CDF is not magisterial on the issue of exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective error.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) is not magisterial on the issue of exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective error. The Apostles did not teach that unknown cases are known exceptions to all need faith and the baptism of water for salvation. The Church Fathers did not teach that invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance were visible exceptions to exclusive salvation in Jesus in the Catholic Church.

The CDF error on this issue is a violation of the Principle of Non Contradiction.So it is human error. It contradicts the Magisterium of the Church before the 1930's.-Lionel Andrades

A clarification needs to be issued by the Vatican

Pope Paul VI interpreted Lumen Gentium as an exception to the Syllabus of Errors and the past ecclesiology and ecumenism of return. Cardinal Ratzinger as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) made the same mistake.Cardinal Luiz Ladaria, Prefect of the CDF today  made the same mistake last year at a press conference for Plaquet Deo.If a head of a corporation made this mistake he would resign.The same mistake is made by Pope Francis and his Curia of cardinals.No one asks them to recant or resign.

Pope Benedict and Cardinal Kasper's ecclesiology excludes exclusive salvation since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 refer to known non Catholics saved outside the Church for them. In this way they project exceptions to Tradition.If they were  unknown and invisible non Catholics they would not be examples of salvation outside the Church. The Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed  would not be obsolete as it is today.But they are known for them.

Now cardinals and bishops who view invisible people as being visible, confuse subjectivity with objectivity and what is implicit as explicit  violate the Principle of Non Contradiction.They are considered responsible and mature  people on the issues of finance, child protection etc.

A clarification needs to be issued by the Vatican on this issue.They need to inform the German cardinals and bishops, for example, and other bishops' conferences, that Lumen Gentium in its entire text, nowhere contradicts the Syllabus of Errors on ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return. They need to inform the Bishop of Manchester,USA, Bishop Peter Libasci, that the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is not obsolete.

Pope Benedict, Cardinal Walter Kasper, Cardinal Mark Ouelett and Archbishop Rino Fisichella need to admit that in their articles on Ecclesiology, on line, they made a mistake. Lumen Gentium 8 is not an exception to the past ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. We do not know any one saved outside the Catholic Church.

We do not know any one saved outside the Church with elements of sanctification and truth(LG 8). Neither do we know of any one saved without faith and the baptism of water(LG 14, AG 7) outside the visible Church, where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists(LG 8).

Similarly there are no personally known people saved in invincible ignorance, within or outside the Church(LG 16). Also the case of the hypothetical and unknown catechumen who does before receiving  the baptism of water which  he or she sought, and is allegedly now in Heaven, is still the case of the unknown catechumen(LG 14). So the baptism of desire never ever was an exception to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. 


Lumen Gentium could never be the theological basis for a New Ecumenism. Lumen Gentium  was wrongly projected by Cardinal Ratzinger , as supporting a New Theology, New Ecclesiology and New Evangelisation, approved by Pope Francis.For him LG 16 and GS 22 contradicted the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return. The Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed were obsolete for him in a hermeneutic of rupture.-Lionel Andrades

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF)  interprets Quanto Conficiamur of Pope Pius IX, Quanta Cura,Mortalium Animus, Mystici Corporis  and other Church-texts with a false premise. So all references of the baptism of desire(BOD), invincible ignorance(I.I) and the baptism of blood(BOB) in these texts are wrongly assumed to refer to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Church without faith and baptism.The CDF reads these documents in an irrational way and then projects them as exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Church having exclusive salvation with no known exceptions.

So it is deceptively said that Mystici Corporis etc contradict Fr. Leonard Feeney's strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). The CDF implies that BOD, BOB and I.I are visible examples of salvation outside the Church. This is false and irrational.

BOD,BOB and I.I are always implicit and unknown in personal cases. They never were exceptions to the Athanasius Creed for the popes and saints over the centuries.

St. Thomas Aquinas held the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS and said that if a man in the jungle in invincible ignorance, was to be saved God would send a preacher to him.The man in the forest was obviously only a hypothetical case. It couldn't be anything else.

There are no practical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I in 1965-2020.

The confusion came into the Church some time before the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.The CDF overlooked this error. However until the 1930's, there was no confusion in the Church, for St.Maximillian Kolbe.

For me B is not an exception to A. There can be no text in Unitatis Redintegratio  or Dignitatis Humanae to contradict the Syllabus of Errors, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or other traditional teachings.2

 

This mistake is made by the sedevacantist and traditionalist websites.Since they  assume B is an exception to A. So Vatican Council II would contradict Tradition and in particular the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There would be explicit, known exceptions to the dogma in the present times due to the irrational reasoning.The fault is not with the Council but with the irrational premise and inference used.Instead of defending Feeneyism, which is traditional,  they are supporting irrational and heretical Marchettiism.

If the Church ever actually held the rigorist interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus, then she threw it away long before 1949. Pope Pius XI rejected the rigorist interpretation in his encyclical Quuanto Conficiamur Moerore.

Thomas Aquinas rejected it with his embrace of baptism of repentance and baptism of desire.

It is the non rigorist interpretation, the popular one, which is heresy. It rejects a defined dogma and changes the meaning of the Nicene Creed's 'I beleive in one baptism for the forgiveness of sin'.
There is only one known baptism, the baptism of water. We cannot administer the baptism of desire or blood to anyone. These are graces from God.

SSPX is not following Tradition : Quanto Conficiamur Pope Pius IX problem

The Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) bishops have stated that they are waiting for the rest of the Catholic Church to get back to Tradition and they reject Vatican Council II which is non traditional.The SSPX is not traditional in its interpretation of Quanto Conficiamur, Mystici Corporis, Letter of the Holy Office 1949 etc. While interpreting these magisterial documents the SSPX irrationally assumes there are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
 

 The SSPX bishops and priests are saying that they can see the dead saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire who are known exceptions to the dogmatic teaching on all needing to convert into the Church, 'as through a door'(CCC 846) in the present times.

 

This is not part of the Deposit of Faith nor Tradition.Instead this is a non traditional interpretation of the SSPX which is a break with Tradition, the dogma on salvation and the Syllabus of Errors.

 

The SSPX has  extended this irrationality to a book written by Fr.Francois Laisney on Fr.Leonard Feeney and which is sold by the  SSPX (USA) Angelus Press.This irationality is also extended to Vatican Council II and so they assume that the Council is a break with the past on other religions, on an ecumenism of return and religious liberty in a Catholic political state.

 

The SSPX needs to come back to Tradition first as an example to the Vatican Curia.

For example in Quanto Conficamur Pope Pius IX has not stated that we can physically see those who are struggling with invincible ignorance about our most holy religion...'.

 

Yet the SSPX like the liberals and the Americanist movement  of the 1930's and 40's assumes we can physically see these cases for them to be relevant to   'the Catholic teaching that no one can be saved outside the Catholic Church. Eternal salvation cannot be obtained by those who oppose the authority and statements of the same Church and are stubbornly separated from the unity of the Church and also from the successor of Peter, the Roman Pontiff, to whom "the custody of the vineyard has been committed by the Savior."[4] The words of Christ are clear enough: "If he refuses to listen even to the Church, let him be to you a Gentile and a tax collector;"[5] "He who hears you hears me, and he who rejects you, rejects me, and he who rejects me, rejects him who sent me;"[6] "He who does not believe will be condemned;"[7] "He who does not believe is already condemned;"[8] "He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters."[9] The Apostle Paul says that such persons are "perverted and self-condemned;"[10] the Prince of the Apostles calls them "false teachers . . . who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master. . . bringing upon themselves swift destruction. -  Quanto Conficaumur Pope Pius IX (1)

The error which the SSPX makes in the Fr.Leonard Feeney case they extend  also to Quanto Conficamur. This is not tradition.Pope Pius IX could not be a break with the past, a break with the defined dogmas of Church Councils.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF)  want Catholics to interpret Magisterial documents (Creeds,Catechisms etc)  with a false premise and inference.Liberals and traditionalists are doing just this.In this way there is a rupture with the past ; a schism with  the popes.Confusion on doctrine and an absense of a proclamation which could result in tension and martyrdom.The popes and cardinals live comfortable.There is a new Gospel which is social,polite and compromised.The Left and Satan do not protest.

Even conservative Catholics are on the same train.Going along with it, peacefully.

This is really quiet division with the past Magisterium.It is achieved with the use of a false premise i.e invincible ignorance(I.I),the baptism of desire(BOD) and baptism of blood (BOB) are visible examples of salvation outside the Church.

Unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I  and LG 8, LG14, LG 16, UR 3,NA 2 etc in Vatican Council II,are known exceptions to 16th century EENS.

Since there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church for the popes and tge CDF,there could be a new type of ecumenism, in which non Catholic Christians do not need to convert.

There is a new type of evangelisation in which Jesus is proclaimed without the necessity of being a members of the Church with faith and baptism,for salvation.

There is a new understanding of Church (ecclesiology) which is not missionary , exclusive and unique.

All this comes about with the use of one small premise.This is a development of doctrine with the use of one small premise.

All the books and articles on Vatican Council II have used this false premise to interpret the Creeds and to create a New Church, which is approved by the popes since Paul VI.

So the Nicene Creed is changed, the Athanasius Creed rejected and the Apostles Creed made irrelevant and meaningless.Since there can be two interpretations.One rational and the other irrational and the irrational one is used by the CDF.

Pick up any book on Vatican Council II, written by a liberal or traditionalist, and you will find a false premise, inference and conclusion.

All those numerous articles by German theologians in theological magazines, all contain the theological virus.

This can be changed. We can interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and the Church will be traditional once again.It will be traditional for the New Catechumenal Way,the Focolares, the Charismatic Renewal and the Medugorje movement communities.

One small action and we return back to the normal past.

Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF),contradict Vatican Council I on the pope being infallible ex cathedra .
They have changed the understanding of the Creeds which were ratified by the Church Councils.With the same irrational reasoning they have changed the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, which was defined by three Church Councils.This is an error on a faith issue : exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

1. Ex Cathedra the popes defined extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in three Church Councils.They did not mention any exceptions to EENS. They did not assume unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) were known exceptions to the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation.It was the liberal theologians who made this error. It was there in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and then at Vatican Council II.

This was a faith-teaching. By confusing BOD, BOB and I.I as being visible instead of invisible, the CDF Secretaries have changed magisterial documents.

They have admitted this in public. It is there on the website of the Diocese of Manchester in their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie, MICM, Prior, St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire.

2.The Church Councils ratified the Nicene Creed  which says 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins'. For the CDF it is 'I believe in three or more known baptisms, desire, blood and ignorance, and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.' 

So for the CDF Secretaries there are exceptions to the dogma EENS.

3.The Athanasius Creed says outside the Church there is no salvation.The CDF says outside the Church there is salvation. There would have to be known salvation for them to say this. Since hypothetical cases are particular and known people saved outside the Church in the present times,for them.There are exceptions..BOD, BOB and I.I are examples of salvation outside the Church for them. So also is LG 8 , UR 3, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II.

In their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie MICM, the Secretaries of the CDF have stated that CCC 847-848 must be seen as exceptions to the strict interpretation of EENS.

So with this false reasoning they have rejected EENS and the Creeds. Catholics who follow the CDF follow heresy.

Cardinal Ratzinger in 1983 even changed Canon Law to make heresy the norm and orthodoxy heresy.

4) The Apostles Creed says I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church.For the CDF Secretaries the Holy Spirit teaches the Catholic Church that outside the Church there is salvation.The CDF and the Diocese of Manchester officially are telling Brother Andre Marie that he has to interpret magisterial documents like the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1994), with an irrational premise( visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I)  to reject the traditional interpretation of EENS and create a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors.Again this is a faith issue.

Church Councils over the centuries are being contradicted.

So a Catholic's understanding of EENS and the Creeds  is not the same today as comparied, for example, to the 16th century.

The Traditional Latin Mass is no more controversial for the CDF since it is offered with the new ecclesiology.It is  heretical and a rupture with the de fide teachings of the past, as mentioned above.

I interpret EENS  and the Creeds without the CDF false premise and inference. So I am back to the old ecclesiology at Mass in Latin, Italian, Greek  or any Rite.It is theology and doctrine which determine ecclesiology and not liturgy. The FSSP uses the false premise.It is recognised.

All the priests who offer Holy Mass in Latin or English have to use the false  premise to interpret the Creeds.This is heresy.It is an impediment to offering Holy Mass.

The Thomas More College of Liberal Arts 1 is in the diocese of Manchester.Phil Lawler teaches there.He chooses to interpret Vatican Council II with the false  premise.Anthony Esolen also taught at this institution and was approved by Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF.

Thomas More College of Liberal Arts branch in Rome is teaching irrationality and heresy to project a liberal image and attract students like their principal office in Manchester, USA.Phil Lawler is a teacher at this college and he goes along with the deception.

With the connivance of the Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, they present Vatican Council II with Lumen Gentium being an exception  to the past exclusivist ecclesiology , an ecumenism of return, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed.The faculty at the college do not want to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with the past exclusivist ecclesiology  as it was known to the Jesuit missionaries in the 16th century.

Students in Rome are not being taught the truths about the Catholic faith, for political and financial reasons.

This is unethical.

Education is a business in Rome.

An accreditation would not be given to the college, by the Leftist government in Italy if the college did not present philosophy and theology with deception.

The Catholic political parties should be protesting outside the offices of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in Rome, to defend the culture, history and religion of Italy.

Phil Lawler is orthodox on EENS and Vatican Council II.William Fahey, the TMC President, is irrational, heretical and non Catholic like Cardinal Sean O'Malley and Bishop Peter Anthony Libasci.They are automatically excommunicated for changing the understanding of the Creeds. 

Phil Lawler ison the faculty of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts(TMC),New Hampshire,USA.He  holds the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). 

  A Monsignor in Boston, it was reported a few years back, went to the Catholic book shops and halted the sale of Phil Lawler's book, in the name of unity. He really meant unity with heresy.

It was also reported that Lawler was to speak at the St.Benedict Center, N.H but his talk was cancelled after some people opposed it.

All this was a long time back when it was not known that unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) could not be known examples of salvation outside the Church.So they were not exceptions to the dogma EENS. 

LAWLER DOES NOT HAVE TO REJCT EENS OR BOD, BOB AND I.I. 

So Phil Lawler does not have to reject EENS and neither hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I. Since BOD, BOB and I.I refer to people saved who are now in Heaven.They would only be visible to God.So obviously they cannot be seen on earth for them to be exceptions to EENS.If there are no BOD, BOB and I.I cases in our reality then for us they cannot be practical exceptions to EENS. It is necessary for BOD, BOB and I.I to be visible for them to relevant to EENS.

Secondly, Phil Lawler does not have to reject Vatican Council II to affirm the strict, traditional interpretation of EENS.Since again, hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc cannot be exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. The 'living magisterium' made an objective mistake in the Boston Case and at Vatican Council II. 

Vatican Council II for Lawler, would not be a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and the Syllabus of Errors.There is no rupture with EENS, as it was interpreted by the missionaries in the 16th century.  

 

POPE BENEDICT MADE A MISTAKE

Pope Benedict ( Avvenire, March 2016) would have made a mistake when he said that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century.EENS today is like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century since there are no  exceptions to EENS in Vatican Council II.

 

Also for Phil Lawler, Lumen Gentium 8 would not contradict the Church's understanding on an exclusivness and superiority in salvation.So he would differ from Cardinal Luiz Ladaria's irrational and innovative proclamation at the Placut Deo Press Conference( March 1, 2018).

The catechisms are no more a rupture with EENS nor do they contradict themselves, for Phil Lawler, who now would be an example of coherence.

NO CHANGE IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE CREEDS FOR HIM

Since  BOD, BOB and I.I are hypothetical there is no change in the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed for him.The Athanasius Creed would still say there is no salvation outside the Church and this is not contradicted by Vatican Council II.

Meanwhile Pope Benedict, Pope Francis, Cardinal Muller, Cardinal Ranjit and many others have rejected the Syllabus of Errors, he does not have to do the same.The Syllabus of Errors is not contradicted for him by Vatican Council II.

He interprets Vatican Council II differently. Hypothetical cases are just hypothetical.So at this time in Church history he would have a coherent position in theology and doctrine.

 

It is William Fahey, Amy Fahey, Antony Esolen and the other members of the faculty at TMC who need to correct their incoherent position. They are supporting general heresy by incorretly interpreting BOD, BOB and I.I  and then de-railing other doctrines of the Church.

 

The chaplains at TMC must also note that pastorally, non Catholics are outside the Church and inter-faith marriages cannot be a Sacrament. They are adultery.

We can have good relations with Protestants and work with them on common projects,but it must be recognised that they are outside the Catholic Church, which is Jesus' Mystical Body.

 

The chaplains also need to affirm the orthodox position on EENS without rejecting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1994).

So they would have to proclaim, that all non Catholics in the USA, for example, are on the way to Hell in 2018 and there can be no known exception for us human beings.The norm for salvation is faith and baptism( Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).So mission in the traditional sense is important. 

The President of TMC, William Fahey, needs to clarify that their theology and doctrinal position on salvation is Catholic, rational, traditional and non heretical and that it differs from that of Cardinal Sean O'Malley , the Archbishop of Boston and Bishop Peter Anthony Libasci, the bishop of Manchester.

Students could give talks first among Catholics telling them that Vatican Council II says outside the Church there is no salvation.

Jesus tells us in John 3:5 that all need the baptism of water for salvation. In Mark 16:16  he tells us that God the Father has chosen His Son as the only way of salvation.Those  who do not believe in Jesus within the Catholic community; the Catholic Church,will be condemned.Jesus says those who deny Him he will deny before the Father in Heaven.(Matt.10:37)

So membership in the Catholic Church with faith and baptism is necessary for all.It is necessary to avoid the fires of Hell, according to the Bible.

Vatican Council II indicates most people go to Hell since they die without faith and baptism(Ad Gentes 7, Lumen Gentium 14).Today there are billions of people in Hell.This is the teaching of Vatican Council II and the Catholic Church. It is consistent with the saints over the centuries. They knew that most people go to Hell.Few are those who are saved.

So when we meet non Catholics we know that they are Hell-bound.Since they will die without the ordinary means of salvation,which is faith and baptism.

  

There are no known exceptions to the ordinary means of salvation. The baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are not practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).They are not practical exceptions to the ordinary means of salvation.We cannot meet or see any one saved outside the Church.God made it this way.

BOD, BOB and I.I are not the ordinary means of salvation and neither are LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II.The Council does not contradict EENS, the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism or return or the Syllabus of Errors.

So it is necessary that everyone become Catholic to avoid Hell. Jesus founded only one Church, the Catholic Church.

The Bible is Catholic. The Catholic Church  chose the inspired manuscripts which form the Bible. The liturgy of  Christians comes from the Catholic Church at the time of King Constantine the Great.The Holy Trinity is a dogma of a Catholic Church Council.

The Medieval Age ,was  a golden period in the history of the Church. The Medieval Fathers were Catholic.There were great saints who experienced the highest levels of union with God, while remaining within the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church is the continuation of the Jewish religion.Catholics are the new people of God,the Chosen People ( Nostra Aetate 4, Vatican Council II). They have the Sacrifice in the Mass, they have the Messiah promised by the Jewish prophets. They have the Ark of the Covenant in the Eucharist placed in a tabernacle. They have the Sacred Scriptures which include the Old Testament and the Jewish Pentateuch.They have an eternal covenant made with the Death and Resurrection of Jesus. It was a fulfillment of the old covenants Yahweh made with the Jews. Catholics have the temple, the church, where the one and only Sacrifice of Jesus is re-enacted in an un-bloody way, at Holy Mass.

In Heaven there are only Catholics.They are there with Catholic Faith and the baptism of water(AG 7).

Jesus died for all. Salvation is open to all in potential but to receive this salvation all need to be members of the Catholic Church( Dominus Iesus n.20,Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Notification, Dupuis, 2002).

The Catholic Church is the Ark of Noah that saves in the flood (Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) 845).God wants all people to be united in the Catholic Church(CCC 845). 

Since membership in the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation the priority is the non separation of Church and State and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political and social legislation.

Satanic secularism and State must be separated and opposed.

We cannot separate Jesus from the Church(Dominus Iesus).The Church is the Mystical Body of Jesus the Bible tells us.

We cannot have a kerygma without the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church.Jesus died and is risen to save all from Hell. Those who believe in Him and live his teachings in the Catholic Church, will be saved from the fires of Hell.Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.Three Church Councils in Catholic history called it extra ecclesiam nulla salus.It is also the message in Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II which calls us to proclaim it to the peoples.It says all need faith and baptism for salvation and not just those who know about Jesus and the Church.

The Good News is that all who believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Second Person of the Trinity, the Promised Messiah who will come again, will have eternal life in Heaven. They must believe that Jesus Died and is Risen and with his Sacrifice took He away our sins. They must live the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church on faith and morals.The Catholic Church has a perennial Magisterium inspired by the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.(Heb.13:8).

Jesus in the Catholic Church is the narrow gate(Matt.7:13), the pearl of great price (Matt.13:45-46), the man who found a treasure in the field and sold all to have it (Matt:13:44-46).

"Saul, Saul why do you persecute me", Jesus said identifying Himself with the Church(Acts.9:4).So we cannot have faith in Christ ( Christology) without  membership in the Catholic Church( ecclesiocentric ecclesiology).

The Eucharist at Mass is necessary for salvation for all and so is the Sacrament of Baptism.Those who die for Jesus and the Church as martyrs, have a special place in Heaven.-Lionel Andrades

According to Canon Law, the President, chaplains and tutors must be Catholic, who believe in the teachings of the Catholic Church and express them in public.

An institution which calls itself Catholic is not allowed to change the Creeds, present new versions of EENS and the interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance (I.I) and reject traditional mission and proclamation because of alleged salvation outside the Church.

The President and faculty of TMC, which operates independently of the local bishop, have changed Catholic doctrine with false reasoning and use a new theology, based on a false premise( physically invisible non Catholics are visible) and false inference( they are examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church) and non traditional conclusion(EENS is contradicted by BOD, BOB and I.I and Vatican Council II(LG 8, LG 16 etc).

This is a rupture between faith and reason and they refer to this new faith and irrational reasoning as being faithful to the 'living Magisterium'.

How can TMC and Bishop Peter Anthony Libasci, the bishop of Manchester,canonically call themselves Catholic ?

Does it mean that those Catholics in the diocese of Manchester, USA who do not use all this irrationality to interpret the Creeds, catechisms, Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents are not Catholics, canonically?

How can the bishop of Manchester and the President of TMC violate the Principle of Non Contradiction in interpreting Church-teachings,including the Creeds,  and not be automatically excommunicated ?

Is it not deception to use a lie, a false premise and inference, to teach new doctrines in the Church without admitting it in public?

Is it not un-ethical, according to secular standards, to continue with this deception and not inform the students and Catholics in general ?

Why cannot the President simply announce that there are no practical exceptions to EENS in 2018?

He could simply state  that there are no personally known cases of non Catholics saved in 2018, or during his lifetime, with BOD, BOB  and I.I.God made it this way.We cannot see BOD, BOB and I.I cases now saved in Heaven.
