The CDF must inform the pontifical universities , where the F.I seminarians are enrolled, and the Congregation for Catholic Education, to avoid the common error on Vatican Council II.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) cannot wink any more. The pretending is over.A whole seminary is against them like a firm wall.Fr. Rosario Sammarco F.I , Rector of the Franciscans of the Immaculate (F.I) seminary, Boccea Rome, and Superior of the community of the Friars there does not deny that there is no known salvation outside the Catholic Church. There is no known salvation outside the Church for him during his lifetime.
For this Italian priest and all the priests and seminarians in the F.I parish, Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, there are no physically visible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance. No cases in real life. If any one is saved outside the Church it can only be known to God.This is something obviollus but it has to be mentioned because of the Rahner-Ratzinger confusion.
This is something obvious which humbly needs to be repeated by the CDF, Cardinal Braz de Avez and Fr.Sabino Ardito and the present two popes.
It needs to be shouted from the housetops that the Franciscans of the Immaculate concept of Vatican Council II has turned around completely.
LG 8, LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II can now only be hypothetical. They never ever were exceptions to the Athanasius Creed.
There is no more a hermeneutic of rupture with exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and an ecclesiocentric ecclesiology. There is no rupture with Tradition.
The CDF must inform the pontifical universities , where  the F.I seminarians are enrolled, and the Congregation for Catholic Education, to avoid the common error on Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades
