Cushingite traditionalists interpret the Baltimore Catechism with a false premise. So they misinterpret the baptism of desire as being an exception to exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church

Jim Russel who wrote 'The Strange Doctrine of Fr. Feeney' which was posted on Church Militant TV, interpreted LOHO( Letter of the Holy Office 1949) and Vatican Council II, with the false premise. Then he criticized Fr. Leonard Feneey for not using the same false premise and so contradicting LOHO and Vatican Council II. Russell and Michael Voris will still not acknowledge the mistake

I interpret Vatican Council II with 'the red not being an exception to the blue'.I interpret the Council with Cushingite passages not contradicting Feeneyite passages .I interpret Vatican Council II with 'hypothetical passages' just being hypothetical and not objective exceptions to the passages which affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. So the Cushingite passages, do not contradict exclusive salvation when it is mentioned in the Catechism of Pope Pius X, the Catechism of the Council of Trent, Athanasius Creed etc. This is the Feeneyite approach in interpreting Magisterial documents

When I say outside the Church there is no salvation(AG 7, CCC 845, 846,1257 , Athanasius Creed etc) it is not that I dislike people of other religions. If someone else says outside his religion there is no salvation I have no objections in a secular state.I respect his right to say it even though I do not share his opinion.I expect people to be tolerant of my Catholic beliefs

Yesterday at restaurants in the Salustiana area of Rome, near the Via 20 Settembre, there were so many people having lunch at small tables, facing each other and without face masks( since they had to eat and drink) and yet the priest wearing a face mask is not allowed to give a Catholic Holy Communion on the tongue at Holy Mass in the churches nearby

If I wear a badge on my coat lapel which says 'Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation - CCC 846' I am affirming a teaching of the Catholic Church. The Catechism of the Catholic Church(845) says the Church is like the Ark of Noah that saved in the flood, in which all must enter.God the Father wants all people to be united in the Church(CCC 845). Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7), and Catholics are the new people of God, the new Chosen People(NA 4).The Athanasius Creed says all need to be Catholic for salvation. If someone is saved outside the Church without faith and baptism it would only be known to God.I do not claim to be able to know any such case. The norm for salvation, in general, is Catholic faith and the baptism of water(AG 7). We cannot give any one the baptism of desire nor see someone saved with the baptism of blood without the baptism of water, or,saved in invincible ignorance. This is Jesus' teaching in John 3:5,Mark 16:6 , Matt.7:13 etc. It is a theme in the Gospel of John. There are no objective exceptons for us human beings

The Church, a few ecclesiastics, a made an objective mistake in the Fr.Leonard Feeney case when they assumed unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were objective and practical exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). The Church, a group of ecclesiastics, repeated the same mistake at Vatican Council II when they assumed that unknown and hypothetical cases, mentioned in LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NS 2, GS 22 etc, were objective and practical exceptions to the traditional interpretation of EENS. The Church, a small grop of cardinals and bishops also made a mistake when they allowed Holy Communion; the Eucharist,at Holy Mass, to be received in the hand instead of kneeling and on the tongue
