be in harmony with Tradition and they will not want to accept EENS ( Feeneyite).
___________________________________

The usually cautious and reserved Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) has now given its current opinion concerning the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) and on its possible formal re-integration into the structures of the Catholic Church. Father Bernhard Gerstle – the head of the German district of the FSSP – just gave a 24 April interview to the German Bishops’ official website Katholisch.de in which he explains many of the positions and opinions of his priestly fraternity. (Father Gerstle is the same priest who, in 2016, made a politely critical statement about the papal document Amoris Laetitia.)
Lionel: Moral subjectivism is used in Amoris Laeititia. It is assumed that a priest can know when someone in manifest mortal sin can be given the Eucharist. The person is not going to Hell and will be an exception.
In the same way in salvation theology it is assumed that we can know when there are explicit and known exceptions to the dogma EENS, for example in 2017. So there is subjectivism in moral and salvation theology in the Catholic Church. The error in salvation theology is standard theology for the FSSP.
________________________________

Father Gerstle explains, first of all, that he himself split off from the SSPX because of the “illicit episcopal consecrations” in 1988 which, in his eyes, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger tried to forestall. (Interestingly, and just in the recent past, there have been voices saying that Cardinal Ratzinger, as pope, later removed the excommunications of the four SSPX bishops because he realized that he had contributed to the intensification of that earlier conflict. Worth noting is that, Bishop Athanasius Schneider, who has served as an official Vatican liaison to the SSPX, recently called this act of excommunication an “injustice.”) In Gerstle’s eyes, the 1988 breach happened due to a “lack of trust toward Rome.” He also claims that many more priests within the SSPX had disapproved of the episcopal consecrations, “but did not make the final step.”
Lionel: Archbishop Lefebvre and the four bishops were objecting to Vatican Council II(Cushngite).Cardinal Ratzinger did not tell them that Vatican Council II could be interpreted also with Feeneyism and it would not be a rupture with the old ecclesiology.

Diocese of Madison needs to choose Feeneyism instead of Cushingism in the interpretation of magisterial documents.

In the diocese of Madison, USA it is Bishop Robert C.Morlino who needs to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism and then the lay people can do the same in their study groups I mentioned in a previous blog post.1

Annual Catholic Appeal 2017 (English Version)

So in the diocese of Madison, USA it is Bishop Robert C.Morlino who needs to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism and then the lay people can do the same in their study groups.
Love Begins Here - Lead Missionary Recruitment

In these terms defined which follow, the diocese needs to choose Feeneyism for the interpretation of magisterial documents including the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II.
Feeneyism: It is the old theology and philosophical reaoning which says there are no known exceptions past or present, to the dogma EENS.There are no explicit cases to contradict the traditional interpretation of EENS.
Cushingism: It is the new theology and philosophical reasoning, which assumes there are known exceptions, past and present, to the dogma EENS, on the need for all to formally enter the Church. It assumes that the baptism of desire etc are not hypothetical but objectively known. In principle hypothetical cases are objective in the present times.
Baptism of Desire (Feeneyite): It refers to the hypothetical case of an unknown catechumen who desires the baptism of water but dies before he receives it and is saved. Since this is an invisible case in our reality it is not relevant to the dogma EENS.
Baptism of Desire (Cushingite): It refers to the known case of a catechumen who desires the baptism of water but dies before he receives it and is saved. Since this is a visible case or the SSPX it is relevant to the dogma EENS.
Invincible Ignorance ( Feeneyite): This refers to the hypothetical case of someone allegedly saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, since he was in ignorance.

Invincible Ignorance (Cushingite): This refers to the explicit case of someone allegedly saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, since he was in ignorance.Since it is an exception to the dogma EENS it is assumed to be objectively known in particular cases. This reasoning is irrational.
Council of Florence: One of the three Councils which defined the dogma EENS.It did not mention any exceptions. It did not mention the baptism of desire. It was Feeneyite.
Liberal theologians: They reinterpreted the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, as objective cases, known in the present times. They use Cushingism.
Vatican Council II (Cushingite): It refers to the interpretation of Vatican Council II with Cushingism.LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer not to hypothetical but known cases in the present times. So Vatican Council II emerges as a break with the dogma EENS.
Vatican Council II (Feeneyite): It refers to the interpretation of Vatican Council II with Feeneyism.LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer to hypothetical cases, which are unknown personally in the present times. So Vatican Council II is not a break with EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, ecumenism of return, the Nicene Creed ( Feeneyite-one baptism),the teaching on the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State( since all need to convert into the Church to avoid Hell).
Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston: It assumed hypothetical cases were defacto known in the present times. So it presented the baptism of desire etc as an explicit exception, to the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS.It censured Fr.Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center.Since they did not assume that the baptism of desire referred to a visible instead of invisible case. The Letter made the baptism of desire etc relevant to EENs.From the second part of this Letter has emerged the New Theology. It was Cushingite.
Letter of the Holy Office 1949 ( Feeneyite). It means accepting the Letter as Feeneyite based on the first part, only .It supports Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston. The traditional interpretatiion of the dogma EENS does not mention any exceptions.
Letter of the Holy Office ( Cushingite). It is based on the second part of the Letter. It rejects the traditional interpretation of EENS. Since it considers the baptism of desire ( Cushingite-explicit) and being saved in invincible ignorance ( Cushingite-explicit cases) as being exceptions to EENS ( Feeneyite). It worngly assumes hypothetical cases are objectively visible and so they are exceptions to the first part of the Letter.
Baltimore Catechism: It assumed that the desire for the baptism of an unknown catechumen, who dies before receiving it and was saved, was a baptism like the baptism of water. So it was placed in the Baptism Section of the catechism. In other words it was wrongly assumed that the baptism of desire is visible and repeatable like the baptism of water or that we can administer it like the baptism of water. The Baltimore Catechism is accepted with the confusion. It can be interpreted with Cushingism or Feeneyism.
chrism oil bishop morlino
Catechism of Pope X: It followed the Baltimore Catechism and placed the baptism of desire in the Baptism Section. It can be interpreted with Cushingism or Feeneyism.
Nicene Creed ( Cushingite) ; It says 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' and means there are more than three known baptisms. They are water, blood, desire, seeds of the Word etc. This is a Cushingite interpretation.
Nicene Creed ( Feeneyite): It says 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins and means there is one known baptism the baptism of water. It is Feeneyite.
New Theology: It refers to the new theology in the Catholic Church based on hypothetical cases being objective in the present times. So it eliminates the dogma EENS.With the dogma EENS made obsolete the ecclesiology of the Church changes. There is a new ecclesiology which is a break with Tradition. It's basis is Cushingism.

Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus ( Cushingite): .It refers to the dogma but with exceptions. All do not need to defacto convert into the Church in the present times, since there are exceptions.
Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus ( Feeneyite): It refers to the dogma as it was interpreted over the centuries. There are no known exceptions to all needing to formally enter the Church, with faith and baptism, to avoid Hell.
Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Cushingite): CCC 1257 contradicts the Principle of Non Contraduction. Also CCC 848 is based on the new theology and so is a rupture with the dogma EENS( Feeneyite).
Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Feeneyite): CCC 1257 does not contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction since there are no known exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation. There are no known exceptions, since God is not limited to the Sacraments.
When CCC 846 states all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church,CCC 846 does not contradict the dogmatic teaching on all needin to formally enter the Church. CCC 846 does not contradict Ad Gentes 7 which states all need faith and baptism for salvation.
Council of Trent A Feeneyite does not separate the baptism of water from the baptism of desire. The baptism of desire will be followed by the baptism of water.
Council of Trent Cushingite separates the baptism of water from the baptism of desire. The baptism of desire excludes the baptism of water.

Bishop Robert C.Morlino needs to interpret the Catechism with Feeneyism then the laity can do the same in study groups

Bishop_Morlino.gif
In the diocese of Madison, USA it is Bishop Robert C.Morlino who needs to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism and then the lay people can do the same in their study groups.1
BISHOP MORLINO USES CUSHINGISM A FALSE THEOLOGY
Today we see the photographs and news about Pope Francis and Pope Benedict XVI in the mainstream media. It is because they interpret the Catechism with Cushingism. If Bishop Morlino does not do the same and instead uses Feeneyism as an interpretation he would be persona non grata.
ALL LAY STUDY GROUPS HAVE TO USE THE FALSE THEOLOGY IN MADISON
So now based on a false theology -on what is invisible being visible and what is implicit being explicit- the bishop in Madison interprets the Catechism of the Catholic Church and every one has to do the same in the diocese.
WITH CUSHINGISM CATECHISM VIOLATES PRINCIPLE OF NON CONTRADICTION
The priests at Madision offer Mass ad orientem and give the Eucharist on the tongue  and assume CCC 1257 contradicts itself and the Principle of Non Contradiction and they accept this !.The interpretation of CCC 1257 commonly assumes what is visible and known are examples of salvation outside the Church. It is inferred in Madison that they know when 'God is not limited to the Sacraments' and someone will be saved outside the Church. This is Cushingism!
CCC 1257 DOES NOT CONTRADICT ITSELF WITH FEENEYISM
There are no such known people. So CCC 1257  does not contradict  itself or the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the 16th century missionaries. This would be Feeneyism!
Image result for Bishop Morlino Madison seminarians
So how can Bishop Robert C.Morlino  offer Mass ad orientem and with the theology of Feeneyism?
If he says God the Father wants all people to be united in the Catholic Church, the Church is the only Ark of Noah that saves in the Flood(CCC 845) this would be the old ecclesiology according to the 16th century magisterium. It would be the Catechism interpreted with Feeneyism.
If he says all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church (CCC 846) and this does not contradict the dogma EENS, he would be affirming the old ecclesiology of the Traditional Latin Mass.Feeneyism!

If he says everyone needs the baptism of water in the Catholic Church for salvation (CCC 1257) and the Church knows of no exceptions in 2017 he would be affirming the old ecclesiology on outside the Church there is no salvation. He would be interpreting the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism (CCC 1257).
If he says the Patriach of the Russian Orthodox Church and the Primates of the Anglican Church in England are on the way to Hell (CCC 846/Ad Gentes 7( AG 7 is listed in CCC 846),CCC 845, CCC 1257) then the ecclesiology of the Catholic Church before and after Vatican Council II would be the same. The ecclesiology would be ecclesiocentric. There would be no rupture with Tradition. This would be Feeneyism.

Since outside the Church there is no known salvation, and all need to enter the Church in 2017( and not just those who know) there should be no separation of Church and State  for him. Christ should be King  over all political legislation. This would be Feeneyism too.It is the same Catechism but with a different premise and conclusion.
He would be affirming traditional Catholic doctrine, offering the Traditional Latin Mass and not rejecting the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Feeneyite) or Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite).
AVOIDS SSPX CUSHINGITE ERROR
Neither would he be a traditionalist like the members of the SSPX who interpret the Catechism and Vatican Council II with Cushingism and then reject the obvious non-traditional conclusion.

POPE BENEDICT MADE AN OBJECTIVE MISTAKE IN MARCH 2016
Bishop Morlino could show  Pope Benedict XVI his error  and ask him to interpret the Catechism and Vatican Council II with Feeneyism, even if the Jewish Left and the Masons do not like it.Ask him to switch to rational and traditional Feeneyism( invisible cases are not visible in 2017, so there are no visible exceptions to traditional EENS as it was known to the 16th century missionaries).
POPE BENEDICT MUST BE SHOWN HIS MISTAKE
Pope Benedict needs to be shown that he made a mistake in March 2016, when in the daily Avvenire , he said extra ecclesiam nulla salus was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century.Since there was a development with Vatican Council II ( Vatican Council II Cushingite of course).
NO DEVELOPMENT OF EENS WITH THEOLOGY OF FEENEYISM
With Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Feeneyite) there is no development of the dogma EENS as it was known in the 16th century.
With the Catechism and Vatican Council II being Feeneyite there is no Anonymous Christian who is saved outside the Catholic Church.
CATECHISM STUDY GROUPS MUST BE ALLOWED TO USE RATIONAL AND TRADITIONAL FEENEYISM
So in the diocese of Madison, USA it is Bishop Robert C.Morlino who needs to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism and then the lay people can do the same in their study groups.-Lionel Andrades

Until Fr.Zuhlsdorf or a bishop affirms the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism lay Catholics have to affirm the Faith independently and with the opposition of the local Cushingite bishop
