How can they legally represent the Catholic Church? How can they be called Catholic?



The Diocese of Porto Santa Rufina, Rome and the Comitato del Immaculata of the Franciscans of the Immaculate reached an agreement. The agreement allowed the parish Church Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome, to function normally as before on premises owned by the Comitato dell Immaculata.

They approved the diocesan priests and religious sisters to work and live in the parish. The property is owned by the Comitato approved by Fr. Stefano Manelli fi. They are an independent lay Catholic organization.

The diocese Administrator is Bishop Gian Rico Ruzza and the Assistant bishop is Mons. Gino Reali, an emeritus bishop. The titular cardinal is Beniamino Stella.

This is a special diocese which represents the Catholic Bishops Conference, the Rome Vicariate and the Vatican.

In its premises in Casalotti, is the unused church and seminary building of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate. Before Pope Francis banned the Third Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate and closed down the seminary and church, Fr. Settimo Mannelli fi was the parish priest and rector at Santa Maria di Nazareth. 

There was Mass in Latin and Italian here and I attended both. The Latin Mass remains prohibited  and neither is it available in any of the nearby churches in the diocese.

In the parish today the Brazilian religious community, the Salesian sisters who maintain the nearby Auxilium, a center for catechesis and the diocesan priests have changed the interpretation of the Creeds, Catechisms and Vatican Council II and do not deny it. How can they legally represent the Catholic Church? How can they be called Catholic?

They must in public, verbally or in writing, give an account of what they believe.Then they must teach it to the lay faithful. This is important in a legal agreement.

I interpret Vatican Council II rationally and they irrationally. I interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance rationally and they irrationally. I interpret the Nicene Creed, the Apostles Creed and Athanasius Creed rationally.They do so irrationally and so non traditionally. They choose a break with Tradition with the irrational premise, inference and conclusion in philosophy. They do not have the Catholic faith of the Selva Candida martyrs of this area.

The Comitato dell Immaculata allows them to function. The diocese supports heresy and schism in public. They unethically interpret Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc) with a falsehood. They do not even deny it. There has been no denial from the parish priests in Casalotti.

The legal representative of the diocese must be asked to clarify their faith, as Catholics, since we do not have unity on even the Nicene Creed, which the faithful recite together at Holy Mass in Italian.

To clarify and contrast, with what the diocese does not affirm in doctrine and theology the diocese could invite the American religious community, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to Rome. The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire, interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, rationally, like me. They also interpret being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire rationally like me and unlike the Rome Vicariate. Brother Andre Marie micm interprets all the Creeds rationally and does not reject the Athanasius Creed like the diocese of Porto Santa Rufina and the Vatican. He needs to be invited to Rome. 

For him Vatican Council II (rational) is not a rupture with the Athanasius Creed as it is for Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. Cardinal Ladaria and Archbishop Augustine di Noia op have always interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally to produce a rupture with the Athanasius Creed. It is the same with the Commissar Cardinal Gianfranco Ghirlanda sj.

For the religious sisters at Richmond, New Hampshire, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are not a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius X, as it is for the priests and religious sisters at the cathedral at la Storta, Rome.

We are all in the same Catholic Church but do not have unity on the Creeds. How can the diocese claim they are Catholic? How can they reach a legal agreement without proclaiming the Catholic faith in public?
