German theologians and American Jesuits are still in ignorance doing research and writing books on Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. They do not know about Vatican Council II (rational), the Creeds (rational), the Councils (rational) and the Catechisms (rational). At the Catholic universities in Austria and the rest of E.Europe they still interpret the Council irrationally and do not know about the Council having a traditional conclusion when LG 8,14,1,5,16 etc are hypothetical only. When they are hypothetical only, they cannot be practical examples of salvation outside the Church. They cannot be practical exceptions for the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX. There are no objective examples of salvation outside the Church known to us human beings.

So there are no practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in post Vatican Council II-times. 

At the Hungarian seminary in Rome they do not know that Vatican Council II takes the Church back to the ecclesiology of the Austro Hungarian Catholic Empire, whenever the Council is interpreted rationally.  -Lionel Andrades
