Chaplains at the pontifical universities in Rome disagree

An Opus Dei priest, Father Pedro Luis de Huidobro, the chaplain of the University of the Sacred Cross(Santa Croce), Rome agreed there could be persons who have not had the Gospel preached to them and who are in invincible ignorance. These persons can be saved and we do not know any such case.(I spoke with him  in 2013) So they are not exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They are not explicit exceptions.
He said all need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation in the present times and there are no known exceptions.Invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and neither to Ad Gentes 7.
He contradicts what is being taught to young lay Catholics in theology classes in Italian conducted by the Rome Vicariate's Ecclesia Mater. He is however in agreement with Fr.Marco Hausmann FSSP and Fr.Stefano Visintin OSB.1

Padre Pio TV : If a Catholic woman wanted to marry a Muslim she had to convert and become a Muslim

Anna Maria Salvemini on PadrePio TV's Fuori tempo  interviewed  a Morroccan Muslim Ahmed Outalbi and asked him about Islam. The program was shown about 20 minutes back.
He said that if a Catholic woman wanted to marry a Muslim she had to convert and become a Muslim. He otherwise thought women were free in Islam.
Anna Maria Salvemini did not tell him that just believing in one God is not enough.
She asked if Muslims believe in Hell, Purgatory and Heaven . He said Hell is a place with fire for Muslims. She agreed with him, that Hell, for Catholics also draws the image of a big fire.
He did not describe the Muslim concept of Heaven.
She did not ask him if he believed all Catholics are going to Hell according to Islam. He could have said yes as do other Muslims.
Neither did she tell him that according  to Vatican Council II and other Church documents all Muslims and other non Catholics are on the way to Hell, unless they convert into the Catholic Church formally i.e with 'faith and baptism' (AG 7).

Anna Maria Salvemini is close to the Focolare Movement of Chiara Lubich and does programs on their centre at Luppiano.
The Fololarinis interpret Vatican Council II using the familiar irrational premise which makes Vatican Council II a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors. This was part of Chiara Lubich's religious formation.I once did ask her a question on this subject at their centre in Grottaferrata.
At Luppiano some of the religious and lay persons whom I know, have had this same irrational religious formation. They would be unable to tell Muslims that they are all on the way to Hell with no exceptions, unless they convert into the Church and that this is the official teaching of the Church according to magisterial documents interpreted rationally.

They attribute this new teaching of theirs to Vatican Council II but the Council no where says that there are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and neither do we know any one who is an exception in 2015 to the dogma. We do not know anyone who will be saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) and without the baptism of water. So practically there are no known exceptions to the dogma.

If this error is pointed out to them they will refer to the Fr.Leonard Feeney case as if the baptism of desire is known and visible to us in 2015 for it to be an exception to the traditional interpretation of the dogma according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Anna Maria Salvemini did not talk about the Good News or the Great Commission since she does not believe that all need to convert into the Catholic Church to avoid Hell.

Fr.Marco Hausmann, a diocesan priest in Rome says there are no exceptions in 2015 to the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus while the Vicariate is teaching young lay Catholics that there are exceptions.
Fr.P. Stefano Visintin OSB, Dean of the Faculty of Theology at the Pontifical University St.Anselm, Rome also says there are no known exceptions.

The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are possibilities, he said, but are not known exceptions to the traditional teaching on salvation.
Ecclesia Mater of  the Rome Vicariate  offers courses in theology for lay Catholics in which enrollment costs Euros 320 and the professors of theology teach that there are physically visible exceptions in 2015 to the centuries old interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
They offer Baccalaureate and Licentiate Degrees (Euros 230, Euros 250) to students who have to repeat the irrationality. How can people who are dead be exceptions on earth to the dogma?
I have spoken to many priests in Rome who offer Mass in Italian and who agree that the Letter of the Holy Ofice 1949, the Marchetti letter, made an objective mistake. Cardinal Marchetti assumed that the baptism of desire etc were exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.Zero cases of something cannot be exceptions says the apologist John Martigioni.
The Vicariate knows that this is an error they are teaching but for political reasons are still going ahead with it. The Vicariate has changed the 'Good News' of Jesus Christ and is offering a new teaching.-Lionel Andrades
