Cardinal Burke has said that Traditionis Custode has a
doctrinal problem.
It can be seen that Traditionis Custode interprets
Vatican Council II with the False Premise.
For Bishop Athanasius Schneider there are
no literal cases of the baptism of desire (LG 14) but for Pope Francis there
are literal cases of the BOD.So there are exceptions for the Athanasius Creed for him. So the Roman Missal is obsolete for him.
But there no explicit cases of St.Thomas Aquinas ‘s implicit baptism of desire says Dr. Taylor Marshall but for Pope Francis and Pope Benedict there are such cases.Otherwise there would be no exceptions for the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), which did not have any exceptions in the 16th century.
So their premise is different. There are two premises now. 1) Invisible cases of the baptism of desire(LG 14) are invisible and 2) invisible cases of the baptism of desire are visible.
It is with the False Premise( invisible cases of LG 14 are visible ) that Pope Francis wants
the FSSP, SSPX etc to interpret Vatican Council II and so create exceptions for
the Roman Missal (1580).
So the dogma EENS like the Roman Missal has been made
obsolete by confusing non literal and non objective cases as being literal and
objective.
So there are new doctrines since there is a new theology which says outside the Church there is known salvation. Traditional mission is made obsolete with this ‘development of doctrine’ based upon the False Premise.
There is no more the need to proclaim the Social Reign of
Christ the King in all politics, since known non Catholics are being, allegedly saved
outside the Church.
