BISHOP BERNARD FELLAY MADE A DOCTRINAL ERROR : CONTRADICTS CATECHISM OF POPE PIUS X

27 Q. Can one be saved outside the Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church?A. No, no one can be saved outside the Catholic, Apostolic Roman Church, just as no one could be saved from the flood outside the Ark of Noah, which was a figure of the Church.-Catechism of Pope Pius X 1905,Rome.
29 Q. But if a man through no fault of his own is outside the Church, can he be saved?A. If he is outside the Church through no fault of his, that is, if he is in good faith, and if he has received Baptism, or at least has the implicit desire of Baptism; and if, moreover, he sincerely seeks the truth and does God’s will as best he can such a man is indeed separated from the body of the Church, but is united to the soul of the Church and consequently is on the way of salvation. -Catechism of Pope Pius X, Rome 1905
Bishop Bernard Fellay, the Superior General of the Society of St.Pius (SSPX) made a doctrinal error by confusing implicit for us baptism of desire as being explicit for us. What is invisible for us he implies is visible in the flesh.
In the Catechism of Pope Pius X 27 Q states  no one can be saved outside the Catholic Church. In 29 Q it mentions that a person can be saved under certain conditions with the baptism of desire but does not state that these cases are visible for us.It does not state that 29C contradicts  27 Q and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Reason tells us that the baptism of desire can only be hypothetical for us. It is not known defacto, in reality, in personal cases.
Bishop Bernard Fellay has assumed that the baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus implying that these cases are personally and objectively known. Only if they are objectively known can they be exceptions in the present times.
So he had approved a book written by Fr.Francois Laisney and sold by the SSPX(District N.America) titled Is Feeneyism Catholic? (Angelus Press) in which it is assumed that the baptism of desire is an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. In other words it is explicit.
Then on the SSPX  official website he has  approved articles on two web pages written by Fr.Francois Laisney and Fr.Joseph Pfieffer ( now SSPX-SOS) with the same objective error. It is assumed that we can physically see cases of the baptism of desire for them to be exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation and also to 27 Q of the Catechism of Pope Pius X.It is common knowledge that objectively we cannot see the dead who are in Heaven.
In 2012 he approved the SSPX General Chapter Statement in which extra ecclesiam nulla salus was affirmed and it was stated correctly that there are no exceptions.
However in 2013 Bishop Fellay wrote the preface for the book written by  the SSPX theologian Fr.Jean Marie Gleaze, Vaticano II- Un Dibattito Aperto (Editrice Ichthys). He  recommended the book.
Fr.Jean Marie Glleize says in this book that  in Mystici Corporis Pope Pius XII says ' in the exceptional way one can be saved outside the visible limits of the Catholic Church.' How can there be an exceptional way to the dogmatic teaching? We do not know any explicit, visible case which could be an exception. If there are no known exceptions how can there be an exceptional way.
Fr.Gleize is making the same error as the other priests and bishops of the SSPX in assuming that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, imperfect communion with the Church etc are visible exceptions. In faith we accept the baptism of desire as being implicit. It is a possibility. It is not an exception. If the baptism of desire includes the baptism of water (St.Benedict Centers,USA) or excludes it (SSPX) it is hypothetical and not an exception to 27Q.
Also there is no text in Mystici Corporis which says there is an exceptional way. Neither does the Catechism of Pope Pius X state that there is an exception to 27Q.It does not state that 29Q is an exception.
This is a fundamental and major doctrinal error of the SSPX which was ovelooked at the Vatican-SSPX talks. The same error is being made by the cardinals and archbishop of the Vatican Curia.
Bishop Fellay has said that Vatican Council II contradicts the traditional teaching on other religions and Christian communities. Since  like  Fr.Jean Marie Gleaze, and the SSPX priests in general, he assumes there are explicit, visible in the flesh exceptions to  extra ecclesiam nulla salus mentioned in Vatican Council II. For him, LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc are not implicit but explicit for us.-Lionel Andrades
Is Feeneyism Catholic?

Author:
Fr. François Laisney, SSPX
128 pp., Softcover
Description:
This book examines these simple truths of our catechism. Quoting heavily the Church's Magisterium, Sacred Tradition, Sacred Scripture, and the writings of the saints, Fr. Laisney explains the Church's teaching on Baptism of Desire. A defense of Catholicism, not of false ecumenism. Father's new edition is twice the size of his original work and is enriched and made more convincing by copious quotations from the writings of the saints.

SSPX confuses implicit and explicit for us baptism of desire: contradicts the Catechism of Pope Pius X

Even those who take the Oath of Modernism of Pope Pius X mix up the following  two points from the Catechism of Pope Pius X.
It is common for 27 Q and  29 Q to be in conflict for the Society of St.Pius X priests too.
In 29 Q they do not make the distinction between implicit and explicit baptism of desire.Implicit  baptism of desire does not conflict with 27Q.Explicit for us baptism of desire means there are exceptions to 27Q-it is saying someone can be saved outside the Church in 2014 and this would be known to us. It contradicts 27 Q. SSPX says YES and 27 Q says NO.
Someone could be saved with the baptism of desire as a possibility it would be a hypothetical case and it would not be known to us. So hypothetical baptism of desire is not an exception to 27Q of the Catechism of St.Pius X.
The SSPX then extends this error to Vatican Council II. Being saved in imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) is considered explicit for us. So UR 3 for the SSPX contradicts 27 Q of the Catechism of Pope Pius X. This error has been made by the SSPX priests  Fr.Francois Laisney (IS Feeneyism Catholic?, Angelus Press),Fr.Jean Marie Gleaze ( Vaticano II-Un Dibattito Aperto)  and Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci (Atti del Convegno di Studi Cattolici, Rimini 2012.) Hans Küng " if there were a restoration again, I would be back to Pope critic" .

from The Eponymous Flower

Hans Küng is "Overjoyed" About Pope Francis -- "No Need to be a Pope Critic Any More"

(Tübingen) In an interview with the Südwestpresse, the heretical Swiss theologian Hans Küng is thrilled by Pope Francis. "He has already achieved some things that can no longer be withdrawn," Küng is convinced. "It can not even be foreseen what the changes already initiated  mean."
Even for Hans Küng there seems to be doubt as to what course is  actually being pursued by the Argentine Pope. He has "joy" about the new Pope, but this is not detrimental. Although "not yet decided upon which course he will really strike out upon" but "to think that he was not a reformer, would be to close our eyes to the facts." The fact that Francis is a reformer, Küng is points directly to form. Rightly, he notes, "There is  control over the content. But if a Pope greets the people with "buona sera", that is a signal. "

The Pope "Is a Jesuit Priest and Therefore One Who Can Prevail"

The papal election was for him a "positive surprise", and he was "delighted,"  reported Küng. Francis "is a Jesuit priest and therefore one who can prevail."  Francis set the tone "even with his clothes - the abandonment of gold, lace and precious stones".  New he uses  "simple, direct language." "People understand him, and feel cared about,"  said Küng, convinced, given the deliberately ambiguous, vague language of the Pope. "I have made many proposals for reform in the course of my life. But that a Pope could leave the papal palace in such an elegant way.  I could not imagine. "

On Remarried Divorcees Followed Pope "a great strategy"

In terms of remarried divorcees Küng is convinced that Francis has pursued "a great strategy." "First of all he surveyed the group of eight cardinals, then the whole College of Cardinals. In the fall there will eventually be a synod on the family. Of course, every step is a risk. But if Francis has the College of Cardinals behind him, he is no longer alone. He lays total emphasis on collegiality. "Küng is convinced that "the admission of remarried divorcees to the sacraments" will be implemented, most of all desires of the Progressive reform. "There he is performing the mercy of which he so often speaks, and putting it into practice." On the question of how large "is resistance within the Church  to reform"  Küng replied. "This is not easy to judge because there are hardliners in Curia and Church. There are also among the laity resistance groups such as the conservative Catholic forum. But this Pope has  amazingly managed to win over many people of all stripes in  virtually no time for himself and his course."
Küng stresses himself to be for women priests, but  he sees its introduction as "more difficult"  than the "overcoming of celibacy."  For Küng,  "women's ordination" affirms the "justified appreciation" that Jesus "gave to women." The Swiss theologian notes at the same time, however, that the question "controversial". The "pastoral need of  communities" considering the shortage of priests might "force" its introduction.

"Hardliners" Try to Prevent "reforms"

Küng described opponents of his theories  as "hardliners" and "resistance groups", referring to among others, Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller and the Forum of German Catholics. He puts them in direct opposition to Pope Francis, it was "astonishingly successful" that  "many people are taking stock in no time at all for himself and his course."
The elevation of the Prefect of the CDF to the Cardinal's position was regarded by Küng as "inevitable." A non-survey "would have conjured up a confrontation that would serve no one." Apparently Küng sees  the possibility that a "reform" will be endangered in the "confrontation"  of Pope Francis, which he's identified with himself. So Küng emphasized immediately that Francis entrusted the introductory speech "not to Müller", but Cardinal Walter Kasper in a"significant way" at the Cardinal Consistory on the Family.

Kung's "Concern" in Front of a Shadow Pope Benedict XVI. "Reduced"

At the same time  Küng warns against "false compromises". The Swiss theologian seems worried that  a year after the resignation of Benedict XVI., this "could be a shadow of Pope." In his "recent letter I wrote Joseph Ratzinger," that he "sees  his only job as to help Francis by his prayer." This statement has "reduced" Küng's worry just a little.
Küng concludes the interview by saying, is "happy" about Pope Francis. He had "always said his profession is not as a critic of the Pope." . "So I'm delighted that I no longer have to act as a critic of the pope." But that all stays in place, he added immediately: "However, I stress: if there were a restoration again, I would be back to Pope critic" .

German Papal Advisor: "No Mission to the Jews" --- Good Friday Prayers for the Jews "Problematic"

(Bonn / Rome) The German Fundamental Theologian  Gregor Maria Hoff is the new advisor to Pope Francis on Judaism. Last 20 February he was appointed Advisor of the Pontifical Commission for Religiosu Relations with Jews founded in 1974 by Pope Paul VI.. Hoff is Professor of Fundamental Theology and Ecumenical Theology at the Catholic Theological Faculty of Paris-Lodron University in Salzburg. He already belongs to the Sub-Commission for Religious Relations with Judaism of the German Bishops' Conference. This is  followed by the appointment  to Rome, where he takes the place of the Aachen theologians for Ecumenism, Hans Hermann Henrix. The preliminary discussions, said Hoff in an interview with the Deutsche Welle, had already begun in mid-2013, soon after the election of Pope Francis.
Gregor Maria Hoff Papal Consultor to Judaism
The Commission, which was created in the aftermath of the Conciliar Constitution of Nostra Aetate  in 1965, is concerned among other things, with the preparation of the Pope's trip to the Holy Land. Otherwise the task belongs, says Hoff,   to  the Commission, especially that of drawing "significant documents" that bring "expression to the positions of the church, the pope and the Vatican to Judaism".
One of the topics with which Hoff is concerned as the Fundamental Theologian and now as Pope Consultor, is the question of "whether the evangelization of the Jews may be an issue for the Church." Because, says Hoff apodictically : "The Catholic Church is operating no mission to the Jews." Pope Francis is supposed to have said, says Hoff, in his Apostolic Letter Gospel Gaudium   "emphasizes that God continues to act in the people of the Old Covenant, therefore that God in his covenant first chose the Jewish people of Israel." Other issues facing the theologian and ecumenicist concerns, "Trinity and monotheism."
2015: 50th Anniversary of Nostra Atetate - Francis "Rethinks" Good Friday "Hopefully"
The Roman Commission would have to deal with the  "fifty year anniversary" of Nostra Aetate, which is celebrated in 2015. This conciliar Constitution had "meant a very large incision". Because "since then the relations between the Catholic Church and Judaism have changed dramatically," said Hoff. This applies "especially in Germany," where the relations are  "very good and intense".
During the pontificate of Pope Benedict XVI. there were "even irritations", due to the reformulation of the Good Friday prayer for the traditional rite. Hoff holds the new version as "problematic" and "hopes" himself "that he thinks this phrase will be revised again by Pope Francis."  It doesn't mean it's a "real burden" in places.  The relationships were "so good" that one "such irritation can be settled  between us."
The "importance of the State of Israel's existence," because of the "theological significance of the country" imposed "election of the Jewish people" and the "question of the existence of the State of Palestine as well as the human rights issues"... "is a very sensitive matter, which touches part of the theological issues," said Hoff.
Pope to Visit Israel, not the Holy Land
Hoff in his interview with Deutsche Welle never spoke of  a trip of Pope Francis to the "Holy Land", but only about a "trip to Israel." On this trip "to Israel"  it will be shown, which accents the Pope "will set".  "Francis will certainly be good for the Catholic-Jewish relations," assured the German Fundamental Theologian and pope consultant. This would have been previously shown in his "very strong personal relations with the Jewish community in Buenos Aires".
Hoff believes that the Pope would bring in "Israel" a "certain" climate in the talks and will make a "programmatic" statement with the contents: "God continues to act in the people of the Old Covenant."
Otherwise would the Pope in the Middle East issue take any particular position. He would then only be "lost in the nettles" said Hoff.

Where in the Deposit of the Faith is it said that the Church has discarded the dogma on exclusive salvation ?

Stations of the Cross with Pope FrancisLynda:
Any provision in the Council documents must be interpreted in accordance with the unchanging Deposit of Faith (Tradition, Scripture, Magisterium). If this is not possible, it is necessarily false. If the only reasonable interpretation of a given provision conflicts with the Deposit of Faith, the provision is invalid.
Lionel:
Where in the the Deposit of Faith is it said that we can see the dead in Heaven ? Where is the text which says that the baptism of desire is a known visible exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?
Where in the Deposit of the Faith is it said that the Church has discarded the dogma on exclusive salvation ?
On such an important issue, as Salvation, there is so much of confusion on Catholic blogs and websites!
On so many websites of apologists the information on salvation is only restricted to apologetics with Protestants.
So has the Deposit of the Faith changed ? There is a new Revelation in the Catholic Church? If it has, then please identify it precisely.
I would indentify it with the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error used in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents.
