There would be no exceptions in the Council-text for the past exclusive salvation in the Church.

This past ecclesiocentrism, was the theological basis for proclaiming the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics and the non separation of Church and State. When the people in Italy know that outside the Church there is no salvation according to Vatican Council II (L.A) then they know that the priority for the Government, or the office for Mayor, must be a Catholic candidate who affirms the teachings of the Catholic Church.The people will have a Catholic identity.

Now with Vatican Council II not interpreted according to this blog there are alleged practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and since there are alleged exceptions it is said, not every one needs to enter the Church for salvation.So there is no need for Traditional Mission or the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics. - Lionel Andrades

The error was accepted by Archbishop Lefebvre, Cardinal Ottaviani, Michael Davies and the traditionalists of their time,for whom BOD, BOB and I.I were exceptions to EENS. Then they made the same mistake in their interpretation of Vatican Council II. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc were exceptions to EENS for them. The error can be read on line in one of the Letters to Friends and Benefactors written by Bishop Bernard Fellay.For him UR 3 was an exception to EENS

The Vatican Council II problem needs to be resolved by the Italian Education Ministry and the Vatican

 The Italian Education Ministry needs to clarify that Vatican Council II can only be interpreted with the blue passages and not the red ones . LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc  can only be seen as hypothetical and theoretical in 2021. They are not practical examples of persons saved outside the Catholic Church.

What is subjective, speculative, theoretical and hypothetical cannot be taught  to Catholic students as being the opposite i.e explicit, objective and practical.
