Pope Francis wants the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise, reject the Roman Missal and then only will they be allowed to offer the Latin Mass : their seminary still is closed in Rome
Pope Francis wants the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate of Fr.Stefano Mannelli F.I, to interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise and reject the Roman Missal (1570). It is interpreted with a Rational Premise and has a hermeneutic of continuity with the Creeds.Only then will they be permitted to offer the Latin Mass. Their seminary in Boccea, Rome, is still closed. The Franciscans of the Immaculate no more are allowed to serve in the parish, Santa Maria di Nazareth. -Lionel Andrades
Vocations to the religious life today have to accept Vatican Council II according to Traditionis Custode which interprets Vatican Council II with the False and not Rational Premise creating doctrinal chaos in the Church.
How can the Ecclesia Dei
communities, FSSP included, accept Vatican Council II with a False and not
Rational Premise?
How can they accept the Missal
of Pope Paul VI based upon Vatican Council II interpreted with a Fake and not
Rational Premise?
How can they reject the
Roman Missal of 1570 and later editions, which were based upon the Rational
Premise and so reject the old theology and past exclusivist ecclesiology of the
Catholic Church?
Pope Francis in

Summorum Pontificum interpreted Vatican Council II also with the Fake and not
Rational Premise.
This is an objective
error which can be verified by objectively by all.
Cardinal Ladaria and
Pope Benedict approved two theological papers of the International Theological
Commission in which they interpreted Vatican Council II and the
dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and
the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance, with the False Premise and not
the old theology which is based upon the Rational Premise.

There are no practical exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for the Roman Missal bishops must be told by the Ecclesia Dei communities : Archbishop Arthur Roche must interpret Vatican Council II rationally in harmony with the Roman Missal
The Ecclesia Dei communities could tell Pope Francis and Pope Benedict that they will only accept the Roman Missal (1570) since it follows the ‘old theology’ with the use of the Rational Premise. They will only accept the Missal of Pope Paul VI and later editions, when Vatican Council II is interpreted with the Rational Premise i.e. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, are hypothetical and speculative only and not objective and known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church in 1965-2022.
So there are no practical exceptions mentioned in the text of Vatican Council II for the Roman Missal.
There are no exceptions for the past exclusivist

theology of the Church today is the same as in 1570.
So all bishops and
Apostolic visitors must interpret Vatican Council II, Magisterial
Documents and the present Missal at the Novus Ordo Mass in harmony

When they interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise, their ‘hermeneutic of reforms’ has a continuity with the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed and other Church Documents - which Pope Benedict and Archbishop Arthur Roche reject.They have to reject them since the False Premise creates exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and traditional ecclesiocentrism. So since there is alleged salvation outside the Church, instead of no salvation outside the Church, the Athanasius Creed and Syllabus of Errors is made obsolete. The Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics is no more proclaimed since it is claimed that Vatican Council II ( with the False Premise) says outside the Church there is 'known' salvation.

Thus, with the fact that the Second Vatican Council has “definitely” abandoned the belief that there is no salvation for unbaptized, the Church and the faith had fallen into a “double crisis”.
“On the one hand it seems to withdraw any motivation a future missionary commitment. Why convince people of accepting the Christian faith, even if they can be saved without it?

Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke has said that Traditionis Custode has doctrinal errors.Traditionis Custode and the FSSP communiqué would recommend the Missal of Pope Paul VI and later editions, which were based upon Vatican Council II interpreted with a Fake Premise and not the rational option. The Roman Missal (1570) did not use the False Premise to interpret Magisterial Documents
Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke has said that Traditionis Custode has doctrinal errors. He mentioned this in report posted on the National Catholic Register. Condensed versions were re-posted by Dr. Joseph Shaw on Gloria TV and other media.
Traditionis Custode and the FSSP communiqué would recommend the Missal of Pope Paul VI and later editions, which were based upon Vatican Council II interpreted with a Fake Premise and not the rational option. Pope Paul VI did not choose to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise in harmony with Tradition (Syllabus of Errors etc).
The Roman Missal from 1570 is based upon the interpretation of Magisterial Documents with a Rational Premise and so there is a harmony with Tradition.
The Missal of Pope Paul VI is based upon the False Premise and so depends upon a New Theology. The New Theology says outside the Church there is known salvation. It confused invisible cases as being visible.
The Roman Missal was based upon the old theology of the Catholic Church which was exclusivist.
Since there is known salvation outside the Church the theology of the Catholic Church is no more exclusivist. So there are new doctrines on salvation, mission, ecclesiology etc and this is supported by Traditionis Custode, which indicates that the Council must be interpreted with the False Premise at the Latin Mass.
FSSP priests who offer the Latin Mass with the New Theology and New Ecclesiology created by the False Premise reject the Athanasius Creed which says all need to be members of the Church for salvation and does not mention any exceptions.
The FSSP priests reject the Syllabus of Errors on an ecumenism of return to the Church. The Syllabus does not mention any exceptions. The exceptions for the FSSP come with the False Premise and so they support the New Ecumenism.
They also interpret the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, irrationally to produce a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition. The result is doctrinal chaos, heresy and public schism with the past Magisterium.It is official and is supported by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.It is approved by the political Left for the Catholic Church.
How can the FSSP support the Missal of Pope Paul VI when he interpreted Vatican Council II with the False Premise and not the Rational Premise? He had a choice. He chose a break with the Syllabus of Errors etc.
The FSSP and Ecclesia Dei communities must use the Roman Missal (1570 and later) since over the centuries they did not use a False Premise to interpret Magisterial Documents.For example, they did not project the baptism of desire, as a visible case and then suggest that the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus was obsolete, as happened in 1949 with the CDF Letter of the Holy Office during the pontificate of Pope Pius XII.
The Missal of Pope Paul VI and later editions could be accepted if they were in a continuation with the Roman Missal- but they are not. This is acknowledged by Pope Francis.

The Fraternity of St. Peter will have to continue to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise instead of the Rational Premise to create a fake break with Tradition ( Syllabus of Errors, EENS etc).
In the course of the audience, the Pope made it clear that institutes such as the Fraternity of St. Peter are not affected by the general provisions of the Motu Proprio Traditionis Custodes, since the use of the ancient liturgical books was at the origin of their existence and is provided for in their constitutions.
The Holy Father subsequently sent a decree signed by him and dated February 11, the day the Fraternity was solemnly consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, confirming for the members of the Fraternity the right to use the liturgical books in force in 1962, namely: the Missal, the Ritual, the Pontifical and the Roman Breviary.
