I accept Vatican Council II ( Rational )
since the Council is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of
the Catholic Church but Pope Paul VI interpreted the Council with the False and
not Rational Premise. The Fake Premise is not Magisterial and produces heresy
and schism. Also Fr. Joseph Ratzinger like Pope Paul VI repeated the objective mistake
of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 (LOHO). LOHO confused unknown cases of
the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance as being known exceptions for 16th
century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).This cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.
It’s human error. Without this mistake the theological liberalism in the Church
is snuffed out.
The new Commissar of the Franciscans of
the Immaculate, Fr. Gianfranco Ghirlanda sj, could also interpret Vatican
Council II with the Rational Premise, like me. Instead, he chooses the False
Premise. This is unethical if not also illegal.
It’s immoral to expect the Franciscan
Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate to use the Fake and not Rational Premise
to interpret the Council and other Church Documents.
At the Jesuit Gregorian University, Rome,
where he works, all are expected to use the False Premise. Fr. Ghirlanda and
Pope Francis expect Fr. Stefano Mannelli f.i, the founder of the community, to
do the same. Only then they could give him permission to re-open the seminary
at Boccea, Rome.
But now at the FFI parishes in Italy,
Fr. Ghirlanda cannot really allow the First Communion and Confirmation classes,
with children and adults, being taught to fake it. They interpret Vatican
Council II and the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) with the Fake and not Rational Premise. Fr. Ghirlanda has an obligation to tell
them to use only the Rational Premise. Also the non-Christians working in the parishes
and at the Jesuit institutions have to be told to interpret Vatican Council II
with only the Rational Premise. This is the correct thing to do. It creates continuity
and not a break with Catholic Tradition. The rank and file Catholics will
understand this.
The Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the
Immaculate must not be forced by the Commissar to indiscriminately accept and
study the encyclicals and books of the popes from Paul VI to Francis. They used
the False Premise and contradicted the popes over the centuries.
Pastorally the Rahner-Ratzinger theology
has to be rejected in the parishes, otherwise it would be promoting mortal sins
of faith. Since the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance,
with the False Premise becomes ‘ a practical exception’ for the Athanasius
Creed, which says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.
It is made obsolete. With ‘physically visible’ cases of BOD, BOB and I.I, there
is a new understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed. The liberal version is
heretical and schismatic and has to be rejected by good Catholics. There also
emerges an indifferent and syncretistic interpretation of the First
Commandment, for Catholics.
The Jesuit canonist could inform the
Roman Rota and the secular judiciary, that the Franciscans of the Immaculate in
Italy will interpret the Councils and Creeds rationally. The jurists are
expected to do the same.
The Jurisprudence Department at La Sapienza University, Rome must not interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise and then support innovation in moral theology, like the Fundamental Option Theory. They would justify the innovations by citing Vatican Council II (Irrational) as a break with Tradition. So in this bad spirit changes were made in morals and faith.
With the False Premise used in the Boston Heresy Case by Cardinal Richard
Cushing, the Archbishop of Boston ( and not Fr. Leonard Feeney),was in heresy and a new theology
was created to change the traditional teachings on faith and salvation.This was not corrected by the popes. Pope John Paul II corrected many errors in moral
theology, including the Fundamental Option Theory, with his encyclical Veritatis
Splendor.
The liberals cite the theological
exceptions as being the practical rule and as if human beings have God-like
abilities to judge the intention and motivation of a person, and so change traditional moral theology. A new understanding of mortal sin was created.
So with Vatican Council II (
Irrational) there was a change in faith and morals and this is wrongly being
linked to the Latin Mass, which is prohibited for the FFI. –Lionel Andrades

When Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc) it is an issue for Cardinal Avez and Archbishop Carbello and not the Franciscans of the Immaculate or the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX)

Asking the Franciscans of the Immaculate to accept Vatican Council II with an irrational inference violates their conscience : laws in Italy
The Vatican Press Office has not denied that the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate have to accept Vatican Council II in which all references to salvation (NA 2, UR3 etc) must be assumed to be visible on earth.These 'visible cases', the Franciscans have to opine, are real, known,visible in the flesh exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They would have to be visible and known for them to be exceptions.This is affirmed by the Vatican cardinals and popes and is believed to be the interpretation of Pope Francis and Catholics at large.
These deceased-visible are exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation. Yet none of the seminarians can see the deceased in Heaven.This is a conscience issue. Nether can the priest-professors at the pontifical universities see these deceased-saved.Yet the pontifical university forces the Franciscans of the Immaculate seminarians , and others also,to affirm the absurd.
This is the condition for studying there.If a seminarian says that he cannot see the dead and so Vatican Council II is in harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla salus, according to Tradition, he will be expelled.
