The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops(USCCB) and Joe Biden, a Democrat Catholic  Presidential candidate for the USA elections next year interprets Vatican Council II deceptively and heretically and this is being overlooked by the Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committe Bishop Kevin Rhoades.1
LG 8, LG 14 and LG 16) being hypothetical cases do not contradict the old ecclesiology. There is no known salvation outside the Church. So there is no theological and philosophical foundation for the New Theology of the USCCB.

There is nothing in Lumen Gentium to contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. So there is no philosophical and theological foundation in Vatican Council II for the New Ecclesiology of the USCCB.

Unitatis Redintigratio does not name any particular person saved outside the Church as a Protestant or other Christian in his religion. It does not state that we can know of a Christian saved outside the Church without Catholic faith. So the Decree on Ecumenism(UR) does not anywhere contradict the past ecumenism of return. The USCCB is in error here too.

Similarly Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation and we know there can be no practical exceptions known to us humans in 2019. So Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Mission and Salvation as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
Ludwig Ottt assumes unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood (BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) were known exceptions to the traditional interpetation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The same mistake was made by Fr. Francois Laisney.Other writers made this mistake and also interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally. The same error is being made today by the Cardinals and bishops at the Amazon Synod and the USCCB.

Things are so bad on doctrine and theology in the Catholic Church that the new Chairman of the Unites States Catholic Conference of Bishops(USCCB) cannot deny what I have written.

Things are so bad on doctrine and theology in the Catholic Church that the new Chairman of the Unites States Catholic Conference of Bishops(USCCB) cannot deny what I have written.1

He will not affirm extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.

He agrees with me?!

1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither did the popes and saints over the centuries claim that they are.
3.In general people will agree that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases only.

There is no denial also from Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the new Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee regarding the error he made in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.

In his  radio program this month he mentions  'elements of sanctification and truth'(Lumen Gentium 8)  as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.This is irrational. It violates the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can we see people saved on earth ? How can they be in two places at the same time?
How can his new theology say outside the Church there is salvation.Where is this salvation?

1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Church with 'elements of sanctification and truth'.So the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II picked up the error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.
2.The text of Lumen Gentium 8 does not state that there are physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church. So a wrong inference is made by Bishop Rhoades.
3.Common sense tells us it is a reference to a hypothetical case. It is speculation with good will.
So it was wrong for Bishop Kevin Rhoades to interpret Vatican Council II (LG 8 etc) as a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
There is no denial from the USCCB or Bishop Rhoades. No one wants to correct me.
So they know that I am correct and they do not want to say anything.-Lionel Andrades

truth20in20charity20logo-300x121
Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the new Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee makes an error in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
In his recent radio program he cites Lumen Gentium 8, 'elements of sanctification and truth', as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.
This is irrational.
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Church with 'elements of sanctification and truth'.
2.The text of Lumen Gentium 8 does not state that there are physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church.
3.Common sense tells us it is a reference to a hypothetical case. It is speculation with good will, something hoped for.
Neither is Nostra Aetate an exception to   the dogma no salvation outside the Church.
MISTAKE ON EENS TOO
Similarly he will not affirm EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
He made a mistake again.
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). We cannot see or meet any one saved as such in 2018 or over the last 100 years. The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither do the popes and saints claim they are.The Catechism of Pope Pius X mentions being saved in invincible ignorance and does not state that it refers to someone known. Similtaneously this Catechism says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation and it does not mention any exceptions.
3.In general people will say that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases.
So Lumen Gentium 8 and BOD,BOB and I.I are hypothetical and theoretical and are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.
Yet for Bishop Keven Rhoades they are exceptions. This is a big mistake.

Vatican Council II supports traditional EENS and Bishop Kevin Rhoades, like Cardinal Donald Wuerl and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria, cannot say it.

Bishop Rhoades, like his predecessor Donald Wuerl as the Chairman of  the USCCB Doctrinal Committee is maintaining the duplicity on Vatican Council II and no one is complaining.
Lumen Gentium 8, 'elements of sanctification and truth' in other religions does not refer to known people saved outside the Catholic Church. It is not an example of salvation outside the Church.

1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Church with elements of sanctification and truth.
2.The text of Lumen Gentium 8 does not state that there physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church.
3.Common sense tells us it is a reference to a hypothetical case. It is speculation with good will, something hoped for.
Neither is Nostra Aetate an exception to  o salvation outside the Church.
We can respect non Catholics, we can treat them with dignity we can even serve them in love as Jesus wants us to do so but in charity we must tell them the truth i.e Nostra Aetate no where contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).

Literally  we cannot know of any exception to EENS. The text of Nostra Aetate does not state that there are practically known exceptions to EENS.
Nostra Aetate 2 refers to a hyopthetical case when it refers to ' a ray of that Truth which enlightens'. This is an abstract reference.
A theoretical possibility, a hope of someone being saved outside the Church is not an actual and known case. So it cannot be an objective example of salvation outside the Church.
It is the same with Lumen Gentium  and Ad Gentes, they do not contradict the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century.

Vatican Council II = extra ecclesiam nulla salus. A badge saying EENS would refer to Vatican Council II for me.

Image result for Photo of German bishops
The German bishops interpret Lumen Gentium as a rupture with the past ecclesiology. They interpret Ad Gentes  as a rupture with traditional mission based on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. They interpret Unitatis Redintigratio  as a rupture with an ecumenism of return. So Vatican Council II is made a rupture with Tradition ( Syllabus of Errors, Athanasius Creed, EENS etc). With this irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II the ecclesiology of the Church has changed for them. Instead of outside the Church there is no salvation it has become outside the Church there is salvation. There are exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).EENS, the Athanasius Creed , the Syllabus of Errors etc for them, in Germany, have become obsolete.
With such a big change in ecclesiology they feel they can change morals on the divorced and remarried issue.Sacramental theology is changed with the Eucharist being given to Protestants. Now they make demands for a national  synod.
It all began with their irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.
Pope Francis and the traditionalists interpret the Council with the same irrational reasoning as the traditionalists, sedevacantists and conservative Catholics who are all Cushingites in their philosophy and theology. So the books by Mgs. Joseph C. Fenton and Fr. John Hardon can be misleading. The books by Roberto dei Mattei and Chris Ferrara on Vatican Council II are based upon an irrational interpretation. Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and those of the liberals are misleading for Catholics. They used a false premise to interpret the Council and were not aware of it.The SSPX bishops and priests today make the same error.
For me Lumen Gentium ( LG 8, LG 14, LG 16) refers to only hypothetical cases and so it is not a rupture with the past ecclesiology. The ecclesiology of the Church before and after Vatican Council II is the same for me.
I cannot see or meet any one saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16), elements of sanctification and truth (LG 8),or where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists outside its visible boundaries(LG 8).
I do not know any Catholic who desires the baptism of water but dies before he receives it and is saved. It is  an unknown case for me(LG 14).
I cannot know who knows or does not know about Jesus and the Church and is saved or not saved (LG 14). This is unknown for human beings.
It is the same for the theoretical and speculative possibilities in Ad Gentes , Unitatis Redintigratio etc.
So Vatican Council II is traditional for me. There is no rupture.
Vatican Council II = extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

The sedevacantist  members of the CMRI are not being told by Bishop Mark Pivarauns that there is no known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). When the popes and saitns mentioned the baptism of desire, it was always a reference to a hypothetical case, a possibility known only to God.
Fatima Conference 2019: Behold Thy Mother
Bishop Mark Pivarunas made a msitake in the interpertation of BOD, and I.I in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case. Then he made the same mistake in the interpretation of Vatican Council, the Catechisms and the Creeds. This is not traditionalism. This is innovation, deception and heresy may be through ignorance and of course without any bad will.
Mary Immaculate Queen Traditional Catholic Books and Religious Articles
He is in schism with the past popes over the centuries on  BOD, BOB and I.I and also EENS, Athansius Creed etc.
Vatican Council II, the catechisms and Creeds , for me, do  not contradict the past ecclesiolgoy and an ecumenism of return.
For the CMRI bishop and their priests and religious sisters it is unethical, a lie and so a public sin. They need to humbly correct this error and admit that they were wrong all these years.-Lionel Andrades
