The Master General of the Dominicans, Fr. Gerard Francisco Timoner III cannot issue a statement or clarification since he does not have the faith, or he could be removed from office, for expressing it.
The Master of the Order of Preachers is the Superior General of the Order, the Dominicans.He is ex officio Grand Chancellor of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome and of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila,Philippines.Fr. Gerard Francisco Timoner III was elected the Master of the Order, this year.He was a Professor of liberal Cushingite,theology at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.Timoner was ordained a priest in 1995. He earned additional degrees in sacred theology and intercultural theology at the Catholic University of Nijmegen in 2004. Pope Francis named him a member of the leftist International Theological Commissio.He accepts the ITC's political interpretation of Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the Catechisms and Creeds. So for him too like the rest of the Dominicans there is an artificial rupture with Tradition and the Dominican saints on the past ecclesiology, ecumenism etc.There interpretation of Magisterial documents is a mortal sin of faith. It is a public scandal. But they are obliged to follow because of their various personal attachments in life.
Presently, this Master General is as dishonest as the previous one since they pre-suppose,after being informed, that unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance are known exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). In other words there was no error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which was referenced in Vatican Council II by the liberals and accepted by Cardinal Ratzinger and Bishop Charles Morerod op, at the ITC.
The Father General extends his faulty reasoning to Vatican Council II.He assumes invisible cases referenced in LG 8, LG 14, lG 16, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc are physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so are objective exceptions to traditional EENS.If they were not visible they could not be exceptions to EENS. If they did not refer to known people saved outside the Church they would be irrelevant to EENS.So since there are exceptions to EENS for him he implies they are visible. Then he commits heresy on the Creeds and Catechisms and Vatican Council II -but keeps his job.
But the Master General like the present two popes does not say that all need to enter the Church with faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7 ). So there are exceptions for him. He does not say that in Heaven there are only Catholics. So there are known exceptions to EENS on earth for him.
If he corrects this error among the Dominicans, for example ay the Angelicum University, Pope Francis , the Masons and the rest of the political Left would want him to resign.They are unable to accept the truth, with charity or without it.
The Dominicans do not correct the error on the Wikipedia Internet posts on Feeneyism, extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Vatican Council II and Feeneyism, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary etc.Instead they repeat the error in courses this semester at the university.

With Cushingism there is public heresy. The understanding of the Creeds are changed.The Athanasius Creed is rejected.This is a scandal. This is common among the professors and students at the Angelicum University. There is no denial or clarification from any of the priests or religous sisters, who are professors.
Father Francesco Giordano does not affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) but projects unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, as being practical exceptions to Feeneyite EENS and so he is employed by the Angelicum Pontifical University, Rome, to teach the deceptive theology.He is among hundreds of professors doing the same thing.Quite a few of them are priests like him.
This is unethical academically.
Since there cannot be objective exceptions to all needing faith and the baptism of water for salvation ( Ad Gentes 7). But the students have to repeat the lie to be enrolled at the Angelicum and Fr. Giordano has to to teach it to remain a professor.
This is not Catholic theology. St. Thomas Aquinas held the strict interpretation of EENS and did not project invincible ignorance as being an exception.But Giordano has to contradict Aquinas and keep his teaching job.
It is important for the Left that Giordano does not teach that there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. It does not make a difference, for them, as to what ruse he chooses to get rid of Catholic traditional theology.
Fr. Giordano offers the Latin Mass and sits in the Confessional hearing Confessions and absolving Catholics of sin in the name of Jesus. He is the Rome Director, of Human Life International.
Like the President of Human Life International Fr.Shehan Boquet, he does not affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and also does not tell the students to do the same. So they are in schism with the popes over the centuries on the dogma EENS, the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Athanasius Creed, an ecumenism of return of the Syllabus or Errors, the Nicene Creed on the necessity of the baptism of water for salvation and the forgiveness of sins and the Catechism of Pope Pius X.
His interpretation of the Catechism of Pope Pius X would be contradictory.

Fr.Giordano would not be able to affirm 24Q and 27 Q since invincible ignorance is an exception to EENS. He is a Cushingite and not a Feeneyite on EENS and Vatican Council II.
So when the Catechism of Pope Pius X mentions invincible ignorance it is a reference to a hypothetical case. So 29Q which follows would not contradict 24 Q and and 27 Q. But for the Cushingite Fr. Giordano there would be a rupture.

If he is outside the Church through no fault of his, that is, if he is in good faith, and if he has received Baptism, or at least has the implicit desire of Baptism; and if, moreover, he sincerely seeks the truth and does God's will as best he can such a man is indeed separated from the body of the Church, but is united to the soul of the Church and consequently is on the way of salvation. - Catechism of Pope Pius X

Fr.Giordano could choose to re-interpret 29Q. It can be re-interpreted as referring to an invisible person.
If 29Q refers to visible cases in 2020, people personally known, who are saved in invincible ignorance and without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, then 29Q contradicts 24Q and 27Q. Then 29 Q contradicts the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS.I call this Cushingism or the Cushingite interpretation of EENS.
It is also the Cushingite interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I).

So there is a Cushingite and Feeneyite interpretation of the Catechism of Pope Pius X and Fr.Giordano chooses the irrational Cushingite version.It is the same mistake made by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and the SSPX bishops and priests.1

There is a formation course at the University of St.Thomas Aquinas, on the new ecumenism, titled Ut Unum Sint which interprets Unitatis Reintigratio in Vatican Council II has having exceptions to the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.
