The Oblates of St.Joseph are saying through the Catechisms that in Heaven there are only Catholics and that non Catholics need to convert into the Church to avoid Hell ( for salvation).

At the church Sant Giuseppe al Aurelio,Cornelia, Rome they have re-started offering the Eucharist at Mass in Italian, to communicants kneeling who want it only on the tongue. The Holy Water fonts are also now full.

Even at the basilica of Sant Andrea Della Fratte, Rome Holy Water is available in the fonts and the Eucharist can now be received kneeling and on the tongue. It can also be received at the altar rail at the Altar of the Miracle, where the Blessed Mother appeared to Alphonse Ratisbonne. He converted after Our Lady showed him the beauty of the Catholic Church and its importance for the salvation of all. It may be mentioned that the Bible says that the Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Jesus.

There is a catechesis underway in the parish based upon the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II.

Parents must teach their children that the Church still teaches that outside the Church there is no salvation ( Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II) and the Church is like the Ark of Noah that saves in the flood ( CCC 845,846).- Lionel Andrades

If the Ecclesia Dei communities announce that they will reject the irrationality of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office they could easily interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, and NA 2. GS 22 rationally and the Council would no more contradict Tradition. Then Pope Francis and the College of Cardinals will also have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and in harmony with Tradition : Rome will come back to the Faith

Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.

Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.

It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.

Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?

It is unethical when the popes, cardinals and bishops choose the Irrational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents.

The Proof

When I say that the Catholic Church today in Vatican Council II says outside the Church there is no salvation, I am referring to Ad Gentes 7/ Lumen Gentium 14.

Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door.-Ad Gentes 7

This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church.-Lumen Gentium 14

Ad Gentes 7/ Lumen Gentium 14 is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church under the title “Outside the Church there is no salvation “.

III. THE CHURCH IS CATHOLIC ⇡

"Outside the Church there is no salvation"

How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers?³³⁵ Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body: Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.³³⁶

Ad Gentes 7/ Lumen Gentium 14 has no exceptions.we cannot know of anyone saved outside the Church. Since the baptism of desire (BOD) and invincible ignorance (I.I) refer to hypothetical cases only. They are not physically visible people. They do not exist in our human reality. They are " zero cases". So BOD and I.I do not contradict Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14.They also do not contradict Feeneyite EENS. The 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop was wrong.

It says:

Therefore that one may obtain eternal salvation, it is not always required that he be incorporated into the Church actually as a member.-Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston

The dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus says it is necessary. The dogma EENS defined by three Church Councils says all need to be members of the Church.It does not mention any exception.

Ad Gentes 7/ Lumen Gentium 14 says all need faith and the baptism of water for salvation. All. We cannot know of any exception on earth. If anyone is saved outside the Church they are in Heaven. They are known only to God.

The Letter says:

However, this desire need not always be explicit, as it is in catechumens; but when a person is involved in invincible ignorance God accepts also an implicit desire, so called because it is included in that good disposition of soul whereby a person wishes his will to be conformed to the will of God. - Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston

It mentions a person in implicit ignorance with implicit desire who is saved. This cannot be known on earth. Why is this mentioned with reference to all needing to be members of the Catholic Church ? There are no known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance. So, I repeat, why is it mentioned with reference to outside the Church there is no salvation?

The Letter says:

In His infinite mercy God has willed that the effects, necessary for one to be saved, of those helps to salvation which are directed toward man's final end, not by intrinsic necessity, but only by divine institution, can also be obtained in certain circumstances when those helps are used only in desire and longing.- Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston

They can be ‘obtained in certain circumstances when those helps are used only in desire and longing’. But desire and longing leading to salvation is always only hypothetical. They are not known people. These are not objective exceptions for Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So why is it mentioned with reference to Feeneyite EENS? Invisible cases mentioned as visible exceptions for EENS?

It is as if there are known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church. It wrongly suggests here that there are objective cases of being saved with implicit desire or in invincible ignorance. In this way the 1949 Letter heretically rejects the dogma EENS and produces and EENS with known exceptions.This was a public mistake.

So we can affirm the first part of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office which supports traditional EENS. we can reject the second part which contradicts the first part, which suppprts traditional EENS. The second part of the Letter contradicts the first part with the False Premise (invisible people are visible in the present times).

So we can also affirm Feeneyte EENS along with Vatican Council II (AG 7). Since hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, which are speculative, theoretical possibilities and which exist only in our mind are not objective exceptions for Ad Gentes 7. They do not contradict EENS.

Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance) and Lumen Gentium 14 ( baptism of desire) are always hypothetical.

St. Thomas Aquinas mentions the case of the man in the forest in invincible ignorance that was to be saved. This case is always theoretical.It does not contradict the traditional strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.

Here I have shown how Vatican Council II supports the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. So the Lefebvrists can now continue to attend the Latin Mass, as long as Pope Francis permits it in the churches and they can also affirm Vatican Council II interpreted rationally, which has the hermeneutic of continuity with Feeneyite EENS.

Brother Andre Marie micm, Prior, St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA, has written that Ad Gentes 7 is one of the lesser known and quoted text of Vatican Council II. It supports the dogma EENS when it says that all need faith and baptism for salvation.

So when I say that dogma outside the Church there is no salvation is supported by Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, this is what I mean. Here above is the proof.-Lionel Andrades

For them LG 8 etc are exceptions for EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16^th century. This is irrational.

The priest who offered the 11.a.m Holy Mass at the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) chapel in Rome yesterday morning is still interpreting LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II , irrationally. At the St. Catherine of Siena chapel near the Cavour Metro Station, he kept referring to Vatican Council II which he interprets with an irrational premise which I avoid.

So with the irrational premise and inference he projects Vatican Council II as a break with Tradition and rejects this Council. I too reject Vatican Council II interpreted with the irrational premise ( LG 16 refers to visible and not invisible cases in 2023) and false inference( LG 16 is an example of known salvation in the present times and an exception for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ).But I affirm Vatican Council II, rational. For me the Rational Premise is LG 16 refers to an invisible case in 2023. So my Rational Inference is that LG 16 is not an objective example of salvation outside the Church.Itdoes not exist in my reality. So my Conclusion is that Vatican Council II is not a break with Tradition. But for the SSPX, since Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition, they imply that LG 8.14.16 etc refer to visible cases, objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in the present times and so the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pius IX are made obsolete.

This is the irrational way many of the young people, who were present in the congregation yesterday, interpret Vatican Council II. They follow their parents. This includes Roberto Fiore and his wife. They were not present for the Latin Mass yesterday morning.- Lionel Andrades

Il sacerdote che ieri mattina ha celebrato la Santa Messa delle 11 nella cappella della Fraternità San Pio X (SSPX) a Roma, sta ancora interpretando LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 ecc. nel Concilio Vaticano II , irrazionalmente. Nella cappella di Santa Caterina da Siena vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Cavour, continuava a fare riferimento al Concilio Vaticano II che interpreta con una premessa irrazionale, che evito io.

Quindi, con la premessa e l'inferenza irrazionali, proietta il Concilio Vaticano II come una rottura con la Tradizione e rifiuta questo Concilio. Non esiste nella mia realtà. Quindi la mia Conclusione è che il Concilio Vaticano II non è una rottura con la Tradizione.
